Im giving 2 stars because of music ,but the food is horrible my mom order a seafood soup, there was only shells n like 2 shrimps on a gallon of water , the cocktail campechano with 1 shrimp,like 3 pieces of octopus 1 ostion and full of onion n water and it tasted horrible. They need a better chef.

They had soccer on every tv,loud,I ask if they could turn down the volume on the TV behind us,they told us that all the TV's were linked together, we could not hold a conversation through the whole meal,not enjoyable at all.

The only complaint I have about this restarsunt is that the bottled beer my husband ordered was a bit on the warm side and no where as best cold as you would have liked it on a hot day. Other than that I give the place 5+ it was nice and clean friendly prompt service. No rush to leave when it was apparent we were done with our meal laid back comfortable atmosphere. The absolute best Mexican food I have ever eaten in my entire life wish I had one in my home town it would be on my list for a once weekly visit if not more often than that. Everything we ordered amongst our dinner party was absolutely so good none of us could stop eating even though we were full. Would highly reccomend it to anyone in the area wanting really good Mexican dining this is the place

Good food, good prices, fast service. It looks a bit run-down aesthetic wise, and the bathrooms are small and do not look in top condition. They serve good salsa with chips that you can be given to you as many times as you want. Aesthetically non-pleasing, but everything else is very good.

The food and ambience are great. The service is awful. Only reason I went back the second time is because of the food, and the service completely ruined it. Be prepared for multiple waiters with attitude. They prefer to talk amongst themselves than to take care of the customers. Also, make sure your check only includes items you ordered.

Food is good, but the lack of attention from your server is horrible.. It takes thirty minutes just to get a cheese dip.. I see special service given to some but my family and I have visited over five times and each trip is the same with the service.. Even a fight has broke out in front of my niece, nephew and my son. Well the sixth time is not the charm on service but the food is good.. You be the judge but don't say I didn't warn you if your food is cold, or you never see a refill..

Dearly love some of the girls (waitresses and bartenders) here, have known them for years. I used to come here often, but now only once in a while. Found a 10x better place. The restroom here is sickening nasty. Food is hit or miss. Very prompt guy that works hard to get the food out fast. Some waitresses good, others seem to care less. Agree that you have to run them down to get another margarita or your check. Music VERY loud.

Good food at a reasonable price. The price is slightly higher than some other similar restaurants, but still competitive, and the quantities are substantially more. If you are like me, and enjoy having leftovers to take home for a meal or a snack later, this is a great place to eat. Thus far, I've always opted for carry-out rather than eating in, but the restaurant would be a good place to watch sports as there are several small TV's around and a large screen TV in the front of the dining room. The service is always friendly and fast.

The food is not that great and the service is HORRIBLE, I have done pick up orders many times, but each time they get the order wrong. If anything don’t even make an order. We have gone in and they just give us the wrong food and expect us to pay. Like, no!! and everyone there is disrespectful. 4 stars: I didnt order food here. I only got Margaritas here. Drinks were delicious but I didnt appreciate the sales tax and liquor tax. My total was an extra $6.00 bc of it. So I paid $27 for a pitcher of margaritas which is ridiculous. There was a miscommunication with the pitcher drinks. I asked her b4 ordering how much were they, she said $13. But I was charged $20. Not a huge deal. But definitely a language barrier. Anyway, still a pretty kewl place if just wanting some good margaritas.

I took my family on Father's Day, the server told us it could be a bit because they were really busy (that was fine with me) after 45 mins the food wasn't there. People that came 30 mins after us got food 1st, asked the server why, she got an attitude. When the food came, it was the wrong food, belonged to someone at another table and one of our orders was missing. I ordered fajitas, they cost about $17.00. It was supposed to have shrimp but only had one and instead of steak strips they gave me taco meat and not much of it either. My daughter asked out server for a glass of water, the server also got an attitude about that and rolled her eyes. I used to love this place but this last time sucked. My bill was $106.00 and less than satisfactory.

The best Mexican food we have had anywhere in the nation. The fajitas, the ceviche, and (my custom personal favorite) chicken with cheesy rice... ALL EXCELLENT. We have lived in southern California for over 3 years, and travel frequently. This is hands down the best of the BEST. Thank you Las Cazuelas and the excellent staff for taking care of us for years.

