I just love this place. It's the first cozy pub where you can watch football games and get really good food without the cigarette smoke. Yes this is a smoke free pub! Love it for 10 years now!

Always a good choice for bar food and a little more. Great appetizers and finger foods. My favorite if 5 small hot pretzels with mustard and queso dippers. The sandwiches are great, even the Philly steak, although the roll was too soft for the filling. Awesome chicken or shrimp baskets with nice portion sizes. Fish and chips had 4 pieces of cod. Bar server was knowledgeable about beers and quick with refills. Lots if TVs to watch sport of your choice. In better weather, dine outside on the covered glider tables.

This was not actually on the menu, had to special request it. I call it the Chewie. I ordered a chicken fritter sandwich with cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I had tots as a side dish.

The food comes out in large portions. The wait staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable about the menu/ingredients. The kicking chicken club was good and good portions as I was only able to eat half. Wasnt a fan of the potato salad but it wasnt terrible. Good place to eat once but doubt I'll ever go back to this chain.

Food was absolutely terrific at very reasonable prices. I had the fried shrimp basket with Coleslaw & fries & my husband had the Philly Cheesesteak. Everything was delicious!! We had to take some back to the motel. We arrived around 4:30 & there was already a crowd for Game Day but we were lucky & got seated immediately. It was a full house when we left!

We noticed cars are always in the parking lot so finally stopped by. Great atmosphere, excellent service and our meals,were delicious, huge portions. We could have bought 1 sandwich and split it. Fries were delicious and I don't like fries. That says something. Heading back soon.

I love Dagwoods!! I always get the Teriyaki Chicken Sub. Between the flavor, the cheese the fresh baked bread-it just melts in your mouth. Hell, my mouth watering now for one, lol. My husband and I were playing music on the jukebox and the manager was stopping our selections....why would an establishment have music selections that would be deleted? There was no foul language. This made our visit very upsetting. Not sure if we will go back and we have been going there for years.

OMG We LOVE this place. We never skip this place when we're at the beach. We take everyone there. When we talk about going to the beach, Dagwood's comes up at least once in the plans. And sometimes we consider driving in just to eat here! TVs everywhere even at some of the tables. We watched Beetlejuice in there once lol. LOVE IT!

Dagwood's maybe the best Gem and Myrtle Beach restaurants. The service is always very pleasant and even when they're busy you don't sit around forever waiting for a waitress. Their food is delicious and you cannot beat their prices. We've probably eaten there 10 or 12 times and have never been disappointed. It is a must eat restaurant if you're in South Carolinas Myrtle Beach

Awesome sports bar. Lots of TVs in all the right spots. Food was great. VERY generous portions! Very friendly wait staff. The pastrami and corned beef on my "Northern" sandwich was juicy, hot, lean and tender. I was told their chili has won awards and it's easy to taste why. Just the right amount of heat and great flavor. Their homemade chips were great too. Had a party of eight and we all had great food. As a bonus, outside they have loquat trees that had ripe fruit on them. We picked a bunch! Highly recommend this place. Family friendly too.

It's a long standing establishment... we have eaten there before... food is pretty good. But we hadn't been there for a while and decided to visit again, note too.... my husband usually enjoys sitting at the bar because of the conversations that he can strike up.... But never again! The bartenders ignored us, only if we made a fuss did they pay attention. It was crowded. From observation they needed 1 more person to help... but the bartenders that were there only talked to the people they apparently knew.... and if that was bad enough, when we ordered some food, it took over 30 minutes to get a simple appetizer.... Slow, not friendly...
