Put him out of business pls . If you only knew how this guy conduct his business. I use worked here for a few months waiting tables and making tea. This guy cheated me anyway he could out of money. I also cleaned other business he had cleaning contracts with and he cheated me there too. Doing my time working for a major healthcare company before retiring, I also noticed a lot of unsafe activities and uncleaness going on at this restaurant. How this man gets an A from DHEC , I REALLY COULDN'T SAY. His store manager is his second biggest problem . She really do not know how to run a business. The tips that are left for his waitress, he takes them and give them to her (his manager) and his grandchild. What a mind job. The law says, " give the tips to the waitress or give them credit." Well, I can say he doesn't give them anything. Over worked and under paid.

Poor customer service when you don't answer the phone or you're on hold for over 10 minutes and no one comes back to take your order. I think a better plan needs to be worked especially when you want to patronize a black owned resturant.

Wonderful place to eat, great homestyle cooking and lots of it , the atmosphere is so outstanding as well as tge attitudes of everyone, they make you feel like they know you personally , they welcome all and upon leaving they say come back with a smile while serving , even local customers greet everyone , as a manager of a restaurant I'm doing an attitude check on myself as well ( eye opened) i most definitely am making this place my # 1 restaurant

The food is good, serving size can vary a lot...I had the stew beef, very good, but only got 4 small pieces of meat. My sister got the fish and got 2 large pieces. Next time I will get the fish!

Food is always good, prices isn't too high. Usually a little crowded after church on Sunday if you get there late, but they have lots of room. My family and I are there almost every week

Old school southern style restaurant. Quick and to the point. Even has an interesting decor. At some point the building must of been a Mexican restaurant and instead of trying to alter it they just embraced it. There are "better" places to eat but the fried chicken here is great for the price.

It took forever for someone to come to our table. Once they came to the table she asked what we wanted but we had never recieved a menu so we asked for one. She brought us the menu and left. About 5 mins later a guy walks up and what you want. We then ordered our drinks we had been there about 20 mins at this point. We ordered our food which came out wrong. I then had to call someone because i still didnt even have silverware. She said its over there and directed me to get up and get it myself. Only gave me enough for me so when my fathers food came back from being made the right way i had to get up and get his too. No refills on his coffee either. Now once we got the food correctly the food was good but with everything else that happened we will not be returning.
