The worst service I have ever had. I have never walked out of a restaurant before, but this made my 1st time. Don't ask them for the drink menu because they'll look at you like your stupid and say we have alchole. The bread taste worst than loaf bread. They'll get your drinks wrong. Food came out all wrong. And when I went to management to complain, they told me they were going to call the cops and that I had to just deal with it. I paid for everything we did eat and it still didn't make them happy. One manager even threw a fit and started yelling. Will never go there again and I hope I can stop others from having a bad experience as well.

My family and I went here last night to eat. We ordered bruschetta which looked like it had been sitting in fridge for a week, the tomatoes all wilted and not good, we also got calamari (which was the best part of our entire meal and that was a little bit warm when it came out) then came out our soups, well as soon as I stuck my spoon in there and tried some I immediately had them return it cause it was a little warmer then room temperature, everyone at the table had them throw it in the microwave. Then came out our meals I ordered the chicken Frances which tasted like old cardboard chicken and it was hard to eat. My husband got a seafood pasta took one bite and said he wasn’t gonna eat it cause it was gritty and tasted old. My daughter ordered lasagna and the “tomato sauces” tasted like straight ketchup on pasta and she took a few bites and that was all. My youngest ordered chicken tenders and fries and they even messed that up. I would never recommend anyone to every go to this place. I am Italian and this food wasn’t good at all. I was very disappointed and we will never be going back. I never write reviews but it was soooooo bad I had to write a review.

Absolutely appauled by the lack of quality in their food. High in MSG, or extremely lacking in safe food care or quality my fiancé and I immediately experienced stomach problems after eating their food. Not only that but all of your meals taste like you microwaved some low quality frozen ingredients and said “eh that'll do”... yet you're charging over 10.00$ for your meals? What a damn joke. How about you start trying? You're hardly a 4 star restaurant with food like that. By the way, called, tried to question them on the issue as to why I felt so sick and got hung up on.. twice

The guy at the front was so nice. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza for lunch. He even gave me an extra slice. I know this isn't New York pizza. But the pizza was horrible I couldn't even eat my original slice. bread came apart. Pizza crust just isn't good. Won't be going back

I always have a really good time here. I have the spaghetti and meat balls marinara. The meatballs are okay but I am picky, Nothing like home made! The wait staff are very attentive. The unsweetened tea is good too! Endless crusty loaves of bread if you ask.

Food is really not good (I couldn't even eat mine because the funky smell coming from it was so intense). Super annoying that the wait staff starts breaking down/cleaning well before closing...we spent most of our "meal" listening to the loud scrapes and bangs of chairs and tables being moved around for sweeping. Add the unreasonable cold of the place, fairly slow service, and slightly high prices, and this place is just not worth going to. I will say that our waitress was nice, and she removed the price of the weird smelling food from our bill.

OMG!!! This place is courteous, clean , the salad veggies are soooo fresh and the dipping sauce for the bread is Amazing!!! The waiter (Elias) was so friendly & patient as i didnt which great choice i wanted.i chose the the chicken auroraa this time and it delicious!!! I love this place! Great food. Surprisingly quick to get your orders out. This place is great because you can get fancy food (worthy of an anniversary), or great quality for the price (ordering a large Philly is 8 or 9 bucks and is so enormous it could feed two)!

Been eating hear for seven years. Finally decided to give an opinion. Good food, friendly service, appropriately priced. Chicken parmesan.. chicken breast needs to be flattened consistently for even cooking and also to keep from having to over cook the thin part just to get the thick part done. The cheese topping is skimpy and doesn't cover the chicken breast. I will continue to eat here. The ladies and men's room needs serious attention even if not not complete renovation. Why let a good restaurant and food be pulled down by a few things that can be fixed?

The waitstaff was very friendly and helpful. I received wonderful service. If the food had been up to the same standards I would have given them five stars. Unfortunately it wasn't. While I waited for my pizza to come out they brought bread. The bread was a little stale but it wasn't too bad. However, they had tried to make it into garlic bread without heating the bread, so every slice of bread was smeared with gritty garlic butter. The pizza came out in a reasonable amount of time. It had too much sauce on it and the sauce was extremely sweet. The crust was almost certainly frozen and not cooked quite long enough. The toppings were fine, although I was surprised but the marinated mushrooms. I would have preferred fresh mushrooms, but I realize that is entirely a matter of taste. Overall I was quite disappointed with the food. And since this is a restaurant, I'm afraid I can't recommend it.

Well... My friend and I had missed her birthday and New Years celebrations... This was our evening to nosh. Nice decor, clean, respectful servers. Then we sat down... We haven't talked or laughed together in soooooo long. Gracious service, fabulous FOOD... Good margarita!! I wish I could eat here everyday. My dish was linguine with chicken & shrimp... And Homemade PESTO. Perfect... Pesto. I asked for grilled mushrooms... Excellent... No problem. This lovely lady who served us was only 18. She's sweet, and kind. If I could give them 10 stars I would, immediately!! I wish I lived closer to them. RUN... Don't walk. I can't wait to return!! FABULOUS!!! XO, Evelyn

Best food and service! Tomato Florentine soup is awesome. Greek salad best ever. Start out your pleasant dining experience (including enjoyable background music by the greats like Gene Kelly and Frank Sinatra) with garlic bread and herbed oil. Top it off with truly the most delicious cannoli I've had in at least 25 years! Huge portions of everything, and reasonably priced. What more could anyone want in a restaurant?

Service was ok but everything else was pretty pitiful. Food was so bland tasting & scalding hot when it arrived it was way too hot to eat. The high prices weren't worth it. Really hated the pitiful fake dusty greenery. Didn't feel or taste Italian at all whatsoever, except for the music. And 3 of the 2 bathroom stalls didn't even have a lock or lock was jacked up not to mention it was old, nasty & very outdated. When mostly charging upwards of $15.00/meal, maybe these most important issues should be addressed. Won't be back.

When my family went, our garlic bread was hot dog buns. The spaghetti noodles were very thick. The food just wasn't good. We went based on the high ratings, but were very disappointed in the quality of food we were served.

Service was horrible spent half our meal with no drinks. Food came out and was grossly bland. The Alfredo sause was not authentic pretty sure it was prego bottled sauce. Owner had an attitude because we said we didn't like the food. Literally one bite was all we took of our food....just go to Olive garden at least they have quality food.

Definitely would NOT recommend. We each ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The red sauce looked brownish red, and had a peculiar taste, the meatballs were a very rubbery texture, like they were microwaved. It was $32 and we ordered ice water. Never again!! If I could have no stars I would. I honestly never considered disputing a restaurant charge till I had this meal, I'm just thankful we didn't get sick. Extremely disappointed.

I used to love this place...used to! Host which was manager acted like he didn't want us there. No "hi" no "welcome" Pizza tasted like frozen premade crust. Pizza Blanco didnt even have ricotta like it's suppose to. Everything tastes like frozen store bought reheats. Another restaurant cutting corners to make a dollar....it shows!

The owner is from Lebanon and the food reflects that. Pizza has no sauce on it. Marinara sauce is extremely salty. Overall service is good, restaurant is a good size so there is room but the food needs improvement. Mediocre best describes it.
