First time visit to Sticky Fingers. Pretty much what you would expect from a chain. The ribs were good but not really hot. Our server was nice. The restaurant itself was not clean at all. Don't think I'll go back.

Traveling to the area for work. Tried to order pickup with GrubHub (maybe that was a mistake, but I do this all over the country after long days. Love to try local BBQ, easier to just order take-out. Not easier this time). Low rating is for service and lack of care, not the order platform difficulties. Mistakes happen, we have all been there. Anyway, my order was delayed, but I waited. I had previously told the hostess at the To Go station that it was a GrubHub pickup, and I was assured that it was almost done after she checked in the kitchen. Waited more than 20 minutes past my original delay, was eventually given someone else's order. This was determined not by checking the order, but because I was chased across the parking lot to retrieve this food so that it could be given to its rightful owner. Couldn't check the receipt because the paper hadn't been loaded into the printer correctly, and I was given an illegible receipt to sign. I should have realized there was an issue after they ran my card for a prepaid order. When I brought this up, it was rudely dismissed, however. Still figured this was salvageable at this point. Took more time to figure out they didn't have my order, was told by the hostess that she "told them the tablet was down". Which isn't quite an offer to get me food or an apology (which was eventually half-heartedly given). Major struggle to get the improper credit card charge voided (manager came by to help, but not to apologize or fix anything else). Finally I'm standing there, unsure if my order ever got fired, shreds of hope remain, feeling awkward. Then I was told I could still order if I remembered what I had gotten. Original order placed an hour ago. I'm not one to make a fuss, so I left. Regretting the time wasted and most other restaurants on the area now closed.

I love a good Long Island iced tea and so few places do it well. Sticky Fingers puts a good spin on it and it want too overpowering. On to the food... the kids portion of the ribs is very good for the money. I got the Trifecta. The chicken was so juicy. The barbecue was tender. The ribs were very tender I loved all the sauces. Very friendly staff and a clean restaurant. Only thing I don’t like is how far it is from home as we are from Atlanta.

We wanted to eat at Sticky Fingers in downtown Charleston . When you walk anywhere near it all you can smell is meat smoking. Unfortunately,the line at lunch time was around the corner with no parking. Found their other location in Mt Pleasant. Worth the trip across the bridge. Great ribs ,pulled meats, large selection of beers, on tap and canned,bottled.

I really enjoyed the potato skin appetizer. My sandwich was decent, nothing special, however my husband found the brisket to to quite fantastic! Our server was helpful and attentive.

Great food, great service, wonderful staff. There sauce is absolutely amazing my favorite of all time. It is nice and clean inside and the bathrooms are also nice and and clean. I would definitely recommend coming here to eat.

We look forward to eating here every trip to Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Sure wish they would get one in East Tennessee. Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge would be the perfect place for the next location.

Best ribs ever ! They just melt in your mouth, the baked beans are very flavorful. Had the Ribs for 2 with 4 sides- more than enough for 2 people. 4 different ribs - the dry rub needs no sauce at all.

WOW!!!! The food was amazing! The pulled pork potato skins were awesome, especially with some ranch/bbq dipping sauce! The ribs were the best I’ve ever stuffed into my face! You gotta go!

Upon entering there was no smell of bbq, but more urine. Place needs to be revamped. Really dark inside. We walked in and right back out to Melvins.

Lots of sauce choices, friendly people. Clean and lots of indoor seating, there is a good amount of outdoor seating too. Outdoors will be next to a main road but it is partly the smoking area too. Service was nice and fast but when we were there it was about close to half way seated.

The experience started out lackluster with a plate of cold dry pulled pork. However the waitress and management redeemed themselves with a fantastic second plate. Wife's brisket was excellent and everything else was perfect.

So I just told her lets stop in at sticky fingers so we did and I’m glad me did the server who served Us....Was simply Amazing and very welcoming loved it definitely will be back to sit and chat with Ashley the Bartender!! I have to go with 3stars, the food was outstanding!! Been there twice in the last 2 weeks, food top notch, service on the other hand was horrible.... So I reached out twice to the owner, no response.. Like I said in the first part of this review, the is great.. Against my better judgement, my wife and I went again.. Well what a mistake... Again the food was great, the service I mean really ? It is horrible , unless you sit in the bar area this place is a joke.... I mean a joke.... The place is not busy, after being seated , 20 mins for our drinks and then another 15 before our ordered was even taken... Not sure if we will ever be back, what a shame the food is really good..........

