We offer you all the reviews of real people like you who purchase the products and services of Paradise Biriyani Pointe (Restaurant) in Tennessee.
To this day this business gets a rating of 4.1 out of 5 and this score is based on 334 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is quite good, and it is founded on a very high number of opinions, so we may be pretty sure that the valuation is very accurate. If there are many people who bothered to leave their feddback when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to put reviews when these are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Restaurant is included in the category of Indian restaurant.
I just loved the food. It was so delicious. If you want to taste the good traditional Indian food, I would recommend this place. Very good ambience and service was good too.
Wonderful food and service with large portions! Quick lunch service, too!
I used to like this place specially for ambience, but recently I experienced that the quality of food served at this place has lowered a lot. My wife and I visited this place on 21st March 2019, we ordered Paneer Chilly and Gobi munchurian. Within few bytes we felt something wierd and we informes the server and left the place without eating or carrying it. Next day we both had dysentery, dehydration and weakness. We may not visit this place again.
Can you believe we served Indian food for lunch to over 50 kids, most in 6th grade, at a Summer Camp? Most have never had Indian food, and they all LOVED it! Paradise Biryani Pointe was kind enough to give us a group discount and provided individual meals, desserts, and Indian drinks for all. The camp staff and kids were thrilled to have something besides pizza or sandwiches for lunch. Everything was perfectly packed and prepared. The food arrived warm and delicious. I personally enjoy Indian food and this is definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in town.
Great food, awesome service, reasonably priced and seemed to have a healthy dinner crowd
Cozy restaurant, the moment you walk in the aroma of good food hits you. The food here is great. Spicy, flavorful, and varied. Family run business. They are very happy to explain the foods and make suggestions! I'm so glad i wandered in here!
Every time I once again give their buffet a try, l again remember that many choices are empty and they never refill them: Even at 12:15 lunchtime. Other local Indian restaurants keep their buffets filled. I hope this restaurant learns to respect their customers more. I can't tell you how their most popular choices taste, because they are always empty.
Food was fantastic! Tandoori chicken was impressive! It came out sizzling. Experience was appetizing and very gourmet.
The menu that is shown on the website is not accurate. Several items shown on it are not actually available if you try to call in an order (though strangely, you can still include them when placing an online order). Also, the online menu does not include descriptions for any of the items. Also, when calling in an order, you can expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes longer for it to be ready than the time quoted when the order is placed. As far as the food itself is concerned, it's reasonably good overall, though the price is a little high given the smallish portions. If they can at least get the website improved and have takeout orders ready in a timely manner, I can bump up my rating.
The food is good but is on the spicier side despite ordering medium spice. The food quantity can be increased.
Great hospitality and polite staff! Reasonably priced and incredible tandoori chicken, naan, fish, mushrooms, potato fritters, etc. Fantastic lunch buffet. 5 stars!
Initially when the restaurant was opened - we went 1st time - it was not an good experience 2nd time - it was really good and i guess chef was changed 3rd time - ordered for an home party - it was really good and all the guest loved the food 4th time - went with family and friends - it was good. Tea was not hot and when informed - they changed it immediately and served the tea hot. Depending on your spice you can order and the taste would be good accordingly. If you're an spice loving person - go for high spice ;)
Their food is one of the best we've ever had. People are friendly, but they really need to have more people serving esp durinf busy hours. Its a bit uncomfortae to eat spicy food and not have your water refilled when needed.
Well maintained place, good food & ambience, quick & friendly service. Apps came out quick, hot & tasted good. Their Gobi Manchurian is one of the best I've had, cut Mirchi batter could be made soft, it was hard during some of our visit. Garlic Naan is really good, have tried some of their veg main course & they are mostly good. If you are looking for more gravy kinda dish, make sure you ask before you order.
Great food! Great service!
Excellent and delicious food. Generous portions at affordable prices. Friendly service and a huge menu of selections. Most of the seating is next to windows, which is nice. Plus they serve a buffet every Friday. Super happy to have this restaurant in town. Will definitely be coming back!
What is this piece of heaven I found. I have had Indian food before, but I never had it like they prepare it. Have mercy, I feel like I'm going to explode
The starters were great, the main course was not that great. But I would definitely to again to this place again.
