Breakfast menu is really good. A pot of coffee is left on the table as soon as your drink order is made. 10 bucks gets you three big pancakes, three eggs, bacon and toast. Has the feel of a higher-end restaurant. Great service and lots of room. Didn't have an opportunity to try lunch, but definitely will. Closed at dinnertime.

Casual dining, great service, good selections, breakfast anytime, good portions and popular with the locals and snow birds. I enjoyed the grilled pork chop with fried okra, Mac and cheese. My wife had the turkey special and my coworker had a mushroom and cheese omelet. Always busy when they are open, which means fresh and delicious!

Ate here for lunch today as it was half a mile from where we are staying. Parking lot was packed. Decor is very nursing home-ish. Food is below average. Not a lot of flavor. Fries are soggy. The pickle that came with my philly cheesesteak was the driest pickle I've ever seen. My kids seemed to think the kids pancake and kids waffles were ok. Server never came back to check on us after the food was put on the table nor did she come back to refill any drinks. Blah, spend money somewhere else.

Good specials daily. We have found that what ever we have ordered to be very good! Wait staff is always friendly. Place is always clean. Wish they were opened for dinner. Unfortunately they close at 2:00.pm. Fred clam dinner is one of my favorites. Reasonabley priced, with good portions.

Let me start by saying the service was excellent. Cindy was our server. She was friendly, knowledgable of the menu, attentive, and always smiled. Our glasses were never empty and the food choices she recommended were delicious. Especially the whipped cream on my Belgian waffle. The atmosphere in the restaurant is delightful. The restaurant is open, roomy, and has comfortable seating. The ambience is very pleasant. They have a brid cage upstairs and the birds sang as we ate. The restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms. The only negative to the visit was my sausage links were spoiled. I thought they smeleld strongly but when I bit into one I had to immediately spit it out. My friend smelled them too and stated they were definitely bad. But Cindy saved the day. She quickly took them back and brought me perfectly cooked strips of bacon. It was some of the best I have ever had which says a lot being from the south. Overall, the dining experience was superb. Thank you Cindy!!

Such a great difference between this restaurant and the tourist trap eateries around Myrtle Beach. Simple down home food with truly nice people. I had the country fried steak ( they let you pick between Brown or white gravy .....awesome) with okra and slaw. The wife had the eggplant parmesan and seemed to enjoy it. Reasonable prices with nice, big portions. Very clean as well.

What a treasure in Murrells Inlet. We just happed upon it, starved of course. I was a little skeptical by the dated decor at first, but the restaurant is very clean. Great menu with lots of options. It was hard to decide but I settled for the multi grain pancakes. They were perfection! Everything our table ordered cane out correct and tasty. Our server was an older woman. She wasn’t really friendly but wasn’t rude either. It was Saturday morning and they were packed full so she was really busy. Despite the crowd, she still kept our drinks full and brought out the right food so I’m not upset. Can’t wait to return if I’m in the area again.

BEST + Fastest + priced right! My husband + I stayed in Litchfield for a week beach vacation and have tried many local restaurants. The spring house is great food and great people for breakfast + lunch. Do yourself a favor and go where the locals go and be guaranteed a fabulous meal each and every time. They close at 2 so have breakfast and maybe order lunch to go. You won’t be disappointed.

We ate Breakfast there after Church last Sunday. I was extremely impressed with the Service, the Senior options and the Quality of our food. It was perfectly cooked as ordered. The eggs tasted like Egglands Best and The Bacon was very good. I'd highly recommend it.

Great, eventhough they ran out of nutella, the waffle and eggs were prepared correctly and the bacon just crispy as it should be. The supreme server made up for being out of nutella with aplomb and panache. A nice experience.

We went there today for the first time. We had breakfast, it was delicious, delivered fresh and hot, steaming. The server was extremely friendly, and when I ordered a Benedict dish, she said I would absolutely love the Hollandaise sauce. She was right. A definite return visit for us is in the future. Prices are very reasonable. We could tell while we were there that the place has a lot of regulars. I can see why.

Don't waste your money! My husband & I got Meatloaf, supposed homemade...NOT! Tasted like a burger, burnt, zero taste. My husband the same. Very bland food. Sorry, but husbands family had restaurant. Place very dated, smells moldy. AC duct work in ceiling was black.

Went here for lunch and the food made me sick to my stomach. I had "roasted pork with stuffing" and it tasted like a cheap frozen meal you heat up in the microwave. The meat was processed and the "stuffing" was like soggy croutons. It was also drowning in canned brown gravy. I couldn't eat it. The waitress came to pick up my plate and didn't bother to ask how my meal was. I won't be returning.

If you like eating in a family zoo, than this is the place for you! Not for us however, someone had their dog with them, not service animal, and even saw a bird in a cage that was the restaurants, we got up and left.
