Stopped in the other day with the family. Hadn't been here in many years. WOW they were on point. Fast an absolute best service we've had in a long time. Even though there was 8 people in our group. Good home cooking served all you can eat buffet style, the selection was a little limited and there was a wait for some items to be restocked. If you are on your lunch break it might take to long to wait. The staff was friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced.

The place is a local favorite. It's very casual. You do need to wear pants and shoes and potentially a shirt. The buffet is home cooking locally. There is a GE plant down the street. At lunch time 12 it is very busy it's only open until 3 in the afternoon. So it's also only a cash only. There is an ATM. There there are two desserts on the buffet usually. You can order off the menu posted on the wall.

Food is typical southern diner food. It's OK. Waitress named Melanie (?) had an attitude that made the meal sour. Apparently she's sister to the owner who covers for her. The bill was more than the menu prices, not sure if it was deliberate but she was nasty when questioned and worse when we didn't tip well.

Biscuits and gravy had NO sausage in it whatsoever.. when asked, they said, "it has sausage drippings" tasted like brown gravy powder mixed w/a diesel fuel. Two thumbs down.

CASH ONLY! Home local cooking and they use disposable plates and utensils which is perfect. We're from the south so the sweet tea isn't southern tea but it's ok. The food and service is personal and top Notch. Clean and well taken care facilities. Stop in and eat like the locals.

This place was amazing. Best down home food in the south. Nice people that operate the th restaurant. Only thing that I wasn't particularly happy with was the Styrofoam plates and paper cups along with the plastic forks and knives. But the food tastes just like momma used to make.

Southern style food, the fried chicken is amazing like none other at any restaurant. There's also a buffet line for $8.99, or you can get just the salad bar for $6.25 but keep in mind that they are only open for breakfast and lunch, and they only accept cash. All in all a great hidden place!

Excellent service and tuna salad sandwich, but I would have liked chips to be included with it. My friend said her hamburger was really good, but the fries that came with it were overcooked and oily. The server took them off of her bill. Overall a good place for a reasonably priced meal.
