This Restaurant belongs to the category of Indian restaurant.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is delicious.
I love food with flavor. The buffet gives you the opportunity to discover lots of flavors.
Very good food like butter chicken ... Black pepper chicken and garlic naan . You guys should really eat here with your family .. Thank you for your food flavours of India
Our favorite Indian! And such wonderful hosts!! ... we will be back regularly. Thanks for staying late and making our to-go plates!
Best destination for food lovers who love Indian food delicious flavors yummy yummy taste Buffet is the best I have ever eaten must try this restaurant with family at least once ...!!!!
This is by far my favorite Indian food place in the greater SLC. It's a hidden gem for dinner with excellent service and a great atmosphere. I've been here more times then I can count. The butter chicken is one of my favorites. You also can't go wrong with the garlic naan, they use really garlic chunks, it's almost like a garlic pizza to me. Love this place!
Poor service!
This place has the best food. I've eaten here many times and I must say, I've enjoyed everything I've ever eaten. For those who like their food hot, I recommend the Chicken Madras, any kind of Vindaloo, and the goat curry was to die for. I also have tried the paneer, and while it was mild, the flavors were delicious. Tandoori mushrooms are an excellent choice for an appetizer. I hope Florence can hold on to this gem!
Almost cried because I thought this place was closed but they let me in and fed me anyways. Actual heroes. True gods. The love of my life; all of them.
My new favorite Indian food place! The food is so good! The staff is very polite and super helpful! They brought our delicious food out pretty quick, and had fun Bollywood music videos playing in the background to watch while we waited. LOVE this place
Went in there this past weekend and loved everything about my experience. The food was excellent; we ordered the butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and chicken coconut korma -- all were very tasty. Our server was very polite and attentive. I would highly recommend Flavors of India.
Good Indian food and service with a wide variety to choose from on the menu at a reasonable price.
Best Indian ive ever had. Everything was delicious, we will be back again
Not sure what I ate. It had peas in it. So stinking delicious I almost wept. Will go back in a heart beat.
Love this place....great curries...wonderful garlic naan and soothing raita.
Great Indian food buffet.
Came in an hour before closing from the lunch buffet and there was barely if any food left and the cook refused to cook anymore since they were closing. Then told they don't make any more food after 2 but we were never told this prior to sitting down. Very very frustrated.
Love this place and the food is amazing and the service is just amazing. You will not regret your visit here
The customer service was amazing. Great food and environment. Will visit again soon.
The reviews were right... You got yo try this place. Friendly staff chef came to table to see how our meal was. Delicious if you don't like spicy order mild.
If there was more stars this place would get more stars. My wife and I have been here 3 times now. When I asked her were she wanted to go for her birthday "Flavors of India " was the response. Each time we have been here to eat, we have tried a different menu item. We have never been disappointed by the food or service. They even have a vegetarian menu. Get the garlic Nan with your meal & your tummy will be happy.
Food was really great, i had some of the best Indian food I've ever had across the South East.
I wouldn't waste your time, or money for that matter, on the appetizers, but the entrées we had were exceptional. We got the onion pakora as an appetizer and that was decent, but the dahi bhalla (lentil dumpling) was extremely bland and kind of gross. Our garlic and sweet Naan were pretty good, but certainly not the best we've had. I got the vegetable coconut korma dish, and I must say it was absolutely delicious. We'd go back just for that.
This was the first time my husband and I tried Indian food at this place, and ever, and it was FANTASTIC!!!! We found it by accident just driving past and we decided to stop in and I'm glad we did! Hubby got buffet and I got Butter Chicken. Next time I'll be more daring. I highly recommend this place!!
Love this place great food!:)
Very good food and a nice vibe to the place. Love the Garlic bread or the chai tea. Amazing staff and dishes are always clean!
Love this place! Their coffee is incredible! The food is always very impressive and I love the ambience inside. Much more of a “hip” Indian place rather than a quiet, classy one. Everything I’ve had has been exquisite!
LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! Great, tasty, amazing, wonderful food! Also the place is nice, clean, and very professional! The people as well as the service are great and wonderful!
Great taste.
Beautiful restaurant and the food was YUMMI-LICIOUS!
Awesome lunch buffet!
Very good service. Partly tasteful food which wasn’t too bad nor was it too good. Very mediocre. But still good ambiance, happy service, and plain food. Full of options for vegetarians but not the best for spice lovers. Overall a simple, late-night, last minute, 3 star restaurant.
Amazing experience. My wife and I have eaten at this restaurant a few times now since we live across the street. The staff is very open, the food is amazing, and you leave feeling light and happy. Definitely the full Indian experience and worth your money. Dishes cost about $12-$15 per person, but my wife and I have been able to bring food home after every meal there. Very satisfied.
I felt like I was in India really good food quality service also food comes out very quickly
Wonderful service, wonderful food! This was my second experience eating Indian cuisine and it was delicious. The buffet was clean, neat, and artfully presented. The service was quick, courteous, and helpful with providing information on menu items, drink refills, and requests. The tandoori chicken and the spicy chicken are perhaps two of the BEST preparation of chicken I have had. I will not hesitate to add this to my Go To "girls' night out" restaurant list (which is a VERY short list :) )
Worst place to be if you looking for good customer service. Gave me high chair for my baby my baby fall down they didnt care to say sorry about it. Food was drastic chef/ owner / manager whoever is person very rude and not at all customer service guy. Ill never ever come back and dont recommend this at all..
Not good service, I ordered delhi chat and the puri smelled old and oilythat u can really tell from ur first bite.the tandoori roti was burnt and has black coal ashes stuck which was sent back .. of course.. the second one came and i can tell the dove of the roti was so old that the texture was grey in color. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Pretty good Indian food! No complaints.
