This was a great dining experience. Wonderful service and great atmosphere. Extensive menue . I would recommend highly. Ordered a pasta signsture dish and shrimp and scallops fra diablo. Very good.

Haven't been to Stellini's in years... what a treat to find it still under the same ownership, still with fantastic, knowledgeable, and attentive staff, and still offering diners exceptional and delicious italian inspired dishes. Glad I remembered them and decided to visit them for dinner on my recent trip back to HHI.

My husband and I ate there last night. It was very plain and bleh. We paid $9 for 3 small meatballs as an appetizer. They were mediocre. My husband had the lasagna. It didn’t have any flavor. I had the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. My dish had 2 boiled chicken breast on top of it with no seasoning at all. I couldn’t eat it. I love good Italian food but would never eat here again.

Food was great, service outstanding. I wish I could remember our servers name, she was great. I had the risotto with the veal, it was wonderful. We've been going there since it first opened in 1991. Whenever we come to HHI, Stellini's is on our list to dine at.

Food was fair for an Italian Restaurant, the special was Parmesan crusted flounder, it was very good. We were enjoying our food until a regular patron came in with a service dog. The dog stunk, and although they seated the gentleman in the corner away from most patrons. We however, had the pleasure of sitting right next to them. It was obvious the dog was well behaved and known by the staff. They were sweet to the dog calling her by name and brought a dog dish with water out for her, we also observed the man feeding the dog several bites of bread beside his table. What I don't appreciate is that we were early only the 3- 4th table seated. If they knew he was a regular why didn't they leave that seat vacant till last! Note there was little ventilation or air circulation, so the dog smell hovered over our table sitting on the smell of our wine and meal.

I thought my meal was pretty decent (veal saltimboca), although the others I was with did not enjoy their meal. My desert was the cannoli which was actually fairly tasty and light. The service was okay, might just have been our waitress that evening. The place is set back in the trees which is very serene and gives an interesting vibe to the restaurant.

Old school Italian restaurant - been in business for 20+ years - classic dark wood and dark lighting Had veal saltimbocca - it was good but not outstanding However the house salad is phenomenal - the vingrette dressing is to die for

Stellini’s has my been my favorite restaurant on the island since I was a little girl. And still to this day, it’s my favorite! The staff is always so kind and knowledgeable of the menu. This visit, we have had the server Trish 3 times and she has been nothing but fabulous! She has a great personality making our dining experience complete. The early bird menu is wonderful that you’re sure to be leaving stuffed! It’s inexpensive, great portions and always delicious food. Highly recommend Stellini’s to anyone!!!

Had a delicious meal the other night at Stellini. I had the grouper Picatta, my wife had the chicken pancetta and our friends both had the lasagna. The meals were all delicious and we all had plenty left over for lunch the next day. Our waiter was attentive yet not overbearing. We had to have a couple desserts to share as they are homemade. The chocolate chip bourbon pecan pie was amazing as was the flourless chocolate tort. Looking forward to our next visit.

Gena was our waitress and she was outstanding and had a very outgoing personality. The food was the best Italian I've ever had and if you go between 5 and 5:45 you can get the early bird special which is 3 course meal for under 20. which keep in mind many of the entrees include in that deal are over 20 on their own. The only complaint I have is that I'm on vacation and would love if it wasn't 14 hours from where I live.

Had chicken parm and linguine and clams with white sauce. Both were really tasty, clearly homemade, simmer for hours red sauce and well done white sauce clam sauce. House salad was amazing with lots of freshly grated cheese. Service was great, really friendly. Cute ambiance in the back Florida room with twinkle lights

Horrible. The waitress didn't know what any of the dishes were and all of our food was terrible. The veal piccata was chewy and tasted like glue. After sharing our distaste with the restaurant they didn't take the dish off our tab. Do not waste your time or money.

My wife and I came here for our traditional anniversary dinner of salad, Lasagna and Tiramisu. We also had a choice of rolls or house made garlic bread which we chose. The service by Trish was excellent and so was the bread, meal and dessert! We ate in the room with the windows and my wife was thrilled to see a deer and a woodpecker go from tree to tree as well. Dinner and a show!

We excited to see great reviews & enjoy something other than all the seafood we had while on Hilton Head (Delicious). We had reservations. Unfortunately they are not really very guest oriented & we were given corner table with mostly wall views even though restaurant not nearly full & we did complain to hostess. Food was ok nothing special. Disappointed with quality. Hopefully it was just an off night. As an after thought the restaurant was still not busy when we left.

We have been coming to Stellini's for over 20 years. Always a great meal. The early bird dinners are an exceptional value since you get an appetizer and salad plus a soft drink... (husband LOVES the mussels marinara). Our waiter, Norris, was highly attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend.
