Went there last nigbt and seated ourselves and noone acknowledge us then a group came in and they were seated and given menus so I ask the manager if we could have service since we had been waiting over 15 minutes. Finally place a order and received our good which was a little over done . waitress told us that she did not see us since she was waiting on another big group but we were watching the manager and he was socializing with other people and not watching the door. Were never ask how meal was or if we wanted anything else to eat or drink and was handed the check the waitress told us she comp the pop and took it of the check since we waited that long . Terrible food and service for a saturday night and bunch of poor excuses .

Went on a Friday around 5pm, they had 2'fers going on. Not a great beer selection but they had a couple brews other than the standard bud/miller/coors/michelob. Been to the OT on other occasions for Wing Night, pretty solid wings (gotta try the pb&j wings, don't knock it 'till you try it).

Friend & I went on a Monday for late lunch. Lunch specials where surprisingly inexpensive and the was made fast and fresh. Nachos were a little soggy, however Sliders & Wings we're outstanding. Our bartender/server was helpful & humorous. I had not been there in a few years. I will become a regular with food & service like that!

Walked into this place today for the first time. Wanted to check it out because I was planning on bringing about 8 of my Miami Hurricane buddies in Sunday night to watch the game. I stood near front area for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come up front. Server looked at me and wouldn't acknowledge me. Walked around to the bar area and got same treatment from bartender. Waited a few more minutes and walked out. They won't have to worry about seeing us Sunday night!

My family loves to meet here once a week to enjoy time together, however, I think we may be looking for a new bar and grill! Staff has been very rude to my family on a number of different occasions. It's very hard to find a space to park - the parking lot is terrible. Unfortunately the burgers are quite dry, so I try to stick to just eating the nachos. Beers are cheap, so that is very nice. Also, please note I am very happy with my life, but wish that I could enjoy it even more so with better service from the staff at Overtime!

I called an spoke with a manager ,asked for a reservation in which I was told it would be no problem for a party of 30. We showed up and we retold that we had canceled which was not the case They were also continuously seating more ppl at open tables when they could not even accommodate us. Would NEVER recommend to anyone with a group. No communication. Terrible.

Would have expected better, especially since two of my siblings have been employed here. I also gave our rewards account with our last name.. which is definitely not a common one. I called on a Saturday to place an order for pickup. Unfortunately the girl who took my order didn't have the time of day for me. She was very rude and had no phone etiquette. Between being able to tell she was rolling her eyes at me and her cackling whilst having a full on conversation with a coworker, I said I would call back because we couldn't do the 2/$20 to go, which is fine. But after her poor attitude and lack of manners, I went elsewhere.

OT has far superior wings to any of the National chains. It has great specials on drinks, wings and burgers. The atmosphere is everything you could want out of a sports bar. Great viewing angles from anywhere in the bar. If you are on the east side of Sioux Falls this should be your spot. If you live on the other side of town it is still worth stopping over every now and again. My only gripe is food cook times can be kind of slow, but the end result is always worth it. The wings are labeled jumbo and that is not hyperbole. They are large and delicious. I can't recommend the Triple Play and PB&J enough. They have BOGO on burgers on Wednesday nights and free bar games as well. Give this place a shot.

Classic sports bar. Fun appetizer options, they even have a full menu page dedicated to nachos. I don't drink so I don't know about beer prices, but I say at the bar and the bartender was a great guy. I could see myself bellying up at the rail for a basket of wings to watch a game.

I come here from time to time for the 2 for 1 burgers. Consistently disappointing. Burgers are not their forte as they are often so dry that a beverage is needed just to get the burger down. Roughly half of the time either the ticket or order is wrong. Would give 1 star, but sometimes the burgers are passable. Parking lot is not sufficient during peak hours.

We have been dining at the OT for a few years now and each time has been great. We continue to return for several reasons: service, food and the rewards program. We are impressed that the hostess open the door for us, smile, seat us promptly, and let us know the servers name and that they will be right with us. We enjoy the selection of wings and I love the chicken philly. Cleanliness is of great importance to us and the tables, floors, bathrooms and menus are generally well kept. The servers we have had are friendly, quick and when they have made mistakes, fix them with apologies. The atmosphere is fun and we enjoy the variety of sporting events aired on the many TV's. Keep up the good work; we'll be back!!

IF you are going for sports, and want a good place to crash and watch some games, this place is amazing. I've even seen staff go around and ask people what games they were there to see so they would have the right games on. However, I did find the food pretty average. Nothing really stood out, though for the kind of place this is, that's ok. There are good food and drink deals/prices, so definitely hit this place up for game watching. If you are out for a food only experience, you might find yourself wishing for something more.

I've always hated this place, but some people I know come here every week. Every week they complain about how terrible it is, but they always come back. I don't get it and it makes me a little mad so I think I'm just gonna start fading them out of my life. Anyway, I only order the fries because its hard to mess those up. The burgers are always weirdly dry and over done. And they frequently mess up the ticket. And the parking lot is terrible. And the wait staff has been mean to me before and I still resent them for it. I'm starting to resent those people I know. Seems like they come here to have something in common to hate on. UPDATE: Hey Overtime, looks like you deleted a prime example of your "excellent customer service and professionalism" I mentioned in my review. I'll add it to the photos for you.

Quite an enjoyable time here as it was my first visit! -ATMOSPHERE: There are many TVs spread around the restaurant tuned into various shows, so you're sure to find something to watch. They even have an app/tablet that allows you to play trivia during your stay. FOOD/DRINK: The beer selection is decent and the bartender knows a good pour. The food is also reasonably priced and the portion sizes fairly large. All in all, I'm very pleased with what they have going on here.

The Nachos are unbelievable! The Pizza is great, especially the buffalo chicken and the supreme pizzas! Service is usually lacking... Had one or two good service experience out of six visits. Often it is seat yourself (which I prefer), but we will usually sit there a LONG time before a server comes over to even acknowledge we've arrived even though they aren't attending other tables. Food = 5 star (love it) Service = 2 star (disliked it) If the food wasn't so good, the service wouldn't bring me back.

Tried it twice. Wouldn't go back. Took f o r e v e r to get our food. They kept apologizing and telling us we had bad timing! Huh? It's meal time...one was lunch and one was evening. OT poppers - bacon was like leather (and cold), quesadilla was more shell than filling (only a couple small pieces of chicken in each piece, a little cheese and a TON of green peppers). Ribs had no flavor and wings were well, let's just say I didn't finish them!

Tell me why me and a group of my friends go into this restaurant/bar,after we ate, we asked the waitress if it was ok for me to bring my daughter on the bar side bc my friend wanted to play a couple games she said it was ok, I wasn't playing I was just sitting at the table waiting, I sat over there for almost ten minutes noone told me that I couldn't have my child over there until a drunk lady walked over claiming that she was a mandate reporter, and that I needed to get my child out of there before she reported me (which I felt was disrespectful). All Employees sat there and watched me walk over and said nothing, so would I be wrong if I reported it to corporate office bc, the only reason the manager came over to say anything was because the CX said something to her.

Service is poor to horrible. Waited 20 min to get an iced tea while people who walked in after we ordered got their drinks immediately. Food is usually okay, but when it is bad it is horrible. Last time I ate here I vomited in the bathroom because of rotten meat.
