This place usually isn't open on a Friday night, but tonight was a special night as it was a fundraiser for a mission trip. Tonight was a barbecue buffet. As always the food was really good. This place is usually open for breakfast and lunch and only open at night on Thursdays, which is a seafood buffet, and a pretty good one, I might add. You can't go wrong at Dienners. There's always something for everyone. Enjoy!

5 Stars any day of the week! Excellent service, friendly staff and don't get me started on the food. It is to die for! I wish they would open for dinner more than just one night a week (Thursday night), but I respect the importance of family and a quality of life for the employees. Breakfast is also very inexpensive and absolutely amazing!

Always awesome and never disappointed. Employees are the sweetest. I always look forward to getting a big box of take out from them although their very expensive when you do take out because they charge you by the weight of your box. But you get what you pay for I always say! I don't mind paying a higher price for a delicious "like grandma's cooking " always great, and never disappointed meal! Its soooooo good!

The hours are extremely limited but the comfort food is always available and it's always good. They are only open one evening prayer week and that is on Thursday so plan accordingly.

It was a lovely place. The employees were very nice and the food was good southern home cooking. It was clean and decorated well. They have pictures and sweet little statue/figurines for sale. The price is slightly high, but the food is worth it if that's the type of food you want. They kept the buffet well stocked with fresh choices. The only bad thing (which is NOT their fault) is that mapquest took us to some dead end road in the middle of nowhere. It did it on both mine and my husband's phone. So be watchful of that if you are going. I finally used google maps to get there.

Home cooked buffet style breakfast and lunch...the only bad thing about Dieners is they arent opened for evening meals. I love their whole pies you can buy..love to give them as gifts. And their books and framed decore is wonderful. You get full very SATISFIED then you can waunder amongst their mini gift store. Relaxing and fun.

Usually I'd give this place 5 stars, however the last time we ate lunch here, they were in a rush to get people out the door. They close @ 2 & boy do they mean EVERYONE OUT BY 2!! They even started closing the buffet tables down @ 1:40. Bad business practices. If your eating here make sure to arrive early, a leisurely lunch won't happen here!

Wishing there were more stars I could give this place for the service and food. This is one of those places id travel out of my way for. The food is always fresh even on the buffet. And the service i always with a smile and a hello and a conversation. This reasonably priced buffet restaurant has a very good selection of meats and vegetables plus a salad bar, soup bar, and dessert bar. You may also order from a menu but most people go for the buffet which is a great choice. The food is prepared by local Mennonite family and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend this but check hours because they are only open for breakfast and lunch most days. They are closed on Mondays.

Got two plates of food and one of dessert. It was all very good!! Will be back. I recommend Dienner's if you like good eating!! I didn't like their ham and potato soup, though. I've had potato soup at many different places and this is the first place I would give it a thumbs down.

Huge nostalgia value and ample food! Now, if evangelical-Christian music and decor is going to bother you, this is not the place to eat. If very simple, unembellished "comfort food" is your jam, this IS the place to eat. I find the "praise" music a little overwhelming myself, but hey ... the chicken salad's great! Lots of simple, classic, church-potluck foods with a nice variety. (The cuisine is more Midwestern than Southern.) On most days of the week, Dienner's serves breakfast and lunch only. Both are usually fresh, plentiful, and excellent. The service is not always great -- I've been forgotten about once or twice -- and this is a spot for a loosen-your-belt meal rather than a quick bite, but it's absolutely a crowd-pleasing place.

Bustling and busy family style restaurant with very nice patrons. The buffet is kept well hot and replenished all the time. One day a week they have variety of seafood as well. Dessert bar is huge , so many options. Food taste very good. I thought I wouldn’t like authentic souther style country food too much, but I do. Their butter pasta and baked wings was really good.

I tried at Christmas to come here to eat with my family. I drove from Anderson to eat here, my sister came from Indiana. But you was closed. So today I tried to take My Mother here for her birthday, I drove from Anderson again and drove here to eat February 9, 2019 and it was closed at 11:00 today! P.S. it was not on your website about you closing at 11:00 today, we looked it up be for we came there to make sure it was open! Sad to say I will probably not try to come back here! Very good service. Clean in the restuarant and bathrooms. If you get the buffet and you leave hungry it is your own fault. The food is above average for a buffet country cooking and homemade deserts. Thursday nights they have shrimp and fish on the buffet. They do lunch and breakfast Monday - Saturday and dinner I think only Thursdays. I personally have never had the breakfast but from others I have been told breakfast is great.

The Mennonites are known for their cooking and baking skills, and they do not disappoint at all. Their all you can eat dinner buffet is the best, hands down. It is the good old fashioned home cooking that your granny would fix for Sunday dinner. Stew meat, rice, gravy, ham, chicken, greens, soup, biscuits, cornbread. Don't even get me started on the cakes and pies! You will always leave here happy and satisfied!