Great Indian food. Everything is fresh.
The lunch buffet is hit or miss, but really good when it hits. Service is not great and sometimes the music is too loud. Its never really crowded so great for groups.
Had the lunch buffet. Great deal. Everything I tried was top notch. Love this place. It's healthy food that actually tastes good. Doesn't get much better than that.
The food was delicious. The service was great until the end we bought a gift certificate online not realizing we would need to order $100.00 worth of food without telling us that he handed the certificate back and said he would be right back left us sitting for 20 minutes we then went up to the counter and asked what was going on at that point my child was very upset they said we would need to order more food or pay cash we had no problem paying but why it took them 20 min and us having to go to the counter wecdo not understand
I can eat here once a week. Very good food. Sushi is also very good here.
We ordered the food naan ,lamp curry and tea it was excellent. Love to go there again. Thumps up.
The food was delicious but was never offered a drink menu. All I was offered was water. Is that all they have to drink in India? If so then bravo on the authenticity.
This place Rocks! I came with my son and the food was and is always outstanding with great service. This is some tasty Indian cuisine. Love it! Love it! Love it!
When I first heard of this place I was excited! I love India food! I was pleasantly surprised and amazed. The customer service, ambiance, and over all experience was amazing. I had the BAYGAN BHARTA so much flavor made it vegan too. Amazing! The whole table had an incredible experience and loved all the food we had. We will definitely make this a family dinner place for a long time!
Okay food. Most of the food didn't taste or looked fresh. Service was amazing. But food was average or below average.
Wonderful Indian food with a super friendly & efficient staff. Went with a group of 13 folks and the service was quick and all of the food delicious!
Food was very good. Prices are kinda high and the service is slow.
Delicious and authentic! Love their appetizers and lamb dishes!! And very affordable! Very nice service.
Great food!
The Friday buffet was excellent. They had lamb Curry that I could have eaten without any thing else. The mango pudding was superior as usual. If you are in Florence during lunchtime, do NOT miss the buffet.
Great place! They have great customer service and their food is awesome! We love the butter chicken, chicken coconut korma and the garlic naan. This is our go to Indian restaurant!!
Wonderful Indian restaurant. One of the only places in the states where I've found Peshwari naan. Highly recommend.
Great service, even better food!
Great food
Not bad ok.
For $11 (as of 1st Jan 2019), this is a "good and quality" buffet! I didn't find any BS items which many other buffets use as fillers, here the approach is simple. There are a number of meat items (chicken and goat) with a few veg options. Dessert options are just a few. P.S. I went on a holiday and I guess their menu might vary from time to time. Best to ask ahead!
I have been going here along time, not often but every now and then since they opened. We used to come so often the owner gave us a V.I.P. card. And today may have been the last. We got the buffet and in the 45 to 60 min we were there we saw a waiter once to Refill our waters we also ordered another baseket of naan bread (thats included with the cost of the buffet i believe) and never saw it. And after the first water refill we sat for 30 min with empty water glasses amd mulitple waiters walking by not filling our glasses.
Delicious, I'll be back
Decent food..vegetarian options need improvement. Overall good experience.
My favorite Indian place in Salt Lake. The naan here is absolutely incredible. I go a lot for their lunch buffet, which is alas great. They have several good selections and the food is fresh. Their dinner is also excellent. Good portions if not a little overpriced for dinner though.
Best Indian restaurant ever! The customer service is amazing, everybody is so nice and the food is outstanding! We recommend it to anybody!
This was awesome 6 months back. That was the reason we went again with 6 families and kids. There was no one except us. We ordered the food and waited for 2 hour. We ordered chicken tikka and chilly chicken. The chicken in the dishes are not fresh and the chicken has hole in the pieces. Seems like it was used for some other dishes like chicken kabaab and they reused. We ordered chicken biriyani and goat biriyani. They are not fit to eat at all. The rice is not cooked and the chicken pieces are like rubber. Finally we cancelled all the orderes and PAID the check and said to the guy "this is our last visit to your restaurant". We asked the reason for this sudden change and he replied "due to Memorial Day we don't have our regular cook".
Having never tried Indian cuisine I found it spicy but good. Staff was so very hospitable and attentive. We will go back!
Great food, great atmosphere. Need to work on their service. Never remembered anything we asked for except the food, which was typed into an IPad.
Very good food. Very good hospitality. My family loves this place. Love the butter chicken. Good place for a business lunch.
"Flavors of India"? More like "Flavors of Awesome"!!! Absolute amazing food. I will definitely be coming back here. The vegetables samosas were perfect and the three dishes we got were delicious. (We got the paneer tiki masala, chicken curry, and the lamb tiki masala.) We also got original buttered naan, garlic naan, and cheese naan - all were great. And in top of that, the staff were both attentive and friendly.
I love this place! My boyfriend and I eat here at least once a week and are never disappointed with the food or service. The food is amazing and the people are very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious Indian food.
Our food was excellent. We took a recommendation from the servers for our appetizer and it was fantastic. Service was superb. We showed up near closing and they welcomed us and treated us very well.
