Food was pretty good with a wide variety. We were in a group of 17 and they cycled through us pretty quickly, so the service was wonderful. But, for quick meals, most people want to know about the food which is the 3 star rating. It wasn't bad at all, but the burgers and chicken both were just ok and a little bland. I would recommend as a quick meal. If the owners see this review, placing the burger buns on the griddle would have a great impact on the taste and sogginess of the burgers.

Rushs has good food and you don't have to wait for ever when they are busy. They treat you like family always nice. They have decent prices I think they are better than McDonald's for sure. My two favorite items are their burgers and hot dogs with chili and slaw.

There is a loud mouth black woman there that was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I've never encountered that from any other employees. One. I had an encounter with her and she was rude disrespectful and nasty. I went back to see how the service would be and I observed her being the same way to other people and employees as well. I'm sure management know which employee it is. She's heavy and darker complexion and LOUD!!!!. I even called to notify management but some young short female who said she was the manager never forwarded my number.

Tried the hot dog tray and it was decent. The hot dogs are little pricey, I've had better tasting from a fast food restaurant. However I've been told the burgers, chicken sandwich and shakes are really good. May try those next time.

Usually love Rush's but they "rush" a little too much with your food and ALWAYS mess up the order which is kind of strange because the car line takes forever...you'd think 14 minutes in line they'd have your order perfect? Anyways, the one on #378 has a friendlier staff and are better at making your food the way you asked.

The best iced tea in Columbia! They sell by the half gallon so you can get it sweet, unsweet or half and half. The rest of the menu is also very good. All the employees have been very nice to me.

Not just any quick food place. Real meat paddies that hang over the bun like you see in advertisements. NOT like a hamburger place that you have to lift the bun to see the meat! Fresh cooked chicken that is even better than the other major places too. Like hot dogs? Your in for a real treat. The only place we will buy ours at! Check them out. You will not be disappointed!

Burgers are delicious but services and bathrooms hella dirty. My order was wrong so I got up and told a young guy that was working there and he looked at me a shrugged his shoulders like to say, what do you want me to do, so I looked over at the group of friends I was with because, it completely caught me off guard and that is when he said oh I can get it fixed for you.

Safest place to eat a burger or hot dog on Broad River Road. Some days around lunch, you will have City Police, SLED, Sheriffs, Corrections, DNR, etc eating there like its some kind of Law Enforcement Convention. As for the food. Its great, like most Rushes. Some people think its a little pricey, and maybe it is to compared to national chains. I think its worth it and have been coming for years. This location has friendly staff that loves regulars and new people a like.

On this trip to Rushes I decided to get the chicken sandwich. I used drive thru and it was fast and the lady was polite My last experience wasn't great, I ordered a fried chicken basket and the chicken seemed old. This visit was completely opposite. They had just cooked the fried chicken breast for the sandwich and the fries! The fries were even hot! So this trip deserves a 5 star! Prompt courteous service and the food was fresh and great!

Worth driving 130 miles if we get craving their food. There is NOTHING on the menu that isn’t wonderful! You must try the fries w/malt vinegar, a traditional favorite! I've been twice and both times they screwed up my order. I wouldn't mind so much but if you're going to charge extra for bacon then make sure it's on the burger. My slip said bacon so I didn't think I also needed to check the burger and hold up your line. Guess I know better now.
