Affordable, clean and delious! So many variety of Asian foods, though it would of been very healthful if ALL dishes were labeled as what they were and degree of spiciness. Very attentive servers.

Started closing up over an hour before closing. Closed the Hibachi but left out the raw food then steamed it with no flavor. Mopped??? I would call it throughing water on the floor. I'm a a disabled vetran and had to call my son over to help me back to our table. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. and neither will my family.

Only times I have not been completely disappointed by a meal here are when it's busy enough to force fresh food out of the kitchen. Overall quality is underwhelming at best.

Half of what I had tasted like fish...but it was chicken and an egg roll. Their beef lo mein tasted normal at least but not particularly good. I ordered carry out and got a bad feeling as soon as I walked in. The WHOLE place smells like fish and not in a good way. Reminiscent of the Cumberland river on a hot humid day. Anyways...I politely expressed my concerns and the lady there refunded me over the phone. 2/5 since the refund was given. I worked in food service for 11 years and I personally can't stand complainers but this is my honest review.

The worst food I've ever had and I have low standards. Crab cakes were spoiled and there was raw shrimp Frozen in an ice block on the bar, I left scared and hungry.

Great family own restaurant. I've enjoyed more than a handful of meals at Capital! The staff is always nice! Not pushy, not snotty, nor in a rush to get you out. Just nice good people. Now the food. sushi and Chinese menu. No need to go two different spots. You can have a regular menu or all you can eat! Amazing! Food is fresh and the restaurant dinning area is casual but clean. There is a spot down the street, also good but I give thumbs up to Capital Asian buffet for the reasons above. :0)

This is a nickel and dime place. Food isn’t up to standard as other Asian buffets. The working staff besides hostess are latino ( cooks, cleaners and etc), might as well go eat good Mexican somewhere else. Stay away from the Seafood! They sit pass expiration time and aren’t chilled correctly.

This is a good buffet place. It has a huge selection of Chinese food, sushi, and hibachi. It was clean for an older building. The staff was pleasant and always attentive. The only downside was the chicken in the dishes was a little dry. I don't know if it was because it sat too long or it was overcooked. If you like Chinese buffets, this one is worth a try.

We stopped here because we have been on the search for good sushi... Well Don't waste your money or your time at this place... The sushi is old and scary looking,the crab salad was warm , I did not allow my daughters to eat the sushi. They have a large selection which may be the problem, we each had a plate and skipped the desert and left. The woman's bathroom had urine on the floor and the napkins smelled funny. I would not recommend this place to anyone ! We have not found a good place for sushi as of yet..:(

Food looked dry and old. I have 2 teenage boys that wouldn't even eat the food. Even though my kids had one plate a piece that they didn't even eat all of the food. They just tried bites of things and left it on their plates. You know its bad if teenage boys won't eat the food. The woman that seemed to manage the place wanted to charge me for 2 dinners and 4 drinks. Talked them down to charging me for one dinner and 4 drinks even though I dont feel like I should of paid for any dinners cause none of us are barely ate anything. I didn't even try it.....didnt look worth eating at all.

Ain't the cleanest place around. By any means. Place is also a little torn up. But the price is fair and the food is good. Varies a little, day by day. Some days is better than others. Crawdads are real good. I like the ones that have been sitting a while because then they soak up the juice a bit more than the ones that've just been brought out. Very popular. They have to constantly replenish the crawdad tray. You can bet your bottom dollar that once they bring out a fresh tray, it's probably gonna be empty within several minutes.

My daughter and I went to this restaurant for lunch and I saw a live roach on the buffet by the sushi. I called the health department but I can see nothing has been done because they are still open. I will NEVER eat there again.

Food was ok.... has gone down the last few times I've gone. The service was horrible. They started preparing the restaurant for closing by moping the area around the buffet 1.5 hours before closing. Was surprised that they now charge $8.99 lb for crab legs which were once included.

One of the more descent chinese/Japanese buffets I've been to. Very large selection. They actually have more than just California rolls in their "sushi" bar, unlike other buffets I've visited. The egg rolls didn't taste as fresh as I hoped, and weren't very crunchy. The seafood didn't look very appetizing either so I didn't try any of the fish. But everything else was very tasty. What you would expect for an Asian buffet!

We arrived there at 7:30 p.m and most of the food containers were empty or in some cases the food was totally cold. Fruits and deserts were fresh and good. The quality of foods could be better. I have been to Daily Buffet and Grill at Murfreesboro and they provide the same service (food wise), but the quality of their food was much more better.

I loved this place, and today was my 2nd visit. They have one of the largest Buffet's I have ever seen which made the choices unlimited. I also love knowing this is a Small Family Owned Business. The people that work there are Friendly and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. NOW, let me tell you about the Won Ton Soup. It is the best I have ever had. I just want the soup part - not the Won Ton, and this broth is not the usual watered down chicken broth that you get at most Chinese places. I look forward to going back and trying all their other soups as well as some more of the food choices. I think it will take 20+ visits to try everything and I'm up to the task.

Oh my, Nashville is full of disappointing places to eat.... And this is another one !!!! When you walk in, you see steam coming up from the buffet tables so you think the food would be warm, it was disappointing. The large seating area was empty at the beginning of lunch. The Chicken was way over cooked, the noodles was cold, the egg drop soup had zero flavor. My co dinner had cold food and some mystery pop, it was not what he ordered which was a Dr. Pepper. His soup had zero taste. The table sitting next to us, sent there coffee back saying it was not coffee. Maybe the Dr. Pepper made it to there coffee cup. Even the tooth pics taste stale. Fortune cookies were stale and must be past expiration date if they have one. This food critic recommends anyplace else but here, McDonalds, Burger King or Wendy's will give you a hot sandwich.