Came in today at somewhere between 130pm and 2pm - first visit. When we came in, the waitress asked us we we would like the buffet. Not having been there before, we thought it would be a great way to sample multiple things. We sat down, grabbed our plates and - no joke - every tray was empty, with the exception of two dried up grains of rice, what had once (long ago) been a piece of chicken tandoori and a half a piece of naan. We scraped together what we could (which wouldn't even have made one sorry excuse of a mouthful, and sat down to delight in our scraps. We asked the waitress and waiter if they were going to bring out more food and that they had run out of everything. We stayed 45+ minutes, going up to the buffet bar every time they were bringing something out. In the time we spent there (45+ minutes of our lives we'll never get back), they brought out two dishes of basmati rice, and two loads of naan - that was it! All the other empty trays looked as pitiful as they did when we arrived. Having finally had enough, we went to pay our bill (which was a complete joke based on what little we were able to scrape out of the buffet dishes) and I asked the cashier if there was a better time to come, one during which they would actually have some food - his reply was to laugh at me. When I asked him if he thought this joke of a restaurant and cheating customers was funny, he just laughed again. Not wanting to spend the night in jail, I decided to leave. My advice, treat this establishment like a hooker with a flaired-up case of VD- it may look nice on the outside, but will certainly disappoint once you get the wrapper off (another long story.). Anywho, if there was a way to leave zero stars, I would with no hesitation- it would be more than deserved.
This is a great little Indian place. I really enjoy the lunch buffet. It's not a bad price and there are some solid options plus it comes with a drink. I've been to a few different Indian lunch buffets and this one has the best Tikka masala.
Entrees arrived shortly after with plenty of rice. They looked amazing but tasted ok. Both were extremely greasy and I couldn't tell if they had ghee in it or not after asking for no ghee to be in it, I tried to all the server twice but he kept waking away. Not sure he understood me. Yellow Dal was underwhelmingly flavorless,
I really like this place. The flavors were complex, but not overwhelming. I loved! their garlic naan and samosas. Plus the portions were very generous. We'll be going back.
Very very good flavors, the basmati rice was great also. The prices are a little above average. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.
Very yummy. Def get the garlic naan
Really friendly staff and great food highly recommended from this guy
The only Indian restaurant in Florence. The food is not that great. They have a whole lot of dishes for the buffet but taste wise it was below average.
Love it
Had a great buffet meal. Can't wait to return and try their dinner.
Their buffet is really good, the best goat out of any Indian food place I have been to. The Goat is super tender and soft and good quality still on the bone. Really good chicken masala and curry too.
Excellent food, excellent service. Family owned business that will treat you right. Loved it!
I really like this place. The food quality and taste is top notch. The servers are very attentive and friendly. If you like Indian food, you should try this place.
Very clean, great food, great atmosphere. Best indian food in the area.
Really good, and the price is right. It would be good if they could hire people who understand OUR culture a little more so that paying for our meal wouldn't seem quite so unfriendly. That said, they do put on a good meal, and the buffet offers quite a large selection.
Wonderful good very authentic. Chicken marsala is my favorite.
Best Indian buffet
Amazing food, it's my new favorite Indian food restaurant. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
Really tasty food!!
My wife and I came here for the first time. Not only was the food simply amazing, but the wait staff was exceptionally friendly and tended to all of our needs.
Great food and even better staff! Grab a bite and see a movie next door. Perfect date night :)
We LOVE this restaurant & have made life-long friendships with the owners & their family. This is a family-owned establishment who mean nothing but the best & are incredibly thorough, respectful, passionate, & genuine about their love of authentic Indian food! They have gone above & beyond for us & our family, offering rewards coupons, VIP memberships, free dessert, & more just for coming into their restaurant often. We never use our coupons because we want to support them in their business & appreciate their kindness & friendship. So glad we found this place & these people! If anyone says otherwise about this place, they’re seriously confused.
Awesome food, great service, great prices! Recommend!
Food and ambiance was good , Horrible experience! Pathetic staff... Waiter was eating from buffet at 1 pm.... They didn't came once to to ask if I need anything...or to take dirty plates. Cook was sleeping when I asked for naan he got up from table and went inside.....to make
Amazing amazing amazing! There is nothing about Flavors of India that my wife and I didn't love. The food is so flavorful and delicious. If you've never had Indian food, you need to come here and try it.
Very nice food good service
Items are a little pricey. Ambience isnt welcoming. See it for yourself in the pictures I added. Couple of items in the menu, wasnt available and it was told to us after we placed the order. They charge for every little add on you ask for, example: we asked for some onions and lemon and I saw a charge for $2 for that which isnt a norm in Indian restaurants that I know. They served bullet naan which we didn't ask for also same item was not in the menu, what we ordered was butter naan instead bullet naan was served. We did report about this and asked to take it away. They did not take it back , yet they charged for for the same. It wasnt our mistake yet we paid for it. We were passing by florence and found this restaurant online. I wouldn't recommend this place as price isnt justified for the quality or quantity of the items.
Poor service , dirty restrooms .! Half the bread items on menu are not available .
Good food and the ambiance is nice as well.
Went in on a Friday night & it was a horrible experience. We waited for 20 with no drinks (water) or order taking, completely forgotten. After we were finally acknowledged they brought 2 out of the 3 drinks & they kept ignoring the fact we had a 3rd person in the group (our child). Overall, took us an hour to have food & drinks, good food, way overpriced, & inconsiderate staff. Would order food to go, not sit down again.
Great Indian cuisine.... They will adjust the spice to your individual needs!!! This is the only Indian restaurant nearby that I found... Another one closed down... The Tandoori bread and Naan bread was hot and just the way I like it... I chose the lunch buffet option on a Friday around 1 pm... I believe it close at 3pm and reopen at 5 pm. I paid $13.14 to be exact... I dined alone. It wasn't as crowded but it was more other diners dining than I expected... I wanted to go to a cozy place to experience foods I wasn't use to... They can only adjust spice if your ordering off the menu not for the buffet. I was able to sample quite a few items I've never had before... All of which I liked.. They had only 3 desserts options.. I only had 1 with carrots .. The whole experience was different from my norm...
This place is fantastic. Food is great, service is great and price is good for what you get! Lunch buffet is on point and they are on doordash!
Horrible wait time for an online order, especially when the restaurant isnt even busy.