Would be a 5 star if the staff that called out would have been here. This location was extremely busy with what staff that was here they did well. I seen cody, Danielle, and Sarah waiting tables busting tables and doing the host jobs. These 3 deserve the credit for today's business. I watched the bartender just walk around in his own world not doing anything to help. To the owners I say these 3 need a promotion and a raise period. The food was spot on as an out of towner we really enjoyed this meal a lot. I would highly recommend this place and 1 of these three servers. Great job

First time visit resulted in a wonderful experience. We sat outside on the deck in great weather!We ordered their Ribs for Two platter with 4 super yummy sides. Ribs fell off the bone and we were able to have 4 different flavors - great for experimenting to find our individual favorite. Very generous rib portions, great service, and excellent flavors !! We indeed had yummy Sticky Fingers.

I don’t know how this place (mount pleasant location) has such high ratings. The food wasn’t good, the service was mediocre, the place was dirty. Over $100 for 5 adults and 1 child for fast food quality.

We were here on a Saturday afternoon, it was very nice, clean and friendly wait staff. We usually go to the downtown one, but we were in the area so we stopped at this location. Our food was delicious. Sticky fingers has great pulled pork and beef brisket. Along with a great assortment of sauces. We love the pulled pork nachos and potato skins!

Last year some friends and I were in Sticky Fingers. I enjoyed my meal, the price and the variety of the selection. It was very close to the Hotel we were in and that was a plus.

I prefer the downtown location. Food was not great. The onion loaf was not cooked well. The quality of food just didnt seem as good as downtown. Also the staff seemed to have an attitude and service was subpar.

I had the pulled pork and Rib combination with cole slaw and hushpuppies; and my wife had the pulled pork with french fries and hushpuppies. Everything was cooked to perfection, the service couldn't have been better. The pit master really out did himself, the ribs were superb. It was definitely worth the price and I highly recommend trying this BBQ when ever you are in the Charleston/Mount Pleasant area.

The sticky fingers in my town closed down about 10 years ago, so I thought I'd stop in and see what was good. I wouldn't say that I had bad service, per se, but they're clearly used to a crowd that needs to get in and out as quickly as possible, and thought I was one of those people. I Got my check halfway through my meal, and was reminded twice before I was finished that "there was no rush". no asking if I was okay or if I needed anything, just letting me know that I didn't have to leave immediately. For the record, there were maybe five tables sat in the whole restaurant, so there definitely wasn't an issue with being terribly busy. Food was what I expected, and the price for it was reasonable.

I came across a sticky fingers in Chattanooga, TN and it was amazing. I just came into Mt.Pleasant and stumbled across this location. I made it clear that I love this restaurant and haven't had it in a few years and think of it often. Thank goodness everything taste the same if not better. Woke my taste buds up. I had the brisket, mac & cheese, baked beans and corn bread, and for dessert the bread pudding w/ ice cream. The manager on duty was amazing and very attentive..I believed his name was Antwan. My waitress/bartender Jenny was amazing as well. She was super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Great staff, great food and great atmosphere!

We have not eaten at this Sticky Fingers restaurant for sometime and we were really surprised at how much the service has declined. When we walked in the hostess did not have any menus. She went over to a booth and lightly wiped off a very greasy tabletop and seated us there. They never brought us a second menu so we had to share one. After some time a young waitress showed up and took our order without writing anything down. When the service manager deliver my wife's food both of the sides were wrong. He had to go back to the kitchen and get the correct sides. I sat there for half the meal with an empty water glass sitting at the end of the table and finally asked a server passing by to give me another glass of water. They didn't stop but shortly thereafter the manager showed up with a glass of water. We will not return to this place.

I remember many good times & meals here from the beginning. That being said, it appears this property hasn’t had improvements or updates since it opened. Today, Melvin’s was closed, so we dropped in here. It’s not well maintained and food reflects the state of its appearance. My pulled pork sandwich was just largely fat and gristle. This is not the Sticky Fingers I once loved and frequented. I guess that’s why we never go there anymore. Recently I attempted to order a catered lunch and was totally passed around from 1 person to another until I hung up and ordered somewhere else. Summing it up, Mount Pleasant deserves a better restaurant experience than this store offers. The 80’s called and said it’s ok to fix this location up.

Tasty, all you eat wings on Tuesday. Served naked so you can try their sauces. Sided (collards and brocolli) were average, but the apples were really great. Service was fast. I docked one star as I prefer the 3 part "monster" wings vs. the the segments served here, but with all you can eat it may be small difference.

Three of us went. Two people had pulled pork and fries. They loved it. I got the ribs and smoked wings. Smoked wings were very good. The ribs were terrible. They were extremely dry and tough like they had been sitting around for several hours.
