We went here because of man versus food. The staff is very friendly when we arrive. We didn't try to do the challenge because it was alot of food. We order the appetizer and as you can see in the pics it was a lot food. We got the food and it was very tasty and it came out fast. When came back to town for a second visit and we still received great service and when we left I forgot my glasses on the table. The guy came immediately out to the parking lot to find us and gave us my glasses. Definitely go and check them out if you are in town and their shakes are pretty good too.

Service and food is phenomenal! When I ask for my burger rare I get it actually rare! The shakes are delicious as well as all of the other food on the menu. My waitress Chance was very kind and funny! Kailie is also another lovely waitress I had last time I came. They both got my order right and I got it within a good time frame. Great local burger joint with friendly staff and fun decor. Stopped in for a work lunch one day and was hooked. Lots of unique options (meat of the day) and classics as well. Homemade chips, fries, sweet potato fries are all great sides to complement the great burgers. Haven't gained the courage to try the alligator burger yet, but I've heard it's good! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience for our first time. Ordered the Bison burgers, Nachos for an appetizer, shakes, and alcohol. All of it was excellent. The best part was that our server Chance elevated our dining experience to max level. She was knowledgeable on menu items and basically ordered and recommended our meal for us. We will 100% be back for another round!

O M G what a burger!!! The breakfast burger is heaven on a bun. A fried egg, bacon, Black Forest Ham, cheese and hash browns all on a gluten free bun is amazing. Comes with a side of your choice and is just about more than I can eat and I’m a big eater. This is a must if you’re in the area.

Yet another amazing experience here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. This time I was fortunate enough to have Chance as my waitress. She was very professional, knowledgable and had an awesome personality. She recommended the Lei Ya burger and it did not disappoint. Both times that I have been here I have had a memorable experience. If you're in the area stop in and ask for either Chance or Tyler. (This most recent experience is all about Chance lol)

First time there last night and it had a good ambiance for a burger place, the service was pleasant, and the food was good but it was also slow to come out and extremely expensive for a burger place. If the prices were better it would get 5 stars but when it's $43 with tip for 2 people to eat there I expect more for that money. For context both my son and I got an entry level burger and fries and I got a coke and he had a shake. I'm thinking more like $30 is a fair price for that but I will say that at least it was a tasty thick burger so that helped and my sons shake was well made up and tasted good too. Def worth a try so you can judge for yourself at least you can be confident knowing the food will be good which is more then I can say for some other places in the area.

3rd visit. They have different meat options each day; boar, Elk, angus and such. Yesterday was venison. I had the Breakfast Burger: Venison, fried egg, sharp cheddar, hash browns with a side of tater tots. To drink, their Mudslide spiked shake. They never disappoint! Delicious food. Great atmosphere. Found this place online. Decided to go based upon menu options. Got there and requested an item off of the menu seen online... waitress said no problem but THEN proceeded to complain VERY loudly to the manager behind the bar about people ordering stuff that they'd seen online. My hot ham and brie wasn't hot... my cheese had BARELY melted and my sweet potato fries were mushy. When it came time to pay the bill, my sandwich was more than the price quoted online because it wasn't in the system anymore and she'd just picked a sandwich to charge for. Again, she had an unprofessional and loud conversation with the manager who decides that he'll bring the adjusted bill to the table. Upon mentioning that the waitress was unprofessional in her conversation choices and locations, he informed me that he didn't know what I was referring to. The fact that he lied to my face got one star deducted, the unprofessional waitress lost another and the only reason they got 3 stars is because my son LOVED his breakfast burger. No worries about my money being spent there in the future, even though that means I'll miss out on trying a gator or elk burger. It would've been SO easy to say I'm sorry, we can't make anything that's NOT on the on-site menu... her top would've been better, too.

We have been here several times and absolutely loved it. This became my son-in-law's favorite place to go. He requested this for his birthday so we went yesterday. We can definitely tell things are different. The food was not even close to being as good The nachos (are very favorite) were nothing like before. Very little toppings, and smaller portion. I always see this place when I go to the Starbucks or Poke Bros and finally plunged in. I was so glad I did because the food here is awesome! We were greeted and seated immediately. From the outside it looks like it would be tiny inside but it's not. The beach decor suits it and it is also pretty clean. Our server was prompt/courteous and we spent minimal time waiting on beer refills and food.

The menu is busy and confusing especially when it comes to the burger of the day. The servers never tell you what the specials are, you're left to decipher the blackboard. The burgers are pretty good, sweet potato fries are very good but... Caribbean jerk chicken wings were covered in some kind of powder. Maybe it's me but, I didn't know that a "sauce" was a powder.

