The very best southern fried chicken I've ever enjoyed, heck, everything was exceptionally great. Dpecallyy the fried green tomatoes. Will definitely be coming back. Clean, with wonderful people that smile a lot. Enjoy.

Mediocre. The Mac n Cheese in the buffet only had cheese on the top: therefore just tasted like pasta. If you have to add salt and pepper to Mac n Cheese for it to taste like something there's a problem. The chicken n dumplings were also bland. The fried porkchop just tasted like that frozen stuff they heat up at school. The biscuits were a solid OK. The fact that I enjoy the free meal at my hotel more than this is a problem, and the prices definitely don't reflect the value.

Took some out of state friends here for fried chicken. Most of the time we skip buffets but this one seemed clean and the food was hot and fresh. Seating was a little dark and crowded in the section we were seated but other than that all was good.

Absolutely delicious fresh food served on a buffet. Different entrees and veggies daily. All items are homemade. Biscuits and cornbread yummy too. Go online to see menu. You cannot go wrong here.

Coming from someone who eats out almost every meal, this was by far the biggest rip off. $12 for a heavily depleted buffet bar. Never had a server check on me. Big disappointment after hearing great things about this place for so long. Dont believe the hype. Not good.

Homemade foods on a buffet. The day I was there, they served fried chicken, chicken livers, meat loaf, mashed potatoes, fried okra, white beans, macaroni & cheese, turnip greens, biscuits and corn muffins, gravy and fried fatback. They had apple and peach cobbler on the hot bar, chocolate peanut butter cake, and a soft-serve ice cream machine. They also have a salad and soup bar and I may have left something out. Everything I ate was very good. The sweet tea was delicious too.

Has a welcoming atmosphere. My kid loves watching the train that goes around the walls of the 3 separated rooms. The country buffet is the way to go but you can also order just plates of a menu. You pay before you sit down.

First, I should clarify that I am not a big fan of buffets. The Junction enjoys a decent reputation because of its history of being available dining in a restaurant-scarce area. The food is average, the waitresses we've always had were slow to bring a drink refill and the selections were not visually appealing. Dried up looking navy beans, canned green beans and frozen fried okra were the vegetable options. Hard crusted fried chicken, chicken pie and hash we're the entree choices. The cobbler was overly sweet and lacked much fruit. As I said, I'm not a fan of buffets, but a lot of people love this place.

Awesome restaurant! Great country cooking and burgers. I love that they have both country buffett option and menu items (my favorite is the black bean burger with a fried green tomato slice on it). Staff is very friendly. If you don’t mind driving out of the way a few miles, it is well worth it!

This was truly like a home cooked meal with all you can eat. Bring cash to get a 3% discount. Nothing tasted cheaply done like usual buffets. What looks like a line to get in is because you pay as soon as you walk in. This takes a little time.

This place has a line out the door every Sunday. It is good food, especially for a buffet. Southern style comfort food, green fried tomatoes, fried chicken, etc. Several tables have a porch swing for the seat which is unique.

We visit an account near there about twice a week. Lunch is buffet style and southern comfort food is great here. It's family friendly and country rustic. Price is fair. Worth your time but not health food just good food.

I find the grill items to be of generally tastier quality than buffet items although there are a few stand out items on the buffet. Be prepared to wait awhile for grill menu items. Prices are very reasonable and overall it's a great little restaurant to have nearby.

The ladies that work there were really sweet. I got the buffet when I got there & I knew exactly what was on the buffet, thanks to the website. It was filling & I loved what they had on the buffet. After we got our food, the waitress or anybody on the staff never talked to us again, which was fine, just odd. It was good southern homey cooked food. I am usually not a fan of buffets, but this one was fairly good! ☺️

Me and a friend of mine went there there was a big table and a small table we were going to sit at the bigger table to have more room but the woman said they save that table for bigger groups of people there was no line at all behind us and not 1 person sat at that table the entire time we were there my point is you dont tell the customer where to sit I told the manager we wont be back we will go to Wade's from now on that is where everyone should go instead of the junction management sucks!!!!!

The food was ok but have had it better here. Some things were cold. The salmon stew had no salmon in it. We tipped our waitress $4 on 2 buffets. You have to pay b4 you get food now. I did not know she would be horrible. She did NOTHING but got us water. Never refilled or nothing.

You better get here early as the crowds get quite large! The buffet is always fresh and wonderful! Their cream corn is awesome, but last I was here, was only served on Sunday. There's a train that goes around the top of the rooms throughout the building to entertain the kids, young and old. Everyone is always friendly and serve you with a smile!

The first thing you notice is the front porch & the wall painting that says fried green tomatoes. They welcome you right on in and both the atmosphere and they decour are charming and warm. They make you feel right at home. Our group got there for the breakfast bar and it was amazing. The grits were smooth and hot, the scrambled eggs were fluffy. They offered a variety of breakfast meats including what looked like a liver pudding or Scrapple. The biscuits and gravy were melt in your mouth delicious. They had a separate bar for butter and cheese, etc. Directly behind that bar, on the counter, were two mason jars filled with fresh whipped strawberry and honey butters. They had a loaf of banana bread out next to them. The strawberry butter is so good on a biscuit! It's worth saying that my coffee never got cold either, the service is thoughtful and friendly. Overall, my meal was perfect and on the next trip to the mountains I will aim at getting there for lunch to try their fried green tomatoes. I love this place!
