They have the same ol' burgers you can get at any upscale burger place. They just cost more here. Granted they're all half pounders I think but the menu is really limited in choices and I didn't see a lot of imagination.

Horrible experience!! Took my family to Bad Daddy Burger for a Birthday dinner. The restaurant was not busy at all. We placed our order. After waiting 35 minutes, we asked our waitress for status on the food. She tells us it will be right out. 5 minutes later the manager comes out and tells us that the order was "bumped" accidentally. He apologized and offered to take comp 50% of the meal, which was a nice offer. The food then takes the normal prep time. The order comes out and half the order was wrong. Burger toppings were wrong. Sides were wrong.

We've ate here three times in the past two months and the food is fantastic! You can customize your burgers down to the cheese, bun, toppings and type of meat and they can prepare it keto or low carb as well. I would also highly recommend the fried pickles!

Bad Daddys is one of my go to places to get a good burger in Greenville. They have many specialty burgers on the menu and it you happen to be looking for something different than any of those you can build your own with massive list of ingredients condiments, cheeses and other toppings. I also love their tots. Definitely recommend

This place struck close to home. The burgers are great. The additions are all creative, but things like fried bacon sound better in theory than they are in practice (the breading drowns out the bacon). However, their chili and fried deviled eggs are on point. I fed my family of five for $75. Good price, good quality. One of the better burger places in the upstate.

My family hasn't eaten here quite a bit. And we've always had excellent service! Today however it wasn't. This was absolutely the worst. I work in the food industry I get it. But not this. Our beer never came, our app arrived before we even ordered. The across from us drinks were never refilled. The manager was polite and handled it. The beer selection has gone downhill. We will not be returning!

First time visiting. My order was wrong. My husband's order was wrong. Our check was wrong. It very well could have been a fluke, but first impressions hit hard. Food was good once it was fixed. It's a bit of a trek for us to get here and neither my husband nor myself are in a rush to pay another visit.

I went here to eat for lunch yesterday on 4/1. I want to start off by saying the staff was super friendly and the facility is clean and nice. We ate inside for my friends birthday and I ordered the Pittsburger with garlic parm fries and got myself a milkshake and my son a milkshake. The milkshakes are delicious and the fries where amazing but the burger I ordered had the wax paper still left in it! So I politely asked for a new burger to be made cause when you pulled on the wax slice all the cheese and toppings came off with the burger. I had to get it to go this time cause my daughter needed to be picked up from school. I rewarmed my burger at home and once again the wax paper is still on the burger! I totally understand the first mistake but the second is totally not excusable! I still haven’t gotten to try a bad daddy’s burger lol but totally unsure if I should go back due to the food not being cooked right and paper being left in the burgers.

Awesome food, great service. If you're nice to your waitresses/waiters it makes for them as well as yourself to have a great experience. Could not help but notice how some customers treated the employees, and to no fault of the employees. Some people unfortunately no matter what you do they just can't be satisfied. I know This happens at any restaurant. I have experienced rude waitresses/waiters before I know you're not to bring your personal life into the workplace but sometimes it does happen. So be mindful that the employee may have something going on. However their are those who do not want to be at work F.Y.I. find another job!!! but this is not that place. Really enjoyed ourselves. The food was good. You could build your own salad or burger. There were lots of options. The milkshakes were delicious and seemed to be generally lower in calories than most. My younger sister ordered a snicker type shake, and it was about 550 calories which is much less than most milkshakes of the same size (about 800 calories). We think the milkshakes have more real milk in them because my sister felt sick ( she has slight problems with cows milk). The salad I ordered was good, but the grilled chicken was a little too spicy for me. I probably should have ordered a burger, but it looked like each extra topping was a dollar extra. The small salad was bigger than a McDonald's salad

Just went back for the first time in about a year and it wasn't any better. My medium well burger came on a plate full of blood and a raw center. Kids food looked bad and was barely touched (one ordered sliders and the other chicken fingers). Fries were the best thing we had and they were quite good.

First couple times I went to a Bad Daddy's I would have given it a 4 as better than average but not a real wow experience, but either this location or just this visit were different... the stars aligned and I would be more than happy with the meal I had here every time I am having a craving for a great burger! The food and atmosphere was good. But we had the most unenthusiastic waiter on the planet. He truly couldn't have cared less about us. Just an overall unpleasant person. They forgot my fork with my salad, I just let him know that I didnt have any silverware. I've worked in restaurants before, so I understand having had nasty customers so I tried to be polite as can be. He slouched away sighing, got my silverware, put it down without a word, and walked away.

