Good food and burgers. My favorite was the fish and chips. Make sure to get the truffle fries when visiting. The fried green tomatoes were a great appetizer, more like a caprese salad with a fried green tomato. We ordered two burgers, the California and the southern. Of the two, the southern was much more flavorful. The corn fritter were way over done but if cooked right would have been great. Overall, good experience and if I lived here I would return.

Best Hamburger I have ever eaten. I ordered the Fungi Burger medium, and it was cooked to perfection. The white truffle oil topped it off. The fries were wonderful. Everyone in our group of 5 raved about the burgers and fries. Will definitely go there again when in Mount Pleasant. Wish we had one here in Myrtle Beach.

Food was amazing. The service was not. Our waitress was rude and inconsiderate of my boyfriend and I. She accused us of not paying her the whole tab, when we paid her the whole tab and included a 20% tip. I do not have her name, plan to retrieve it when I go back. As stated above, food was amazing .

Was having a great dinner with friends,my best friend gets a facetime call from his daughter in stress concerning her dog. Management walks to our table, stating to my friend to turn the volume down on his phone because it's overwhelming the Music playing out the loud speakers and gentlemen at the bar was bothered by it. Eric was there guys name. Poor service dude! Wasn't on the phone 30 seconds with his daughter. Sad! Have a heart and get a better sound system!

The food is amazing - not what I expected from a pub. It is really hard to find a good veggie burger in the Deep South, but they perfected it. The fries are thin and crispy. The food comes out very quickly. Also, a waitress named Hilary is so sweet and funny and has great customer service. I highly recommend!

Great draft list and food! I had the blackened blue burger with Monterey Jack instead of blue cheese and it was awesome! Calamari was delicious too. Great staff and atmosphere, will definitely go back.

I always love CPH. They have interesting, less common beers on tap and I have always had friendly bartenders and servers. The food, the Godfather flatbread is one of my favorite things in town. They do a solid job with their fries, and usually have good tunes on (classic rock). The burgers are also interesting and well-prepared. A low-key place to grab a great pint and a meal.

Amazing food! I ordered the fungi burger and it was heavenly! The kids menu was also really accommodating for my toddler. The only negative comment I have was that my brother in law ordered the same burger as I did and recieved a different one that he didn't love as much as the one I had after offering him a taste of mine. The restaurant was not at all busy, so I guess the waitress may have had a busy mind! It's fine! We've all been there. Can't wait to go back! Also the spinach crab dip is incredible!

Won't come back for the food. We had the linguine which cost $18 and it consisted of 3 shrimps and 3 mussels and about 4 bites of pasta. Disappointing. Great place for Belgian beers though! Food isn't worth it though.

