Great food and value. We had 12 raw oysters, 2 glasses of wine an enormous prime rib and a fried oyster plate for 59 bucks. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The decor is a bit rustic. It's sort of like an old seafood house down by the beach, like they used to be. Get there early if you want to avoid the bar crowd and take advantage of the happy hour appetizer specials (such as the .75c oysters we had tonight).

Not going to lie, I was a little apprehensive going in to meet friends as the exterior is a bit run down. However, the staff was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. Overall a great place to go.

Don't be turned off by the "decor". The food is very good and the portions approach ridiculous. Exceptional staff and no shortage of character. Try the prime rib, and if you see Nick, tell him hello from Canada.

Looking for a locals only bar for oysters? Then you have to try Harry's Local Bar & Restaurant. Good food but a upgrade is needed to bring this place to the 21st century. Time to put money back into the business or clients will find a better place to eat.

Awesome! Don't let the looks fool you! It's a local sports bar with great food. We passed through and the place was packed. I see why... great atmosphere, friendly people, good service. Anything thing from burgers to crab legs. I had cheese burger and fries, my friend had grilled scallops and salad. From what we saw coming out the kitchen everyone there had great food.

Went tonight with a group of friends and had the best time! The food was awesome and our server(I'm sorry I can't remember her name) took great care of us! If you're looking for a cool, relaxed, friendly dive bar, this is definitely your place. The owner(Nick) came and checked on us which def made it a better experience. Will be back!

Horrible service. Had to wait 15 minutes Before I got served. The bartender Bri did not know how to make a proper martini. She was incredibly uneducated and should not be behind the bar. She was a terrible bartender.

If you are afraid of great staff, wonderful food and a sweet dive bar atmosphere stay clear of this joint. From the outside the joint looks pretty suspect, however I was not looking for much more than a beer and maybe some par bar food. I was greeted within seconds of sitting down and and was treated to very good scallops and cold Yuengling until my heart was content. WOW, this place is a hidden gem that I will visit any time I am in town. Thanks for a great Wednesday happy hour in Aiken!

Party of 3 tonight at the Locals. Two had the Friday fish sandwich special and one had the fish platter. The fish - haddock - was wonderful. Fried perfectly! Good service. This a very casual place, with a bar and TVs covering various sports. It's loud - not a place for quiet conversation. But it's a great place to get good fish and seafood.

Dive bar and great seafood aren't two phrases often used toget but that is what this place is about. No pretenses here - it's a corner bar that happens to serve great seafood. Come for a pint and dig in to the crab legs or raw oysters.

Some of the best oysters I've ever eaten in my life. First time for me, but not for my son. We went there on his recommendation, and he was spot on. Loaded with locals, and that's the best referral. Can't wait to go back.