One of our favorites!! We can only go a short amount of time before one of the four of us begins lobbying for Flavors of India for dinner. We go so often - and always order the same thing - Ishaan knows our order (down to each of our drink preferences) by heart. Don't miss out on the Cawthon favorites.......Chicken Korma, Butter Chicken, Chicken Madras, and Kashmiri Naan with Mango Chutney. When traveling out of town, we love to try different Indian restaurants, but we have yet to find one we enjoy as much as our own Flavors of India!
This is probably the best Indian food I've had! So delicious. I had the coconut chicken Korom and my sisters ordered other things we all shared and every thing we ordered was amazing. Spoke with one of the owners she was so kind and helpful sweet lady. I'll be back for sure. Oh and the garlic and gluten free naan was sooo delicious!!
This resturant serve dilicious indian/pakistani food. Serve is good. They play good punjabi music and owner claims that all of the meat tbey serve is halal.
Amazing food. Very fresh and cooked to perfection with the right amount of spices and gravy. Would stop here everytime I am in the area. Very clean inside and out. Staff is very courteous and friendly and have knowledge of Indian cuisine.
Excellent food! I went 2 days in a row for their buffet at only $9.95 and the dishes are made different and fresh each day. Service was outstanding. What an absolute find in Florence. I'm sold! A great place to dine for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike.
Very tasty
The food here is outstanding. Skip the lines at bombay house and drive to this hidden gem.
Their names says it all if you want flaverful indian food you must eat here. The friendliest staff make your dining experience a pleasure. You also get to enjoy bollywood music videos while you dine.
Basic Indian restaurant. Good pricing and quick service
Im thinking about going sometime soon, sounds like a good place. I heard the infamous Ishan Chodha works here.
Amazing locally owned restaurant. Very friendly staff that was more than willing to help me find a dish I'd love!
Good and service are always great!!!
We ate here as a family of 5 and loved giving our kids an authentic Indian food experience! They had just seen Aladdin so it was fitting :). And we all loved the food and especially the coconut curry and garlic naan bread!
This place is Great! We go here most weekends for date night and it's fantastic! The staff are always helpful and kind.
This our favorite place in Florence
Great service. Delicious food. Kind staff. The lunch buffet is highly recommended.
You won't be disappointed
This Indian restaurant offer one of the best dishes I get to taste in Slc. The food in here is amazingly delightful and the waiters are so polite and helpful. You'll definitely get it for your money or even more.
Always yummy
Very good Indian cuisine. Never very crowded. Service is good, but slow. Reasonably priced. I'd learned to enjoy Indian cuisine in larger metropolitan areas, and although this is good for Florence, the lack of basic starters and somewhat limited menu has need for improvement. We typically don't do the buffet, but it's fun to try several dishes.
Good food
Great food. I go for the lunch buffet constantly.
Went in for lunch service. We basically were ignored while we were there. Coulsnt get refills had to wait for food longer then we should have. Bathrooms lacked toilet paper and they seemed upset when we asked them to restock.
Food was good but beer prices are high.
Amazing food, excellent customer service and fair price!
Good food and selection on the buffet
Food quality is good, taste is like real North India taste. Staff is friendly. Variety in food. Samosa was really tasty like i used to eat in my home town. One thing can be added in the menu is dhaniya chatni (Spicy )
Great job
Great food and great service! Santos was our server nothing but great things to say about this place definitely recommend
Great food and service!
Delicious food and can't beat the price of the noon buffet. Service was excellent and with some of the spicier things I needed the water refills. If you like Indian food should give this a try. Plenty of free handicapped accessible parking with easy entry and exit to the street. Cash and credit cards accepted as payment.
Great service but food was pretty bland
Can be expensive but pretty good!
There food is amazing, clean restaurant, friendly hosts and great prices. Love the smells of Indian spices that hit you when you enter. Sooo yummy, love the vegatable korma mmmm good.
Good variety and Food was good. Could do better job of maintaining the buffet as many items had run out.
This is how Indian food should be! And I would know, because, uh, I love Indian food!
We ordered Navratan korma and daal makhani. The food was served hot n fresh. Navratan Korma was very delicious - a must try.
Worst Hotel, I ever had food like this before anywhere. Before going there please check Chef is there or not.
For guys from out of town, this place was very good. All food was good. The owner came and even checked on us. Highly recommended. Must go place
Best Indian Buffet I've ever been to.
This place is tucked in the back of a bunch of stores and took some time to find, but is a place you’ll be going back to, for sure. Awesome food and quiet place. Also be sure to Ask for Santu. He is the best guy there!
Not enough veggie options. Food ok but not really yummy. Felt like it had been on the buffet for a while. Eh.
We go here as often ss wife will let me. She loves the food too but for some reason Indian every weekend doesn't fly. Shrimp coconut korma and butter chicken are a couple of our favorites. Naan is good too.
The buffet was great the drinks and naan was like mouth watering and staff was great and the restaurant looks great highly recommend very clean . Love this place
Service was subpar, my food was overcooked and dry (chicken tikka). The others in my group had better food, but the service was still quite bad. It took forever for my wife to get her drink, the food took a long time to come out, the bill took even longer. It just wasn't a good experience.
Awesome Indian food, and the go to place for Indian food in the peedee area
If I'd gone in the restroom before ordering I wouldn't have eaten there. The bathroom floor was dirty and wet with an unknown liquid and the trash was overflowing. There was only 1 table with customers which should have been an indicator. I asked about the buffet that is advertised from 5-10 on the sandwich board outside, window and flyers. The apathetic waiter just shrugged and said it was only for lunch. I ordered the chicken Korma as recommend by the waiter. It arrived...cold but completely cooked. This concerned me as to when it was cooked especially considering the state of the bathroom. I asked when it was fixed and was told just now, as this was a blatant lie. I didn't finish it. If you enjoy Indian frozen from the grocery store would probably be a better choice. You'd be less likely to regret the purchase.
