Plenty of bang for the buck, don't miss out on Austin's. By far my favorite buffet offering in Knoxville.

This place has a huge variety of meats, chicken and shrimp. They have a very nice salad bar. There's lots of different vegetables and fruits to choose from. This is a great place for comfort food with lots of cooked vegetables and beans. This is a casual setting with great service. I will give them a big thumbs up!

Depending on what you get some food is delicious where you want to go back up to the bar for more and others are good but could be better. They have friendly service the times I've been. Love their steaks the way I like it. Overall good experience here.

My only complaint is their lack of vegan dishes, however for lacto-ovo vegetarians, there's plenty, and they offer a substantial discount for ot eating the meats. The staff is always friendly and attentive.

The Food tasted great, but, the steam tables needed to be turned up or the fans turned down, because while the food was warm on the steam tables by the time you got it to the table to eat it was COLD! Also NOTHING was marked, I don't know about you, but I like knowing what I am eating. There were 3 of us, we all enjoyed the food and the service was top notch! Our Server was excellent! But the food was COLD... I really hate that. We won't be rushing back for a second try. We were also in one of the booth closest to the food bars. I hate to think what those much farther back experienced!

Bus trip with 50 people on a Friday night. Everything was wonderful, Food was excellent..Hot food hot,cold food cold. The best part was our waiter. One guy for 50 people. He was outstanding. What an asset to this operation. Fast, friendly and effecient. All the time with a smile and polite. Thank you.

I loved it. The food was very good and clean. The price is a little on the high side compared to your regular buffets, but it's definitely worth it. They have almost any kinda food your taste buds are craving Southern styles anyway). Not only that they also have a wide variety of deserts. Anything from cakes to rice crispy treats. Best of all they have soft serve ice cream! The waiters are also very friendly and quick on any requests. They also check up on you to make sure everything is great and you have everything you need. Theyre clean with all the food, dishes, and even the restrooms. They have the cleanest restrooms I've probably ever used at a public place. I would recommend this place for any occasion. A date night, family dinner, or even just a quick stop to fill up. It really is great.

Their food is actually much better than the usual buffets. I get to go boxes which they sell by the pound. I make a box for each of us with the foods each person likes. Great salad bar and a wide variety of desserts.

The most welcome I have felt at a restaurant ever!! My daughter has sever food allergies and they were willing to answer any questions I had about the food and went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe For her to eat! Autumn was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful!! So helpful and so very sweet. I absolutely recommend Austin's!

Austin's is a really good buffet. I don't say that about many places. These are not my favorite types of eateries. Still, they have a place. We went to the Sunday Buffet after church and we were seated quickly on comfortable seats. I know that this is a very old building but it looked fresh and clean on the inside and outside. There was a great selection of good food. The prime rib, while overcooked, was very tender and flavorful. I am a medium-rare kind of guy and the prime rib was at least medium-well. I had a bbq beef rib which was pretty good. The fried fish and baked fish were both excellent. Definitely worth a try. Maybe even go back sometime.

If you're into buffet restaurants, this one is not a bad place to eat. They have a wide variety of foods to choose from and if you go early in the day, the food is hot and fresh. I've been in the evening and was disappointed with the food. It can be crowded especially on Saturdays and Sundays but the wait is usually not too long.

Went to Austins after church today it was packed. The food was good and hot. They never ran out of anything. The service was great. I wish they had real mashed potatoes, not instant, UGH!! Just a little pricey for a senior. Keep up the good work, we will be back.

Great place to go and have lunch. Gets somewhat crowded around dinner time, but it is definitely worth waiting a few minutes for. Good southern food done right. Choice of baked potato or baked sweet potato. Price is pretty good honestly. For my wife and I having soda and full buffet was only $25 and some change. We go here on a regular basis it seems.

This place has the best food in a restaurant I have tasted in forever. All there food is piping hot and fresh. They make real mashed potatoes with real butter which shocked me since they are on the buffet. They even have chicken livers that are delicious. The only thing that is not the best is the salad bar and desserts. But the service is wonderful!

This has been the best family buffet that I have visited in a while!!! Huge selection and variety. Everything I sampled was hot and delicious! Salad bar was fresh and clean. DEFINITELY worth the $$ MONEY $$ Me, and my Family went this past Thursday around 2:00 p.m, as well as Today ( Sunday ) and enjoyed BOTH visits. Sunday was considerably MORE BUSY, and the price of the Buffet is a few dollars HIGHER on Sunday than it was on Thursday, however they are constantly changing ALL selections of the food out as it doesn't take too long for that MANY people to empty ANY serving container. So with that being said the food is ALWAYS FRESH which is a PLUS. On BOTH visits we had extremely NICE waitresses which is also a PLUS. My Family, and I DEFINITELY plan on returning very SOON, and I would recommend Austin's on Merchants Drive to EVERYONE !! #Awesomefood #Niceworkers

Honestly, I'm always skeptical of buffets of any type because it's quite rare that the food is on par with a traditional cooked-to-order restaurant. BUT, Austin's is a pleasant exception! Everything I tried (and it seems like I tried most of it) was very good - even the steak. The price is very reasonable as well.

The variety of foods offered was incredible, and everything we ate was absolutely delicious. Our server was very pleasant and attentive, and that isn’t always the case with a buffet style restaurant. Me and my husband have been together 23 years. I've been going here since before I met him when it was on Broadway! They have a great buffet basically anything you would want! Or you can order whatever you want off the menu their steaks are awesome too. This is our most favorite place to go eat! Be sure to say yes you want the yeast rolls with honey butter. They are delicious!
