Love this place! There's a reason why Chick-fil-A is so popular. One thing we love here instead kid's play place. Almost impossible to get hurt, so are 18 month old can run around and have fun in there better than at the park.

It's like any normal chick-fil-a but we've gotten wrong food before or they even missed an entire meal before and they didn't even apologize for their mistake or our inconvenience for having to go all the way back. It was a kids meal, so yes, it was important since I could've waited but my kid wasn't going to.

I drive through this location multiple times each week. Great store. Saturday morning is their difficult time. Often find yourself sitting still in the drivethru while they deal with one car at the window. This morning we had 7 vehicles and the car they had at the window was there for over 4 minutes. If you go on Saturday, save the frustration and go inside.

The prices are going up. I ordered a large diet strawberry lemonade. The price on the menu board said 3.65. But she said 4.65. I said that is not what the menu board said. She said there is a 1.00 charge for strawberries. I said then you should post it. Great food..but the prices are going up..so chick filet, guess what your not that great.

Chick-fil-A is really awesome place I didn't eat there for years and years and years I wish they would have at least three or four choices of desserts for diabetics and I mean absolutely no sugar no high fructose and none of those things that affect them good bread would absolutely no sugar bake breads I wish they turn this place into a restaurant and have a really huge large large bowl of strawberries melons grapes and blueberries and peaches and for those it on a diet in a salad every kind of topping on it you can imagine from eggs to onion to cucumbers and the no-sugar dressings light very light fat-free is not the problem it's the sugar so I enjoy your nuggets they're awesome but there's needs to be other things to go with the little fried nuggets besides french fries everybody serves french fries and they're really not healthy to eat all the time once in a blue moon I like the one in Moncks Corner and I love the fact that you'll stand for Christ and your honor Sunday and you do not open all places should be like that but they're out for the almighty dollar to make money and scuse me for saying so but that's the way it goes this is the Moncks Corner when I like it I like Chick-fil-A but if I wish you would get some more things on the menu that are really really a good for people who are watching their sugar and carbs whatever be nice if y'all serve really really good homemade macaroni and cheese to I mean homemade with everything in and I can go on have one more choice but I don't think I'm going to push it I don't think I'm going to push my luck I wish there was one on Cooper store across from Ashley Ryan Lane further in the woods there in a big parking lot I can walk to it with my children walking with me and you're right be across in between the trailer park and rainbow Acres so Austin Trailer Park thank you and have a nice day

We love this location! The restaurant is beautiful and kept very clean. The staff is friendly and we get our food fast. Our children love the play area. My only request would be more booths close to the play area. Booths are easier for my children to sit in versus a chair (especially the tall chairs), but all of the booths are too far from the play area. I like to sit with my infant and watch my older children through the glass and that's hard to do unless at a table.

Like most Chick-fil-A's the Monck's Corner location has very friendly and speedy service. Exactly what we've all come to expect from from this fast food franchise. Highly recommend this location. Don't let the long lines fool you, even when they look extremely busy the wait is still only about 5 mins.

Usually Chick-fil-A is always fresh and done right. But went to this place ordered a spicy chicken delux add bacon and got 3 bacon crumbs and wilted lettice on my sandwich. Not what I'm used to from this chain.

Some employees at this particular location could use some additional customer service training. Got my name wrong, not a problem, told the young man in the window my name, he rolled his eyes and aggressively called back our order. He practically threw our drinks in the car, very very rushed. I also asked for a plain cup of ice and got an ice water, which is fine but again the young man was rude. I wasn't given the time to ask for any condiments either.

It was pretty crowded when I went and my debt card was acting up (I use the chip and it's super worn and bent, I need a new one) and we all fear the judgement of people assuming you cant afford the food. The cashier was super patient and told me to take my time. Finally the card worked and the food was good as always. Typically chick fil a. Killing the fast food game.

This isn't like the Chick-fil-A's that I have previously frequented. Fries are underdone, drinks can be flat sometimes and today I swear they used the smallest piece of chicken available for my sandwich. The size of this meat looks like more of what you would get on a chicken biscuit.

Service is slower at night. Food portions are substantially small at this location compared to other locations in the low country. Also, Management does not appreciate customer satisfaction compared to other locations in the low country. My sandwich tasted like dirty oil. My bun was hard. It was just terrible. I love Chick-Fil-a but I hate Chick-Fil-a Moncks Corners. I would not recommend going there to anyone.

For me personally, I just have to say that I love Chic-fil-a!!! Their food tastes wonderful, their staff and employees are awesome!!! Especially the one in M.C. The only that I don’t like, or that bothers me, even though it tastes good, and I’ll still pay full price for it, is that their meal combos are more expensive than other chain type restaurants. The combo meal that I enjoy, and always buy, is almost $10.00 by itself. Other than that, it’s hands down my favorite chain type of restaurant.

This is the third time I've ate Chick-fil-A food and it's always been fresh and hot. The cashier is a sweet lady with the same personality and voice. I didn't get her name :( The place itself was nice and the tables/booths are spaced out. The only slight improvement would be to install a soda fountain where the consumers can refill their drinks. It can get pretty busy at times and that would help the associates serving the consumers.

My least favorite chick-fil-a in the area. Usually always dirty (especially kids area) and food never quite tastes right. Listened to several employees swearing and talking about other employees when they had a huge line. To me that was very unprofessional as one of them was a manager. AVOID THIS CHICK-FIL-A!!