I went with my family (a group of 10 people) and everyone agreed the food was fantastic. The service was great but a little slow which I’m sure was at least partly due to the number of people ordering. The bottom line is I can’t wait to go here again.
Yummy food and nice decor.
Love this place. You can order from the menu or there isa small buffet. The people are friendly and attentive. The goat and chicken coconut curries were phenomenal. Lemon rice is delicious. The tandoori chicken was most and flavorful. Their lunch buffet goes from 11 to 3, enjoy.
Best Indian restaurant in South Carolina. Butter chicken and onion kulcha are the best.
Wonderful flavors, for sure. We love all we've tried, and the cheese naan is our favorite followed by the onion. Lamb dishes, okra dish, chicken, all good. Starters so tasty, sauces too. Just can't go wrong.
Caught ourselves hungry while shopping in the area. We didn't want the Chinese nearby, or fast food, and we didn't want the Wingers, but then we found tucked right behind some of the best and freshest food in Salt Lake valley. Each member of our family ordered a different dish, from lamb, to shrimp to chicken, and all were wonderful. The crackers with chutneys at the beginning of the meal were tasty, the rice light, the entrees full of flavor, and we were simply blown away by the naan. Service was top notch. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated and clean. I'm looking forward to being back in SL County just so I can make a stop here for dinner yet again.
My thanks to my friend Drew for suggesting this place. My girlfriend and I went to meet friends who were already there for dinner. She wasn't keen on it because she's a really fussy eater. Guess what? She totally loved her food. Wanna know what else? She totally loved MY food too! The place looked nice inside, the prices were appropriate and the serving sizes were ample. The young fellow who waited on us was very friendly and helpful with the menu. My only regret is that I don't remember Indian names well so that I could suggest a plate. Well worth the trip to this place and I'm definitely going back.
Food was excellent. I called in my order, and it was ready about 2 minutes after I arrived. The price was a bit high, and not the best Chicken Tikka Masala that I have had, though it was probably second or third. It looks like it was a fairly comfortable and romantic for a date.
Bad Indian restaurant
I'm happy they started buffet now . More choices , more food . I usually go there 3-4 times a week for buffet . I like butter chicken , Lamb & Tandoori chicken with Naan Excellent Taste in Florence !!! LOL some people are funny i saw review with pink color chicken . Believe it or not Tandoori chicken & Spicy chicken are the best !
Outstanding; perhaps the best Indian restaurant in the valley. Among the best ever visited (and we visit a lot). Excellent service. Nice quantity of food. Excellent flavor. Wonderful Naan. When you tell them to make the dish hot or very hot, they oblige, Overall one of the best we have visited.
Good buffet, clean resteraunt
Always good place to eat staff is very polite. I've gotten something different everytime we go and always good
Food was fantastic! Restaurant has a nice relaxing vibe.
I go here all the time and love it. The food is great. The only downside: one of the times I went, they were really busy and it took a looooong time to get my food. If I hadn't already had 10 other great experiences with them, it would have been a huge turn-off; however, for now, I'll keep my rating at 5.
This is my favorite Indian restaurant in Utah! Honestly it may be my favorite Indian restaurant ever. The tikka masala sauce here is so good, and their naan is delicious. Everything is so flavorful and has such a great blend of spices. I drive from saratoga springs here at least once a month, but usually more than that because it's so amazing. I also took my husband with me and he is obsessed. You absolutely have to try it if your an Indian food fan! Also the staff are super nice and always remember us.
This is an excellent restaurant; all the food was perfectly prepared. I highly recommend it!
Good Food Good Serive
EXCELLENT!!! 2nd time visiting. Elegant dining atmosphere. The $9.95 buffet is delicious and the owners are friendly. Pure tasty Indian food. Give it a try!!
Loved the flavor of all the food from the buffet
friendly staff and delicious food
Spice alley!
The food is amazing every single time !! Best naan around !!!
I've been to a lot of Indian restaurants around Salt Lake and this is the best one I've found. Great authentic food. Good atmosphere and friendly staff.
If someone tells me to pick one single Indian restaurant in greater salt lake, then I will pick this one. I tasted the actual flavor of Samosa and Tandoori here. Mutton is well cooked and doesn't contain only bones! In last 3 months, I went there for four times and never experienced any bad. Definitely recommended.
We have ate here since the restaurant opened. The owners are like family and the food is top shelf. You will not be disappointed with the food. We have ate Indian food from many different places, so we are basing our rating on experience.
Great flavors! Need to remove TVs
We went for lunch buffet. Even if there was lot of variety in veg options, nothing really stood out. Nan was good and fresh. pasta was also good. Deserts were horrible. Service was really good and staff was friendly.
This restaurant is awesome! My wife and l love the lamb coconut kourma. I think Flavors of India rivals or surpasses Bombay House. We've been eating here for years. We LOVE this place. Super nice servers and owners. Also try the Mango Lassie's, they're also amazing!
The wife and I love this place. Wonderful food and an authentic atmosphere. The staff is friendly and we have always received amazing service.
Amazing staff, delicious food- best Indian Food around
They had great authentic Indian food. We loved the fact that they asked you what level of spice you want to can make the dish according to what you like. They were very attentive and we had great service. They also had a great variety of food. The prices are very reasonable. Loved it!
Been here several times over the past few years it's always good food. Very helpful friendly service. Comfy seating and nice decor. I like that they give you plenty of rice. It's pretty affordable too. It always seems to have plenty of seating and parking even when it's busy.
