Wonderful burger stop in my hometown. I came through on a visit, being a vegetarian it’s hard to find things to eat in small town USA. I had the veggie burger and the strawberry funnel cake. So good! Burger was hearty and the dessert could honestly feed 2-4 people depending on your sweet tooth. I will be back when I can.

I had a $8.99 wedge salad and it was alright, now worth $9.00 tho! And my husband got chicken wings that where super hot he said for mild and over cooked. So we won't go back!

I went there to have a burger and fries . The waitress seated me quickly and gave me menu . There was only one other customer in the restaurant . I sat and waited for someone to take order for 15 minutes while 4 young girls laughed and talked . After 15 minutes , I gave up and left . On my way out , I told them obviously they did not want my business and told them forget it . I will come back ever again . Extremely poor service . They need a new manager. Am considering calling health Dept all the trash under the tables too . This place last long in roane county. People will not tolerate it .

The food is delicious. It is very clean and the waiters/waitresses are pleasant and will make sure that your meal is done properly (however you wanted). I would refer the "Burger Station" to anyone and everyone. It's a good place to take family, friends. The prices are very reasonable. Come on and try it, you will want to go back again and again.

Truthfully, I wasn’t impressed when it first opened. Now, it has much improved itself with minor tweaking and adjustments. The food is great and a nice change here in Roane county! I love the spud and wedge special! Their burger sauce is also awesome!

We love Burger Station, especially their fresh-cut fries. Today our burgers did not get cooked all the way through and the manager promptly took them back, brought us two more that were perfect, along with a fresh batch of fries. He then came back to check on everything and brought us a complimentary dessert. It was a fresh made donut, with strawberry and blueberry topping, and it was delicious. Great food and great customer service!

I went with a group of friends to try this new place. It was as expected train themed, looked interesting. The server came and took our order, was super friendly! Ordered a coffee which he promised would be made fresh and of course a burger (bacon cheder). Waited about 15 minutes and got the food. Mine was dry and someone had squesed out all the grease which got rid of all the flavor. The coffee tasted hours old and we were seated in the middle of the restaurant so we were hearing everyone else's conversations and not our own.

Five stars. 5 stars all around. The service was the best you could ask for here. The people are sweet and made sure we were taken care of, even out on the patio. They even gave me a glass of water for my pup. :) We stopped in on a hot Tuesday evening for dinner. The food was great. Their fries look and taste homemade and the "junior" burger was bigger than anything you can find at a McDonald's. The place was clean. The selection on the menu was way more than we expected. I ended up having a "spud" and it, as well as the broccoli that came with it, was cooked perfectly. The location is part of a strip mall and doesn't look spectacular at first glance, but we were pleasantly surprised by how much we really enjoyed the place. They also had a drive through and online ordering. And I am definitely going back to try the dessert! I only wish they had something sweet that was lactose free for me. We will definitely return. Thank you so much!

This was a new experience after moving to the area. We went back a second time already because I fell in love with their bourbon mushrooms on their loaded baked potato! They have so many choices, plus a salad wedge with more choices than I've ever seen. They are going to be serving steak, so I will be going back! They even gave my dog a free burger Patty after she went crazy over the smells at the drive through..they also have outside seating with a really cool fire pit.

It's so loud inside, that I couldn't hear anyone talking. The acoustics of the building are awful. The music was blaring and everyone trying to talk over it, then each other. I just wanted to hurry and get out of there. Took two bites of the burger on the way home and gave it to my wife. Leathery lettuce, rubbery meat, and tough bread. I couldn't even taste the cheese. It was there. I checked. The only thing I could taste was red onion. My god, it was fearsome. I'll bet the person that cut them cried blood and napalm. Hardee's is quicker, quieter, tastier, and just all around better.

Just had my first experience today with Burger Station in Harriman. Was very pleased with my meal and the service. I had the L&N burger with fries. Burger was definitely fresh all the way around as well as the fries. Good friendly customer service and very affordable. Will for sure be going back soon.

A little disappointed in our spud cakes this visit. It was as if they had been sitting and done for too long. They were not fresh. The burgers were fantastic. The service was okay at best. We had to get up and get our own drink refill a couple of times. We do love the food here.

We ordered the Harriman Hot Dog - it was HUGE! 8oz dog with homemade chili, grilled onions (I substituted slaw for the onions) & cheese for $7.99. It was delicious! Also split a side of their delicious home made fries ($2 99) - was more than enough to share! We brought home doggy bags. Service was EXCELLENT! Food was EXCELLENT! And was a nice easy drive from Chattanooga. Will definitely go there again - the burgers looked amazing!

Me and my boyfriend stopped in on the way to Knoxville services were very nice and food was brought out fast and fresh. It was really good, but only think I could see wrong was that we didnt really see our server after we got out food and drinks. She disappeared and we had to have someone else go get our check and bring it to us.

My husband and I ordered the L&N and the Union Pacific burgers and fries. I'll begin by saying that the burgers were bigger than we expected and were full of flavor which was nice. It was a little confusing how this place is setup. You are seated at tables and your order is taken there. You can visibly see the drink station, our server refilled my drink before our food came out which made it hard to tell whether or not we could go get our own. My husband was never asked if he wanted a refill. Would've given a full 5 stars if our server would've checked back in on our drinks.

This was our first visit to the Burger Station 120 in Midtown, Tennessee; very pleasant atmosphere we enjoyed the deco and the staff was kind and informative. They meet our needs upon request. The menu was easy to read and organized so that we knew what was offered without many questions about our concerns with food allergies; my husband requested items removed from his burger, no surprise his needs where meet without hesitation. The restaurant was clean, quite even the windows and doors where cleaned as needed during our visit. We were informed of extra charges before receiving items. The other guests seemed to have enjoyed their visit even visiting with one another outside the dining area at the patio at the tables and chairs the restaurant offered their guest which is rare to see here in Midtown. Richard asked about the name and if it has franchises up north, this is an independent store that the owner and his late father had dreamt about running together, his fathers death seemed sudden and dreams were put off for a bit. But after long and considerate prayers went ahead and open in his fathers honor. Touching and honestly the son has done a fabulous job. If you are in the area you should stop by and see how one man has honored his father with hard work admiration and live any cup may over flow with JOY as we left looking over my shoulder wishing them a good day I saw the smile that brings tears to my eyes for the live a man has for his father MAY GOD BLESS HIM HIS DREAM AND YOUR DINNING EXPERIENCE. ENJOY THE LOVE A SON STILL SHOWS HIS DAD. GOD BLESS,AMEN.

I had the wedge salad with grilled chicken. It was fresh and good. The Spud cakes are worth trying. My husband had the bacon cheddar burger which he loved but the fries could have been crisper. We will enjoy this place again.

Got the Brisket Sandwich....was great. Good size. Bacon Mac and Cheese was straight fire too. Half price milkshake on sunday....it was good too. The little piece of funnel cake they put in it is just the icing on the cake....or the topping on the shake. I'll definitely be back again.

Now that they have Waiters it sucks, I understand they are young kids. But they spend more time talking to each other then the guests. You use to be able to just refill your drink. Now they ask that you have the server do it. That's fine but the server doesn't come to the table. You use to pay upfront when you ordered sit where you wanted to. Now they lead to a table. I like the old way it was. The new way sucks bad. That's the last time I'll go