The music & drinks were great. Fast seating. But they took way to long on the food. First, they brought two plates out of the 7 plates we ordered & to top it off they forgot to bring the rest of the food that came with the two plates like the rice & beans & the tortillas. So we waiting for another 15 minutes to even see our waitress & ask for it! And still waited another additional 20 minutes for the other plates. We got there at 6:30pm put in the order of food at 7:00pm didn't get ALL our food till like 7:50pm. Over all wait from yesterday for the food was like 1hr.

Well first of all, the waitress did not seem to ever understand that I wanted sweetened tea, so I gave up and used equal!! Also we asked for regular nachos supreme with chicken, and they added chorizo!?? We tried to explain that to the waitress, but she never even offered to exchange it for the correct dish!!?? My sister's friend ordered fajitas with beef and chicken, but it was burnt, not sure why he didn't send it back?? There are so many Mexican restaurants in Nashville, we just happened to go at a bad time I guess!??

Cant get any more authentic Mexican then this place. A little outdated decor and old fashion diner looking menu, but lots of choices and overall good food. My only real knock against it was... the live band was way to loud. I was with a group and could not talk to the person next to me at the table let alone 3 seats down. Not a quite place... Nieghbor hood was a little sketchy as well. Probably would have not pick this place if it wasn't pick by a friend that was local.

Terrible again. I come from time to time with my buddy from Guatemala. Today I received 4 tablespoonfuls of beans. When I saw the rice, bean and lechuga plate I was shocked at how small it was. Maybe a tablespoon each of guacamole, sour cream and pico. Pathetic!. At least today it wasn't as loud as it usually was. I will never return. If you're ever in Franklin go to pueblo real and see how Mexican should be done.

Sat at the bar happy to see the salsa bar, guacamole station, etc. Patrons were friendly. Margarita was good and not too pricey. Bartender was neither friendly nor helpful. Told me the salsa bar, guacamole, etc. was free then hit me with a $14 food bill. Am generous in my 3 star rating!

Tried to order over the phone, but the lady didn't know the prices. She told me she will called back with prices and the lady called with higher than usual prices because they change them on weekends. They can not change orders that are already submitted. Ask to speak to manager and I could hear the whole conversation while on "hold". The unprofessional manager name Jonathan stated if we complained about prices we could go to McDonald. Terrible service.

The food is great and they give you quite a bit on your plate. The chicken over cheese and rice at lunch is only $6.75 plus the chips and salsa and add some cheese dip to your order and you have 2 meals for the day for only about $10! And its sooooo good. I have never been disappointed. I go there a lot.

The wait staff is friendly. One of the best Latin American restaurants on Nolensville road and that is saying a lot. The only negative is the chairs are getting abit worn out. They really need to change some of them out Added plus; Several of the waitresses are stunningly beautiful.

This place is subpar. They advertise lunch specials but it takes them like forty minutes to prepare and bring your meal out during lunch time. Our sever was also distracted and the manager rude. If you are Hispanic, stay away from this place- you will not be provided good customer service.

Don't bother. Food was barely mediocre and the service was terrible. Been the same way on 3 different visits and we won't be back. Waitress pick and choose who they want to serve and when so we've waited 15 minutes just to be greeted waited another 20 minutes just for drinks so we got up and left. They weren't even a quarter full at the time. We've seen other parties getting loud and upset due to poor service and incorrect billing. They've also taken our card to pay and then provided no receipt but a hand written note on the amounts. If you are Spanish it looks like you will have a better time from our visits, otherwise, no so much.

This used to be one of my wife and my's favorite restaurants. Service is typically super slow but we were willing to deal with that until we visited last week. Our server spoke next to no English, which is understandable since it's a mexican restaurant. However, when she gets the order wrong and you can't communicate on how she needed to fix it, then that's a problem. My wife ordered a single spinach enchilada, a side of beans and a hard beef taco. She got a whole enchilada plate with beans and rice, and extra side of beans and a street taco, which cost us way more money than what she actually ordered. We never got refills on our drinks and took forever to get our checks. Servers must be on island time since they must be on "island time" and in no rush to serve you. Too bad since the food is great, but not worth the hassle anymore, we won't be coming back.

The most disgusting service I've ever had in a Colombian Restaurant. They advertise as a Mexican Restaurant but most of its staff is Colombian including its manager. When I complained about service. Manager told me that sometimes waitresses are not in their best mood. So I said that if workers have problems leave them outside. I paid for service no for mistreatment. Their food was very delicious. They recently renovated so the place looks very beautiful. There is a stage area so I'm guessing they have live music at times.