Good buffet at a reasonable price. Free drink included, ask for it. Indian food that doesn't taste like it has been altered to suit western taste buds, pretty close to authentic Indian Punjabi food. However, certainly not so spicy that it wouldn't be palatable to Western taste buds.
Went for Lunch Buffet, Excellent choices and flavors
Absolutely Delicious.
It's the best Indian restaurant in Utah. Not only fabulous food, beautiful decor, but also kind waitors. The only thing I would change would be to remove the TVs. One of them flashes pretty pictures of food and scenery on a loop, the other one plays Bollywood music videos and "Access Hollywood," with the volume up too high. It's sensory overload and very distracting for a romantic dinner with a date. But the delicious food far outweighs my complaint of the ambiance.
Great food in the middle of nowhere
I've traveled the WORLD eating Indian food, and this is definitely up there in my favorites, oddly enough in florence, trust me and my family are quick to tell someone their food sucks
I LOVE Taste of India!! My friend and I have been here several times and have VERY much enjoyed everything we've tried. I LOVE the chicken tikka masala and chicken curry. Also tasty is the butter chicken and chicken coconut korma (we obviously like chicken). We ordered the appetizer sampler once- everything on it was good. Both the regular naan and garlic naan are good, though we prefer the regular. The staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions. I will definitely return again and again. The food is so delicious. Only con is that the restaurant isn't really visible from the road (it's right behind a Wingers, I think), which may make it difficult for new customers to find.
This is a great place. The staff is very nice and caring, and the food is simply amazing and flavorful! My partner and I love the butter chicken. We live around the corner so this is definitely a must every now and then. The guy who took our order last night was very gentle and attentive even if it was just a takeout.
Excellent curries and naan. Loved the lunch buffet. We order takeout from here all the time and the butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and chicken coconut korma are all delicious. Currently our favorite Indian place... Can't go wrong here!
Hands down the best Indian food I’ve ever had and the service is always amazing!
The Friday buffet is divine
I would not recommend this place because their service is slow, after waiting for a while food was not good ( goat byriani was old and had no flavor, rice was overcooked) we ordered mixed appetizers and they brought something else. The place was not busy at all. And they still took a long time to serve the food.
The food was good but it was a buffet. We got there at 12:30. The food was barely replenished at all. It was $10.99.
Food is amazing, always fresh! As soon as something is empty it gets refilled promptly. I go almost every week after chemo and I'm never disappointed!
Lunch buffet is a great way to try lots of dishes. Nice staff -
Delicious food every time!
Great food. The flavors never disappoint. The owners seen like warm people who care about their customers.
Good Indian for SC. Not many options
Great food. Make sure to get medium or spicy !
Good food and good service.
Good food, but rather time communicating with the server as to the order and menu. Take out portions are very good, however when you choose to dine in they are not and must ask for a little more of most items.
Friendly staff, well decorated, cozy atmosphere, awful food. The worst Tikka masala I have ever tasted. I really wanted it to be good because everything else other than the food was nice! But the chicken was obviously preheated frozen cubes chicken, the gravy was so watery and sweetly bland. No spice. Plus the naan was.....wow. not good
The buffet is delicious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful!!
good food excellent service, all employes working
美味しいインドカレー! Clean restaurant with a good atmosphere. Went as a dinner date and we both enjoyed the lamb curry and we had 4 flavors of naan.❤️
Great Food.. Stopped on way to FL from NY for Indian food... Excellent Food and Great Service
Fresh food always if you want good food go here I like the shrimp coconut curry it is the best the staff is very friendly. I love this place. The owners are so friendly and the food is amazing. It's not far from my house so it's even better. I am visiting this place from last 4 years and I have requested their catering for my family and office parties couple of times. These guys keep surprising me with the taste and quality of their service every time. I am a vegetarian but have heard very good things about their non-veg food also.
It was such amazing Indian food, and a great deal for buffet!
The food here is tasty and the menu had a variety of options (both veg and non-veg). Will come back again. We tried their veg biryani and it was lovely
Great food and great service!
Amazing Indian food! The chicken vindaloo and naan bread was incredible. I will definitely be eating here again.
Zero complaints about it first visit to Flavors of India. Service was exceptional, our drinks were easily refilled four times during half an hour sit down. Order of the veggie coconut korma was DELICIOUS and payment was quick and convenient. We’ll be back!
This is the only Indian restaurant I eat from..... Their food is very delicious and authentic.... They are very nice people.... My husband and I came in 10 minutes before closing and they still allowed us to dine in..... I give flavors of India 2 thumbs up
Very friendly staff. Amazing food. Feel very welcome here
Never been disappointed here for lunch buffet or dinner. Coconut korma chicken and paneer tikka masala are both very good here. Garlic naan & mango lassi are great add ons as well.
Best Indian food in town.
the food was trash
Great food and hospitality. Nothing else matters. Will be back again.
Had Garlic naan and Butter chicken. Service was good. Atmosphere and decorations add to the experience. Price is good for the amount of food and quality of it. I have been traveling quite a lot and had butter chicken + garlic naan all the time. This place has it figured out! Properly marinated chicken which is tender rather than over cooked. Naans are not too mushy and perfect for dipping. On top of it, one of the cheapest menu I had amongst many Inidian restaurants I've visited.
Wonderful. Food. Love it
Just for Indian
Great food loves the atmosphere really Indian fine dining
When you want the best of the best this is the place. Family owned and operated by the kindest people on the planet. Everything I eat becomes my favorite until I take a bite of the next dish. I can’t compliment the chef enough and the staff too. Santosh has become a friend and advisor of my culinary trip thought the Flavors of India. Thank you again and again
Went to Florence SC for a little getaway from home. Found this excellent Indian restaurant! Delicious authentic food. Super friendly wait staff. A++. Highly recommended. Delicious and great value.
