The best Italian on the Grand Strand. The menu changes daily, but you can still order any standard Italian dish. The food is always fresh and the service is outstanding. Apps tonight were stuffed sausage banana peppers and a spinach salad with strawberries, candied pecans, feta, and a balsamic drizzle ---one of the best salads I have ever eaten! The garlic bread is worth the extra charge, too. Our table's entrees included stuffed pasta, shrimp, veal and sausage, and salmon. Everyone had a fantastic meal and most left with dinner for the next day. Be sure to make reservations in advance because this restaurant is always busy.

My family and I ate there for the first time last night. There were six of us including my picky 6 year old and my 10 year old daughter. The food was very good, and the service was amazing. Our server Olya was on top of everything while working 2 or 3 other tables. She was super sweet and never forgot anything we asked for. We never went too long without someone checking on us. I am not a big Italian food person, but I tried a little bit of everyone's food and everything was delicious. We ordered the swordfish, the baked stuffed shells, lobster ravioli, mussels, meatballs (my son), and eggplant Parmisan. We also got desserts but honestly I was so stuffed by that point I did not try everyone's. I could barely eat mine. I had the lemoncello cake and it was pretty tasty. The restaurant highlighted the coffee and dessert per Google, and I have to say the Espresso I had was the best I've ever had. On a side note they have really great bread too! We had both the garlic and plain and it was just perfect. It was expensive but we were very pleased with the experience and will delicately go back before the end of our vacation.

Authentic, authentic, authentic! What a great gem of a place in the Myrtle Beach area. Order off the menu that changes daily or ask the chef to cook something custom (I did) within reason and with ingredients they have. Family friendly with a great kids menu but also suitable for a date night. Good wine list. The mussels in white wine sauce were superb and my custom "shrimp parmigiana" was excellent. Tiramisu was scrumptious!

We have passed by this place for ten years and thought it was a little hole-in-the-wall Italian place, a basic spaghetti and pizza spot. We were wrong. We stumbled in tonight. First we were blown away by the prices (high) but then we were blown away by the quality of the food (also high). Well worth the trip and we'll be back. Just delicious. Great service. Did I mention the food was delicious? Best marinara EVER. Great lasagna, great ravioli, great bread. Go. But a word of advice: Make a reservation. We were lucky to get a place to sit. During the main part of the season it's probably impossible.

I had the Calamari as an appetizer....it was cooked perfectly! The salad was small, but delicious with the best blue cheese dressing I have ever had (they make it in house). Main course was the Clams in white wine sauce that was cooked to perfection. I normally like my linguine cooked a little more, but I believe the way the chef cooked it actually added to the flavor. The waitstaff was very attentive, but not overbearing. OUTSTANDING!

This place is a Hidden Gem, I've seen it there for many years, but they have such odd hours that I have thought them to be shut down, their parking is mostly behind the restaurant. So don't be fooled if you don't see cars out front. Amazing Italian Cuisine made fresh, with special dishes on the menu, the menu changes quite often, but they'll make you standard Italian fare if they have the ingredients. Best Italian food I've had outside of Italy.

Is not cheap, but it was just delicious. Stopped by on our way to a gig on N Myrtle beach and had their oysters, veal, and lasagna. All their ingredients were incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. Small venue, with authentic look and feel. Also, Loved their fresh/cold wine room.

I ordered gnocchi with a vodka cream sauce which was good. Grandgirl got spaghetti with meat sauce which was hearty and a decent sized kids portion. Hubby had the lasagna which he said was delish, but the portion size was so small, he left a little peckish. Needless to say, he was snacking as soon as we got home. For the money, he was understandably disappointed.

This restaurant is extremely welcoming. From the Gentleman who greeted us at the door to the wait staff, everyone made us feel welcome. That’s not always the case in a resort town, but they do a good job of it here. Their menu is small and variable, which to me is a treat as the kitchen staff gets a chance to perfect a few dishes for diners. Our waitress was quick to let us know that the kitchen could also prepare some standards that aren’t on the menu, but everyone found something to their liking on the menu. The prices are higher than what you would see at a chain, but very reasonable considering the quality of the meal. My grilled pork chop was very tasty with a tomato and olive sauce on it that worked very well. I got a chance to try the entrees from others in my party. All were very good if not excellent. Some highlights: their meat sauce was terrific as well as their Italian sausage. Two in our party got Snapper piccata and that was so good that I'll definitely get it if they have it next time we come. All meats and fish were cooked perfectly. Garlic bread is a slight upcharge, but well worth it. The only criticism I can come up with is that their house salad dressing tasted like it was only mid-level olive oil. I didn’t get a hint of vinegar or any herbs in it. Other than that, this is a place that can become a favorite after one meal. Well done!

We went there last month on vacation. I got linguine with clams which was good, but the server spilled the sauce on my leg when putting the plate on the table. She rudely told me that “it’s just white wine it comes out of my clothes.” She clearly didn’t tell a manager because no one came over. Everything was fully billed even the extra garlic bread. Good food TERRIBLE service.

Always great food and service. Happily made two dishes not on the menu. All three dinners were very good, very fresh. Mussels and linguini, sausage and potatoes with peppers, and lasagna with a side of homemade sausage. A canoli and a tiramisu for dessert. Both delicious. My Italian mother on law is always happy. On 5/30 my family and I went for diner and as usual the atmosphere was great, you couldn't ask for better server although I was really surprised with the food, the only way that I can describe it is terrible not what my family and I ever expected from Benny Rappa.

Eh, this place is okay for a quick bite. The exterior of the building is fun with its bottle of wine walls and the interior is cozy and dimly lit. When it comes to the food.. the portion size of entrees was smaller than average and the food was served way to quick to be prepared fresh when we placed our order. With a resturant like this I want to take my time, enjoy the atmosphere, my company and my food. In final, the staff and atmosphere were great and the food was okay.

What a beautiful dinning experience. Anthony was our waiter. Very knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. I was wanting linguine and clams which was not on the menu, he went to the chef to see if that could be prepared, he came back and said the chef would prepare that dish for me. Delizioso!!!!
