Much better than you might expect from a wayside beer'n'burger. First thing to know, seat yourself, but you'll be greeted promptly once you do. Menus are already on the table with the napkins. The menu has a lot of options, which is usually a bad sign, but that's apparently not the case at Bertz. My whole group enjoyed their food, and my spicy burger was not only pretty good, but actually pretty spicy. To round it out, the tap selection was better than most small town bars. If you find yourself hungry, or thirsty for that matter, in Beresford, give Bertz a shot

Ordered food to go since I'm in town for a few days. Bartender was good but wish the food was good also. Took forever for some simple sandwiches. If I knew I had to build my sandwiches and wasn't done to order. I could haved made it in the hotel than.

Went for wings Wednesday and for the price, it was well worth it. The Acoustics are terrible in the building, and voices Echo really bad making bertz really loud and even hard to have a conversation sometimes. A few wall hangings would go a long way to help dampen the sound echoing. The wings were slightly overcooked and a little bit dry, but there was a nice sauce selection to choose from and it was $10 for all you can eat, or $0.50 per wing, so at those prices I'm not going to complain too much. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving bertz a try.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Philly subs were dry and barely edible. Ordered a Long Island and Strawberry Margarita. My husband forced himself to drink the Long Island. After sending back the Margarita once, it was still undrinkable. They still charged us for the drink, even though I sent it back. Manager was no help and said you ordered it, you're paying for it even if you don't drink it. Bartenders didn’t have a clue how to make a drink.

Stopped at this little bar and grill for a bite to eat and the service was great!! The chicken wings were awesome, the sauces were so delicious! I had a burger and a side salad but they did have an all you can eat pizza buffet going on too!! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!!