Tasty and locally run go for a special dinner or hit up their lunch buffet for yummy deals!
We thought we would try India food and are glad we did, Food was fantastic will definitely eat there again.
We reached 15 minutes before closing and everything was al.ost out, but the chef made some fresh naan and chicken tikka masal and another chicken dish fresh. Taste and quality of fool was awesome..
This restaurant had delicious food and is a hidden gem. Prices are very reasonable and they're is a lunch buffet that is very fresh and appetizing. This is my go to place for authentic and flavorful Indian food. They also deliver from Door dash and have a variety of vegetarian options
What a great place! We ate here for the first time recently and had a truely wonderful experience. The staff was attentive and friendly. We loved the butter chicken and garlic naan and the mango lassi was delicious. We can't wait to go back and try some of the other things on the menu.
Drove 20 minutes for dinner hours before their posted hours say they would be closed and found that they were closed because of a party. Should have updated your hours with Google.
Very good buffet. Good service, good pricing. You should get a mango drink there. 10/10 would recommend
Food is tasty..but need some more variety..
Friendly staff, good food
First time, went for the lunch buffet. Happy to say the buffet goes until 3pm. We went around 2pm. The butter chicken was my favorite dish. The naan is served fresh to your table so be patient. They serve coke products and have door dash delivery. Come check them out. It's delicious!
Ordered through door dash. Delivery was great. Food not so much. Ordered 130$ worth of food. They only sent enough rice for 2 entrees, which I ordered 7! Naan wasn’t separated so I didn’t know what was what. Flavor was just okay. Ordered the same from curry in a hurry for less than half the price and the flavor was amazing. Won’t be going back. Bombay house is the same price with much better food. They didn’t even include all my order.
My wife & I always enjoy eating here.
Great Indian foods. Highly recommend.
I like this place because they probably see you and wait on you. The food is very tasty with a very large menu and the owner comes out and greet you. they know what service is about
The food is great. Clean with good service. Well priced. Atmosphere is nothing special...about what you would expect for an Indian restaurant. No lunch buffet but their specials are great and pretty quick.
Warm ambiance. Inexpensive. Friendly, welcoming staff. Food YUM!!! I'm a little sad that I live 5 hours away.
Driving back to NC from southern Florida we decided to stop in Florence for the night. They had many dog friendly hotels near I-95. This restaurant was a wonderful surprise! The Indian tea was recommend by someone in an earlier review. So glad I tried it! The spices and cream was a taste unlike anything I had ever had. Delicious! We ordered two appetizers. Tandoori mushrooms and a shrimp appetizer. We had butter chicken and lamb korma with garlic naan. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. My husband and I both agreed it was the best Indian food we have ever eaten. The prices were very reasonable. The service was friendly and attentive. We look forward to eating many meals here when traveling through this area.
Good buffet, usually miid with peppers on the side. Dinner selection very good and if you want it really hot, they will fix it up right
Easily Vegan Friendly Called in an order to go while traveling, got the Baigan ka Bharta (eggplant) and verified on the phone that it was vegan. I asked if they could make low oil and they did. Asked if wanted mild, medium or spicy and I ordered spicy. It actually was spicy! And the crisp bread that they gave with the meal was spicy and flavorful, too. Order was waiting on me, in and out! They have a separate vegetarian section on their menu that contains vegan options. Comfortable with ample seating. Helpful staff. If I were in town again I would stop here again, so many vegan options!
Food is awesome, especially the non vegetarian. Love this place. Staff is very friendly.
We came last week for the first time and were in heaven! We are taking friends tomorrow, it’s sooo good and the service is awesome and very considerate. We were there at a weird time and they asked if they could vacuum, unlike most places that would just do it. We loved the friendly staff and plan on being regulars!
We love going for the lunch buffet. Great food, and great service. Highly recommend.
Worst food never again he puts sugar in every food no spices at all not a indian restaurant
I went here for the first time today and I was definitely impressed! For approx $11 between 12 p and 3p, you get the lunch buffet, soda, and naan. All the food was delicious and it was a great way to try new items as regular priced dishes outside of buffet hours are between $12-15. The staff was quick, friendly, and the space was clean and well presented. I'll absolutely be back!
Awesome Indian food! Their food is very flavorful mixed with different spices. We went during lunch and tried out their buffet. They have amazing goat and chicken curry amongst other savory dishes. You also have to try their mixed vegetables!
Good place for indian food.
Delicious food, friendly staff, and excellent service! I'm a frequent customer for the lunch buffet.
First time I tried Indian food. Also the first time I ever went to a new restaurant and tried so many new things and liked them all.
Flavors of India has become a regular stop for our family. The food is amazing and the staff is wonderful. They are extremely friendly and do a wonderful job of taking care of us when we are there. We are regulars and have not had a complaint yet.
Always very good. Flavor is great. Staff are friendly and courteous. The Lamb Boti Kebab is great.
Awesome taste, super nice people, great price! Definitely will be going back soon! If you’re wanting some Indian food today, Flavors of India is your place!!
Attentive staff, authentic food
Great food.. Great Service..
Nice place. We had the buffet lunch which was really tasty. The staff were very friendly. Highly recommendable. A great lunch Like
If you enjoy Indian food, you have GOT to go here. Their butter chicken was the best I've ever had! The atmosphere was great, the service was fast and very friendly, and the quality of everything was just awesome! Even the dishes they used were absolutely beautiful. Go try it. You'll be glad you did!!!
Great Flavors and amazingly friendly staff. Lots of vegetarian options. A go to place if going through Salt Lake City or for anyone who lives there too.
