Decent lunch buffet. Good selection, but several dishes were too salty. Take a little taste of each on first pass, then go back for more of the dishes you like. Only two dessert choices, and both were too sticky sweet. Nice ambiance. I would go back if I'm in town, but wouldn't drive specifically to eat here.

Fantastic food and excellent service. We had the buffet and it was our second time in two weeks. The food is top-notch and has a home-cooked feel of comfort food. Please make more chocolate eclair desserts. I was only disappointed that it wasn't there the second week that I came there. This place is so much better than going to a chain restaurant.

Stopped in while on vacation in the mountains and must say, everything was A+++! Amazing southern style home cooking! The Buffet was mind blowing! Everything was fresh, Flavorful, and delicious! Worth the drive again just to eat here! The staff was really friendly and the owner stopped by all the tables to check on the diners! You can tell lots of care goes into every aspect of running this restaurant!

It is very clean newly remodeled resturant. Buffet offers big variety home style cooking. Gets a little carried away with spices. Did not care for the sugary carrots or deep fried mac& cheese balls. Great southern fried chicken. Boiled cabbage was very tasty. You can order off the menu also. Servers are nice and friendly.

After seeing the google reviews and how nice Donnas looked inside we decided to give it a shot. What an excellent place! The menu has a variety of options and the buffet looks really tasty. There also gluten free options including a delicious cheese cake. The Italian chicken dinner was very good! Additionally the staff was very good an accommodating. Comfort food on a buffet! Great attentive service, food was quality and kept full on the buffet even on a holiday. We will be back as we said we will make the drive once a month to visit this establishment. Peanut Butter Pie was one of the best that I've ever had, not too peanutty but creamy and delicious. We had the buffet and love everything in it---- Fresh, good taste and great presentation. Our server, Haley, was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is a real southern delight.... This was our first time here. It was clean and scored 100 which is always nice to see. I was disappointed that they didn't have any omelets on the breakfast buffet bar until we were already finishing up. It was 9.99 a person for the Buffett. 3-10 yrs old was only 3.99. It wasn't bad, but they were completely out of maple syrup, they only had 2 things of ketchup at the buffet that people kept taking to their tables instead of using and leaving like intended. We didnt get to try the waffles, pancakes, or French toast because no syrup. The eggs were basic liquid eggs. The sausage and bacon was good. They had biscuits and gravy. They had a small salad bar and some watermelon, grapes and peaches. I probably wouldnt do the breakfast bar again, but I'd go back to try lunch or dinner to see what else they have to offer

The food here is just fantastic - southern home cooking done right. Good variety on the buffet esp for the size of the restaurant. Price is very reasonable for the buffet as well (we have never ordered off the menu.) Staff is friendly and helpful. I love the portion sizes of desserts - small enough to try several or eat one without waste or overeating. We found this place on accident a couple months ago and now have driven around 45 mins each way multiple times for the delicious food. Interior is also nice and cozy and well kept. Bathrooms are clean and neat as well which I feel like many establishments neglect. Will continue to return.

Very disappointed with my service. the waitress didnt refill my drink. She said she would get to it, and didnt. then her behavior was continuing to cater to my husband while blatantly trying to flirt with him in front of me. Plates from the family dinner were stacked on the table, never removed. We were so offended. Great food, but wont be back!

Passing through, Donna's popped up on my "places to eat near me" search. Being in historic downtown, I expected a sandwich and soup cafe, but Donna's was so much more. The Saturday buffet was amazing. It was home cooking at it's best and very inexpensive. The chess pie for dessert was absolutely delicious. My only regret is that we don't live closer so we can come back weekly. Definitely stop in at Donna's. The service, food and atmosphere are all 5 stars.

Michelle birchfield is honestly the best waitress they have everytime I've been there she has done everything to make my meal enjoyable and correct to the way i wanted!