Good ambience and nice re-treat.
We have dined at many Indian restaurants and this is one of the best we've tried. The service was very friendly and efficient, easily coping with our large party of 12. Food arrived piping hot and in decent amount of time. The menu contains a good number of house specialties which are a cut above the normal menu offerings. Double-ka-Meeta is my favorite dessert here. More importantly, the restaurant was clean and hygienic.
Excellent food!! Ours was a catering order. Everything was perfect.
Went a few times immediately after opening day and was disappointed. Tried the buffet today (3/16/2018) and it was excellent. Really liked the taste, varieties offered and the speed in which the items were refilled. Please keep up the same taste and service.
Awesome food, taste awesome ,naan & paneer nice, there service is good,.....after eating here ,feel again to visit....
Great Eastern food. Beautifully prepared, good quality ingredients and really polite, attentive staff. Great old fashioned service!! I'll be back! Thank you.
Excellent Biryani. A limited yet satisfying buffet. I will definitely try again.
best indian cuisine in town. had the house special biryani. was delicious
They are very slow doordash orders. I waited 45 minutes for an order. I don't get paid to wait that long. They need to do better or be removed from doordash.
Goat dum biriyani (spicy) and chicken sheekh kabab (medium) is the best in Franklin. Chef seemed to be authentic Indian chef. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the mood for some spicy food.
Very good lunch combos. Reasonable seasoning. Great service. Visited again, very consistent great service. They season to order very well. We will eat there again soon. 11/22/17. We are from out of town.
Food was pretty good, some of it was no longer warm. Service was really lacking though. Host seemed more interested in chatting with his friends than sitting us. Same thing when it was time to checkout, he finished his conversation with his friend before acknowledging us.
Excellent food with very delicious and authentic flavors. Really loved the ambience and the environment. All the flavors are awesome. Kudos to the staff and manager who have taken a very good care of us and making us have a pleasant dine in experience.
It was nice experience good hospitality, taste was aswome will visit again and again
This place is awsome love the food ambience and staff.
Amazing food and extradinory team.
Awesome food. Excellent service. Team Paradise you made our day. Keep it up. Can’t wait to come back again.
I had the please of visiting this restaurant today for dinner. I have ordered 3 items. One of them was good and made after I ordered. Second one was reheated, probably made that item on Morning. Still, not that bad. Third Item was definitely made a day before if not couple of days before. It is bad, like bad bad. I still cannot believe restaurants does these type of things for few bucks. It's plain wrong, keeping profits before customer health. I hope they would improve their food standards and serve customers with good food. The way they treat their customers is good though.
Very varied lunch buffet selection! Best Indian restaurant in Franklin, in my opinion. I've also ordered to go from the menu and got ample paneer in my curry. Great value. The staff is incredibly friendly and polite.
Excellent food, best service. Food is very good quality and we get fresh food it’s so delicious
Awesome food , awesome service. Mirchi bahji is my fav.
Very good restuarant. Quality food. Plenty of options for non-veggies but very limited for veg livers
Delicious food! Excellent Service!! I had ordered for catering and everyone loved the food.
I almost always opted for take-out from this place . But on a weekend, me and my friend went to the restaurant to dine in. When we asked to refill the water, the waiter took the glasses to the dispenser, refilled and got them back. How can we be sure that he didn't swap the glasses? That was the first time in my 12 years of stay in US it happened in any restaurant. When I questioned the manager/cashier (the one with the pony tail) asking him if they don't have a water jug, he said "the waiter would know what glasses he carried with his left hand, right hand and he would remember... we're in the restaurant business and we know what to do". I'm never going here again.
Hands down the best biryani in Franklin. Always my go-to place. The staff too are very sweet and good.
We came as a group of 5 and ordered typical South Indian items from the menu. It reminded us the taste of home. It was awesome. I Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try Authentic Indian food. Also, staff is humble and welcoming, they make you feel like home.
The food here is really top quality and is very delicious! The spices are just right and the service was good. I'm craving it just thinking about it now! Lol! I would highly recommend trying this restaurant!
