PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE....... I called to place an order and was asked to hold. The employee laid down the phone and walked away( all the while I could hear everything) .14 minutes into the call , my wife called them and asked for the manager. They realized I was on hold , asked for my order , and before i could respond hung up the phone. I will take my $$ elsewhere.

We moved to york a year ago... tried this place a handful of times. . The pizza is decent, good fresh dough.. as for the rest of thr menu, horrible. . I think they make a pot of spaghetti in the morning amd serve it all day.. it's over cooked and watered down.. there are very few items on the menu, with just no flavor. Lastly, how does it take 35 minutes to cook and make a pizza!!?? And we were there at 1130 in the morning.

They REALLY need to make some customer service changes here. I've been here twice before & absolutely LOVED it. I was excited to bring my whole family here but when we all arrived st 5:30 on a Friday night, they were closed. There were a couple of workers over on the side of the building smoking and looking very annoyed. We decided to try the Mexican restaurant next door which was very friendly & delicious - but disappointing when everyone was in the mood for Italian. After leaving next door, Tony's was in fact open - with a sign change and everything. They're were only a couple customers inside. It's so sad that they obviously did not want our business. We may check back on this place in a few months....after they address their customer service issues. So sad.

Staff no friendly. We've tried to eat there and it's slow and twice had rude cashier. Food is good though. But their delivery service sucks real bad I think in 2 years they've actually were able to deliver. Over 20 times told we don't have a driver. Btw I live 2 miles away. But food was good

This place is quite possibly the worst restaurant I have ever been too. All three times I've been there, it's just been a disaster. Tonight, I decided to pick a spot so I could see the other customers faces (because maybe it's just me, who knows?). The couple to my right ordered garlic knots and were never served them. Apparently the waitress forgot to ring them in. The couple to my left were quiet, and when the waitress brought the bill, the wife explained and showed the bone that was found in her meal. The waitress tells them sorry and there is nothing she can do since the bill was already printed. They leave. In walks two call-in orders. The first ordered 20 minutes before arriving, but his food hadn't even been started (it was a pizza by the way). The other had order an hour before arriving, and it was he same story with him. He ended up leaving with no food. As soon as I walked in I order a water and garlic knots, 25 minutes later, I get the knots and they are so undercooked the inside was pure dough. I sent them back and ended up having to wait 20 minutes after I finished eating to get them. I had to ask for my side salad, since she forgot, ask for my garlic knots (before I knew they were undercooked), and ask for my bill. There were no "to-go" cups so I had to settle for a small glass with no lid with my four year old. There was only a minor spill, thank heavens. The staff is very unprofessional. Talking about each other, "play" fighting behind the counter, calling each other out on mistakes made, jumping around and acting 5. The waitresses toss discounts and leave food off the bills to make up for a bad experience. Where is the owner or managers? This place has more issues than vogue. The only positive I could give this place is that the tea was okay, but not great. Three strikes for them, so I won't be back.

We are weekly visitors here! We have only had one mediocre experience and it was on a weekend they were 1. Busy, 2. Hot and 3. We had a unique order. I recommend Tony's to anyone looking for Pizza in York! (Wish delivery was an option...)

I had brought my nephews to Tony’s for some lunch and I’ve got to say that the pizza was pretty good compared to what other “Italian” restaurants had to offer. The service was lacking at best we felt rushed and pushed to eat and leave. My nephew’s being ages 9 and 14 even remarked about how they felt that we were being rushed so they could get another customer at the table. I’m usually a generous tipper but I’d have to agree with my nephew’s that a tip wasn’t warranted. The waitress actually left a picture of sweet tea at our table telling us that if we’d like a refill we can help ourselves.

We have been here a few times before and it was not really all that memorable. However, the last time we came here it was. I don't know if they have changed a recipe or what but it was fantastic. I had a small Calzone supreme that took two meals to finish. It was stuffed full of meats, veggies and gooey cheesy goodness. The sauce that accompanied it was delicious. We also tried the spaghetti with meatballs and they were awesome. We will definitely be returning here to try out the pizza and other lunch and dinner items.

I was coming through York for some business when we decided to hop in for a bite to eat. I must say that the service is severely lacking and the food is mediocre at best. The service staff seem un-interested in they’re jobs and really lack energy and a positive attitude. I can see they push for tips which I can understand but give us a reason to tip. Again, The food tastes reheated or as if it was frozen then thawed out.

We got mozzarella sticks, a small pizza, and spaghetti and meatballs. The waitstaff seemed uninterested in us and our order. The mozzarella sticks were undercooked. The pizza was great and the spaghetti was fine. It's hard to mess up spaghetti. Overall we won't be going back.

came to pick up a to go order, staff walks around me like I'm invisible. Someone finally acknowledged my existence, but the other woman she asked to check on my order just mumbles under her breathe, obviously upset about something. This place is a complete disaster, I certainly will not return. Staff arguing in front of customers, terrible service, who cares how the food is if you're treated like garbage.

Poor service.. my father and mother and brother highly recommended this place, so I took them to the place to try it out.. not impressed.. my brother got wings.. he got that 1st.. my mother got stromboli, got that 15 mins later.. me and my father got our meals 10 mins later.. not good.. will not stop here again.. I was fixing to say forget my and my father's food if we wasn't diabetics and taken our meds

First time i tried this store. I bought calzones they had ricotti sauce in them when i thought it would be mozz cheese and tomato sauce. I called and ask for a switch out which the cashier said yes if half wasnt eaten. I bought them in and explain that i wasnt trying to be rude or get over but i didnt like it and i will buy something else if i cant exchange. The cashier is Heather she is really sweet she showed this loud large man in charge and looked at me through the mirror and yelled loudly that he not taking it back or making anything for me and that i ate half of the calzone when i didnt. Cashier said i didnt eat half either. I kindly ordered something else in which wasnt that good either. I take it hes racist. Ill never return.

Have not been to Tony's in several months. The service has greatly declined. My food was sent to another tabe by accident. The waitress, who did not have a very friendly attitude, only informed me it would be out soon. The cook finally came and explained it to me. It however was not soon. They don't serve wine or beer anymore either. My wife and I used to enjoy going there and having a decent Italian meal and a glass of wine or a beer. I was very disappointed.

Most of the time they are out of something you want. I had to order a sandwich there one time and it had 3 pepperoni on it a lots of lettuce. This time we went will probably be our last the comical waitress running around I'm sure was on something a little more than sweet tea and cinnamon rolls!