Tasty, flavorful and authentic Indian food. Easily one of the best restaurants in the valley.
On the way down to Florida, we tumbled to this beautiful gem tucked off the I95 freeway, excellent food, friendly customer service , was very happy when the chef/owner came out and checked with us on how was the food and service this is called the best customer service and was open for our feedbacks. Keep up the great work folks!!!
I really love this place. I have tried many dishes here but have a hard time resisting the Seekh Kebobs. They are awesome. I have not had any Indian food that I like better. The service is freindly and prompt. They really do a fine job of making every visit a pleasant experience.
I like the food here! It reminds me of the food my grandfather used to make before his legs were crushed in an industrial engineering accident.
Loved the food with great service, highly recommend this place.
I have try different types of Indian restaurant and it’s the first time I don’t enjoy the food. Not even the naan bread is tasty. I’m disappointed ☹️
Friendly staff, great food, who could ask for more!
Delicious buffet... the only thing missing was no poppadoms. Dessert was a little lacking, but the rice pudding was fresh and tasty. Entrees were great. Naan was super fresh, salty and buttery and delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive. Worth going to again!
Good authentic Indian flavors
Send food back to India was a waste money
Food was great and they made it spicy for us. They had the Halal certificate posted.
Incredible food. Flavorful and full of good spice! Took some time to get our food, but well worth the wait.
This place is amazing!! I have never had anything less than delicious.
Great food, the service was a little slow but they were good
Best Indian this side of the state
Service was quick and the food was good. Went on a Saturday evening and there was no wait to get to a table and waiters were quick to get whatever you needed, but it wasn't so empty that it was weird. Overall a good experience if you enjoy Indian food.
I took my soon to be spouse here after we had just finished watching a movie. The staff was attentive, turn around time phenomenal, and the food, the food was superb. The subtle, and yet pronounced flavors of every bite, texture of each bite of chicken in my Tikki Malsala, all around the food is delicious. Please come here if you have the opportunity. It is worth the price. PS. the price is really on par with other restaurants around town as well. :)
I took Lamb Khas Biriyani. Enough for 2 people. Boneless Lamb. Taste was awesome.
This place has phenomenal food. The strawberry and mango lassis (sweet drinks) will make you think you've died and gone to heaven. The mushroom masala tastes amazing. The cheese naan and the sweet naan are also excellent. They serve a wide variety of dishes including vegetarian and vegan if you request it. Service is quick and the staff are friendly. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this place to anyone.
Too costly
Fantastic food, good service, at ease environment. Highly recommend
Very good Indian food. Lots of tasty vegetarian dishes. Eat here you'll be glad you did.
Amazing pallet! The shrimp is a must try for any seafood lover. Definitely coming back! Chicken was a little fatty, but that's the only negative experience here so far!
I’ve only been here once but it’ll probably be my last time. We ordered a coffee and a soda along with our meal. After 20 minutes they brought out the food but never brought out our drinks, we had to remind our waiter to which he replied they’re “making” it and brought it out soon after. The food was good but not as good as some other local restaurants I’ve had, the Chicken Tikka Masala tasted like pure tomato sauce. The garlic naan was literally regular naan with minced garlic on top. We also ordered the Kheer pudding which they never brought out, at this point we just wanted to get the check and leave. It took us at least 20 minutes to get the check and we had to ask for it. The service was poor, the food was mediocre. Not the greatest Indian food or experience I’ve had in Salt Lake City
Amazing food! Lovely atmosphere.
Excellent food and service
Food was good... Seth's Service was good too
Great place for something completely different. Nice people too.
Absolutely best place to get authentic Indian food. The people are so sweet and always helpful. The food is delicious, and there buffet is awesome. It's a bit small and the buffet hours are at a weird time but I definitely go out of my way to make the buffet hours! If you want real food go here!
Great meal. Vegetarian menu has a nice variety. Portions are excellent
Best Indian Restaurant better than Bombay house Mango lassi is my favorite one and best buffet I had till now everyone should try atleast once here...
Indian food wine and beer is old
Everyone was nice and the food was absolutely amazing! It should be a must stop place, when you’re in Florence.
This restaurant has FANTASTIC food and fantastic service. Extremely professional and friendly servers and staff. Their food is fresh and packed with flavor. Personal favorites are Vegetable Pakora, and the best (absolutely the best) Mango Lassi around. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu, and their lunch buffet is paradise. Authentic atmosphere, recommend this restaurant with 5/5 stars!
Good food, I liked it all okay. Rice was old and crunchy, that was a bummer. Nice people working but I wish they gave more suggestions to what they recommend. I would rate better if the some of the food (including rice) was filtered out more on the buffet.
The food at this place is sensational, especially the Chicken Tikka Masala. The kitchen is emaculate and the service is splendid. Overall an amazing Indian Restaurant.
Such a fun experience! You've got to try it all. 5 different dishes and all of them were delicious! I highly recommend the chicken coconut korma. Service was so polite and pleasant. Answered all of our questions and made the experience memorable! A must try!
We ordered 2 servings of Chicken Tikka Masala, 1 Coconut Shrimp Korma, 1 order of onion fritters, 1 Malaal Chicken Kabob, 1 baskets of Naan + 1 cheese Naan. All of this for 2 adults, 2 kid athletes (Poly kids) and 1 toddler. We finished it all. From this the only item that was left was 1 onion fritter.
We will drive over an hour to get here. The food is wonderful and everyone is so nice. Lamb samosas are crazy good. We love it!
This is my favorite Indian restaurant!!!! A little pricey but good and also good people.
If somebody like pink color, this place is good for them. Butter chicken, pink color with no taste. Tandori chicken worst.
tasty if not slightly expensive food for the area