Excellent buffet. Very friendly and courteous staff. Our family will visit again. Thank you!
Awesome food great ambience and courteous staff. Simply this restaurant deserves 5 star.
Great flavors, intense. Maybe a little spicy if you're used to the americanized Indian buffets.
Good Indian food
Went for a Friday buffet and the food was good. Not too many varieties but tastes good. Well organized and good service.
This place has great food menu with pretty good drinks. The ambience is good, friendly and quick service.
This place is closed temporarily. And they haven't updated their website.
Despite all the other bad reviews, I tried this for the first time. I was amazed at the depth of flavor for the buffet. They were out of a particular dish and I informed the staff. They made me a special order since it was almost closing time. Thank you!
The Chicken 65 appetizer was great. Good portions on the meals, we shared two dishes but the biryani alone was enough for the two of us. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back.
Indian food was excellent and they will take care of you and serve fantastic, fresh food.
Bad experience with a to-go order 40 minutes to have it ready. 20 of those waiting there. And when arrived home discovered they missed the rice, and the nan was dry and cold. Won’t try again
Today, it's not a good enough. We had a bad experience. More comments will follow. Update: We are the regular customers for this Paradise restaurant. We had some good experience earlier. However, this particular visit on 13th April 2019 the food was not good or at least the expected level. First, most of the menu Items were not available. Second, the available menu items were not good and kids were not able to eat due to spicy and tasty level. Hence, we were able to restrict the number of orders. Usually, we have some good Naan’s here. It is one of our favorite items. As Naan was not available, we don’t have any other options other than Biriyani. Even, Dosa was not available. We have ordered a biriyani along with a starter Paradise Chicken. The starter was recommended by the Paradise employee. The Biriyani taste and starter was not good. Unfortunately, my kids were not able to eat due to too much of spicy. Even, we told them that kids needs to eat. Regardless of that we got the spicy food. Hence, we had to go to other restaurant. We usually go here on every Friday as part of the team lunch. Mostly, same menu on every Friday per say Baby corn manjurian etc., it was boring and I stopped to go there for the past 3 months for team lunch.
Biryani and mutton are awesome.
My favourite restaurant for their paneer kurchan
Pathetic experience!!! Don’t waste your money and time at this place. We have visited this place yesterday for dinner along with family and friends and it was pathetic. It took over 30 mins to serve the order and within 30 minutes no one really cared even to serve water and have to request to serve some water in meantime. Finally the food arrived and biryanis were way off there was neither any flavor which they used to have and it was just blank biryani colored rice. They were hardly 10 customers in restaurant and they’re clueless on taking the orders/serving Order. It’s time they need to close or improve and compete with other restaurants.
Don't order spicy. You can't eat. Because it is damn spicy. If you want to eat spicy, just order mild. Little bit wait usually but taste is good
Excellent food, but a tad expensive.
I walked in and got that indian taste just from the smell inside. You should check it out. Very delicious food. Staffs are great. Amazing!
Bad service. Absolute rip off!!! Not very hygienic. Bad experience.
Reminds me of my mom’s biryani! Great food! I especially love the mirchi bhaji and the mango kulfi!
Very good place. Clean and nice area. Very amazing food. Loved it!
This is a very good place to have indian food.. Not just Indians people who want to try indian food this is the place..
Very friendly staff, restaurant quality was thumbs-up delicious and served in a cozy atmosphere. We had Masala Chai tea accompanied by two sugar packets (nice bold pick-me-up) and a complimentary Mango Lassi (which our waiter recommended and was right about), chicken vindaloo with medium spicy level (was perfect for my spice tolerance). My wife had the Goat Masala (if we could recommend any improvement it would be a little more meat on the bone), but flavor and complementary rice tasted amazing. We tried the Bullet Naan which as the name implies hits you face and is spicy. And finally a nice Mulligatawny soup which comes out hot so beware you might use your extra time waiting for the soup to cool by watching an interesting Bollywood flick on their wall-tv. Location is tucked away towards the back of a shopping center across the street from Cool Springs Galleria. Definitely the best we've had in a while. We accidentally stayed past closing time and they didn't even attempt to get us out while we took out time. Great service.