Menu was interesting. Very eclectic beer selection. Prices on everything seemed high to me compared to other places I've gone to eat around the area. Overall food quality was fantastic as was the beer. Service was spontaneous at best but adequate. My water cup stood empty far too long for me to give this place 5 stars and it wasn't even that busy inside. I'd check out other places before I came back here, but my kids enjoyed the kids menu but complained about how long it took to get our food.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! While enjoying a wonderful evening at Coleman Public House and living in Mount Pleasant since '05 I have always enjoyed the amazing truffle fries and burgers at CPH. My friends and I walked right in with only my party of 4 and sat at the first bar top on the left farthest from the bar. At the bar was 6-7 people sitting there along with a couple waitresses, one bar tender and a manager. We were greeted by the an awesome waitress with a great attitude, placing our drink and then food order. My table is laughing and continuing to share the nights events with laughing and sharing in the paint class etc. Our food comes and we are enjoying our meal. All the while music is playing pretty fairly through the speakers in the restaurant, but given its not an ambient place of imbibing food and is a bar atmosphere i didnt think anything about it. We had our laughter and really we didnt even hear any conversations from other people sitting at the bar bc of the music. I then received a FaceTime call from my daughter who was in a panic about her dog that was yelping in the background and she was calling her daddy to ask what should she do. I was literally trying to decipher what she was saying (again on an iphone FaceTime call, which does NOT have a loud speaker NOR was connected to an external speaker) and within LITERALLY 45 seconds of me taking the call, the manager ERIC comes over and says "Hey man can you cut the phone down, it is overriding the music in the restaurant" . I first looked at him in a dismay and said to him "my daughter has an emergency possibly with her dog"...then he over talked me and cut me off and said " well, we have complaints from people at the bar cant hear the music over the dog yelping" I looked at him (as did everyone at the table with me) and said to him " are you serious right now or just kidding around" . i was trying to comprehend if he was serious or just joking around. He said " no i am serious" and just stood there waiting for me to cut the phone down. My daughter was like "DADDY WHAT DO I DO?" still on the phone. I looked at ERIC and said " that is about as rude and unprofessional as you can be, so you can just give us our check and we will not be back sir" . His response " Ok no problem" in a stern and laughing voice as he walked away. I finished up with my daughter and her URGENT situation with her hurt dog and told her i would have to call her back in a second. The waitress comes up with our check and said "I am SO SORRY...I am EXTREMELY SORRY for my manager and how he acted." i told her its not her fault that ERIC, her manager was so UNPROFESSIONAL even after he was told i was trying to help my daughter, as any father would do, with her hurt dog. Now myself along with EVERYONE at the table who are all dog and animal lovers were 100% APPALLED at his unprofessional conduct and complete lack of compassion for the situation at hand. He never even came back over to the table. He literally went back to the corner of the bar (about 10 feet from our table) and just stood there. We paid our bill, leaving the waitress a good tip because it was not her fault, and as we all stood up we had to lean in close to each other to even hear what we were saying bc the music was drowning out our mere normal speech. HOW could an iphone speaker "OVERRIDE" the massive restaurant speakers? I have been going to CPH for years and have taken hundreds of people there (from all over the world when they come in town) over the years. BUT with that kind of manager in charge, i will never step foot back in there again, NOR will i recommend that place to anyone. NO ONE should be treated in such a manner. RUDE and should NOT be a manager ANYWHERE!!! If you want good food but afraid if your a parent or animal lover that someone (even your child) may call in to your phone unexpected then DO NOT ANSWER your phone or ERIC the IMBECILE MANAGER will be sure to tell you that phone calls with hurting dogs crying will NOT BE TOLERATED.

Met some friends here for dinner as we were visiting Charleston. Great little restaurant. I'd call it upscale pub grub. We had 6 boys with us and they were extremely tolerant of the boys and their rowdiness. Good was great and the beer selection was pretty good as well.

CPH, as locals call it, slings some amazing upscale bar food plus more, which you'd never expect looking at the outside. I go here probably twice a week because I can switch it up and get a variety of different things and never get tired of it. Best mac n cheese in Charleston; blows Crave's away. One of the few late night food spots in Mt. P. Definitely the only place you can get salmon at midnight. Also probably the only place you'll find some very rare craft beers on tap that you wouldn't see elsewhere. Try the Asian glazed ribs, mac, truffle parmesan fries, burgers, salmon, fish and chips, bbq shrimp, lamb burgers, seafood linguini, and caesar salad with blackened chicken. There's something here for everyone. Atmosphere is casual, unpretentious, and not hipster-y or self-indulgent. It's just normal. Ask for Sarah or Kia and they'll get you set up right. Service is always awesome. You're either a regular or you haven't been.

We had high expectations. We were highly disappointed. The appetizers were ok. We ordered shrimp and grits as the entree. The sauce was bland. I took a bite of shrimp, and immediately saw the shrimp had not been deveined prior to being cooked. Disgusting end to the meal. Granted, they removed the meal from our tab, but seriously? That's a basic task of preparing shrimp!! I would definitely not recommend.

The food was delicious, and the drinks were cold. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because they were unable (in their words), to split a check between our group (7 people). Waitress said if we had asked before we ordered, she could have, but there was no way to do it after that. Not knowing this rule, we didn't mention it beforehand, I would think that would be the server or waitresses role to inform us of that prior to ordering.