Came in and Tom Petty was playing on the radio so needless to say that set the mood. Ordered the bacon black and blue. Burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were a thick steak fry with a good amount of seasoning. The house-made mustard was excellent. Great service to boot. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Perfect cook on the patty, fresh juicy tomato and perfect choice in lettuce. Mine was the Bacon x 3 and my wife had the Classic. Add to that perfectly crispy tots and it was a knockout. I almost forgot to mention their fried pickles were perfect. They used a super thin house made pickle chips with a light coating of batter. Each one was crisp and perfectly sour. Not bad for an accidental find on vacation.

I ordered the famous fried pickles and a bacon black and blue burger. The fried pickles say "lightly breaded" but the pickles were so lightly breaded they might as well have been dipped in hot oil and put in the basket. They were flimsy. Apparently they're "famous" by their title though. The burger was cooked right how I liked it, but for a 13 dollar burger, it was small, and lacking in everything. A few (3) slim small rings of sweet onion, 2 small strips of bacon, and a dusting of blue cheese is all you'll get on it. The burger had no real flavor... I tasted the bacon more than anything... a bite of blue cheese in the middle and that's it. The bun was generic out-of-a-bag bun. Wayyyy over priced in my mind. Wouldnt eat here again.

Billy's Burger is hands down one of the best burger spots in North Charleston they have a rotating menu of venison bison locally-sourced beef ostrich wild boar and other wild game options. they are also one of the very few burger places in North Charleston that offer a lettuce wrap option. Service is very attentive while we were there. And the restaurant was clean all times I have visited.

What a hidden gem! Great food, great service, and most importantly locally raised, antibiotic free (etc) beef. But, if beefs not your thing, they also have amazing black bean burgers, as well as turkey and chicken. We loved the gluten free options too! Kids love the way the fries are served in mini fryer baskets. All in all a great experience and we will be back!

The worse service ever. First time visiting this place with my bf. Hostess was sweet and sat us promptly. The restaurant was not crowded and actually appeared to have more staff then needed at that time. We sat there for 14 minutes and not one person asked us if we wanted water or even asked if we were helped. There were a few times the “waitresses” looked at us and still failed to acknowledge our presence. I emailed the business and got no response back (shocker). It’s unfortunate because I had such high hopes and was really looking forward to enjoying a burger over the 4th of July weekend. Don’t walk....run from this place.

Waiter was a bit short tempered it seemed but otherwise had a good experience. I had the chicken burger which was absolutely delicious as well as their fries! There is so many toppings you can get on your buger which is really cool. You can also chose a lettuce "bun" instead of bread which is nice for those on a diet or just don't want bread. Two other people I was with had the Elk burgers and really enjoyed them. Would highly recommended this place!

I traveled to North Charleston for work and on my last day I decided to go. My server was a little slower seeing what I needed but after that she was on point. It was my first time there so I needed a little help in deciding. She helped me decide on my meal and her suggestion was excellent. They are very good at what they do. They are an unabashed burger place, but they raise burger making to the level of an art. Of course they have a page of different ways to get your burger, but there's a list of what goes into your burger - veggie, turkey, buffalo, deer, elk, etc. On top of that, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. Well worth trying.

Decided to try the new, locally owned Burger place off of Tanger Outlet Drive. The burgers were huge and very tasty. The new owners were friendly and thanked us for coming in. We're from the Chicago area and we travel quite a bit the bar is set pretty high on burger joints. Big Billy's did pretty well. Their regular beef burger.. The patty itself was done as ordered and juicy. They have several interesting burger topping combinations with the interesting names to go with. They also have a design it yourself section with all the toppings you could want to mix and match as you desire. You can even lettuce wrap your choices. Several sides to pick from, fries were only so so, house chips were ok too. Lime corn on the cob, was both unusual and very tasty. Overall we'd go back if we were in the area again. Server was very nice and attentive.

Amazing. I showed up on a Sunday as I was told this place offers alligator burgers. Alas it's only served on Tuesday. I ordered the elk burger and was very impressed. The server was very attentive to my order. He even noticed I didnt want tomatoes on my salad and asked if I wanted them on my burger. Great service, great salad and burger. Impressive staff! They seem to really care about customer service. It was a super busy night and everyone was pulling double or triple duties. The dishwasher helped bus tables, the manager served and took orders, etc. Even though everyone was very busy, they were still friendly and cheerful, and tried to make sure everyone was happy. The bartender still took time to joke and chat when she had a free moment. The quality of the food didn't suffer at all. Highly recommend!

I had the chef's special of the Southwest burger with pepperjack cheese, green chili pepper, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle mayo. It came out medium rare as I asked. It was awesome! After I annihilated it and the tater tots, I was too full for a milk shake. I want to come back here!
