When you ask for simple things as add extra hot peppers and you do not even get one. Or if you are charged for cheese and do not get a slice, the things that make the sandwich! I'll be taking my business to Subway they know how to follow simple directions. Not happy!

I was looking for something different. Just got off work at 10pm, and they where still open. Ordered a giant gargantuan and it was so good. Workers where friendly and they could have said they where closed, but I'm glad they didn't. Will be back again.

I ordered the tuna from here and was sick an hour later and for a full 24hrs. I really depend on this place to keep high standards. That food poisoning, really messed me up. Don't know if I'll ever give them another chance, pretty risky. I've ordered Tuna here, plenty and always get my kiddos the roast beef, Slims... I am really sad to lose this ol' standby.

Ordered 2 BBLT's, with chips, pickles, and sodas an hour and twenty minutes ago. Still have no delivery. When called 35 -40 min ago about my order they told me they were out of bread, but would have driver call when on the way. I can walk 20 ft to Applebee's and would've been done by now!

Great place as always but especially now that I'm on a pre-bariatric surgery diet. A Turkey sandwich with no bread(lettuce-wrapped) with pickles, mustard, black olives,onions,pepper and no cheese helped me stick to it! And I could eat this any day. It was delish!

This jimmy johns doesn't know how to read a damn ticket if their life depended on it. They forget the add cheese or the add veto meat when I pay the extra 1$ for it. Having to take back your sandwich gets old after it's happened 10 times. Not impressed

Found a booger in my sandwhich! Ew! AND they were rude to a younger crew membee who seemed to have just started. Sometimes the register messes up change but it isn't the kid's fault!

Edible sandwiches. I got a tuna salad on "square" wheat bread, my companion got something with three kinds of meat: we were both unimpressed. My sandwich supposedly had mayo and tomatoes (neither of which I could taste); there were 4 slices of cheese, but I wouldn't have known except for the texture; the celery (in the tuna salad mix) and cucumber were the strongest flavors. Only one option for cheese: rather bland provolone. Selection of chips was also underwhelming, and if not chips you can get a cookie, but only a choice between two kinds. For a franchise, I was expecting better flavors and options. I tried it, it was edible, but I probably won't be going there again. (unless I need a sandwich delivered, since my town does not have a food delivery transport service)

Delivery said i was out of range. Downtown Brookings, SD is 2.11 miles from there store WOW!!! They said it was a Corporate policy. YAY!!! They moved their location and now they deliver to my address!!!!!