For starters, this was our first time eating here, and we had an awesome waitress. Some of the reviews mentioned order accuracy and I'd say for us that was an issue. We ordered a side of wings, split with thai chili and regular. The order came out all regular. Sent it back and they corrected. My wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce, tomatoes or onions. Well it came out with all of that. Had to send it back. Food was really good, milkshakes were delicious and Kaitlyn, our waitress, was amazing, helpful and professional. Other than that we really enjoyed the place.

We eat at Bad Daddy’s about once a month. Last night we went early and there was already a wait even though there were 9 empty tables. The “hostess” told me that they could not seat more people because it would overload the kitchen. We stood there for about 10 minutes and saw the kitchen manager come out and chewed the hostess out for making people wait when so many tables were open. We were seated about five minutes later and ordered promptly. Our server was wonderful. She got our food out quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. However, we felt like the quality and taste of the food was less than desirable. It seems to have gone downhill lately. That is a shame!

The waiter was ok but the food was less than satisfactory. The black bean burger was the WORST I've ever had,more like silly puddy, hubby had buffalo burger he said it was disappointing as well. We will definitely not be going back. Now I know why the place was totally empty. My first experience at Bad Daddy's was just BAD!

My favorite place for burgers, hands down. I make the trip from Asheville just so I can come here. The bad daddy's sauce is the best sauce I've ever had. The burgers are fantastic, and everything about this place just works so well together. This is is absolutely something you should experience while you're in Greenville.

Terrible experience... My family came into town to visit and we thought this would be a great place for everyone to enjoy. It however was not... Service was not good, was left for a while before we were able to place order and it wasn’t even that busy!! Excited about our food choices still, we decided to stay (we were considering going somewhere else due to the wait) There were so many people just walking around and not helping our poor waitress. The food came out, not cooked right for our burger temps, and the chips we ordered were practically burnt. They were nice about replacing them, and we didn’t want to be “those people” to say anything about the other food not being right. (and we were starving) It was just awkward how bad it was. The new chips came out and there was a whole HALF of a potato in the basket (as I pictured).. Still weren’t good and everything was greasy and not great quality. Way too pricey for the quality, and we will NOT be back again.

We also were very confused about the menu items! Besides when we first got to Biad Daddy's Burger bar the menu was just tossed at us. We didn't even get a thank you and have a great day! I'm leaving a 1 star because my husband and I sat on their patio and froze. We had been out in the rain at a soccer game and were looking forward to grabbing some burgers and warming up in their dining room. Instead the host, a young black gentleman, sat us in the open air patio (without even asking us first, if we were okay sitting outside). It was cool and rainy out, so I don't know why he would do that. Anyway it was hard to enjoy the experience when you are cold, wet and uncomfortable..

Last time I went burgers were all overcooked. Child's burger was inedible, sent it back and got another overcooked burger. I'm not talking medium well I'm talking well done burnt black in places. I understand some places don't want to undercook beef however I don't mind a medium well burger but these were burnt. Very disappointing will not return. Would not recommend unless you like your burger expensive and crispy.

I went here for the first time with my husband last night. We had heard great things about this restaurant and we love a good burger. Traffic wasn't bad for a restaurant located on Woodruff Rd but we did go after dinner rush, however, there is a couple stop lights getting you in to the shopping center Bad Daddy's is located. There are multiple TVs to watch sports on as well as patio seating which is absolutely lovely. Our service was a little slow but we were pretty sure it was because it was after the dinner rush. The food was fabulous once it arrives to our table so that totally made up for having to wait. They also have a good variety of beer on tap. We weren't disappointed and plan to return at a later date.

What a great place. We didn't have high hopes but I had a free app. First night we showed up at 9:30 PM and they close at 10 pm. Our flight just got in. We arrived as quickly as possible. sat at the bar. Ordered a beer and my app. Someone messed up the app I ordered so it was not available. Had to order the pickles. Good, but not what I wanted. He had the bad a** burger which was pretty good. The fried and battered bacon was not our favorite. Too much breading. But still good. The bartender was kind and had the manager come over and she comped our pickles. Super sweet. Thanks! Went back two days later for the app I wanted. It was delicious bacon queso, oh my! SO GOOD! He had the philly which he said was fantastic. Staff and bartender great. Clean place and we would return in a heartbeat. Outdoor seating available.

Well I’ll tell you what’s bad about Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, it’s service and order accuracy. If I’m going to pay good money for a burger like you do here I expect an awesome burger and awesome service. First problem was service. I got my drink which was supposed to be a regular coke and instead it was a Diet Coke. I tasted it and you know it when you take a sip and you taste Diet Coke instead of regular Coke. I even had my wife taste it to be sure I wasn’t off and she confirmed it. This shouldn’t have been a big deal, in most places they’d take your drink back and give you a fresh one. Here it was a huge argument with the waitress telling me I was wrong and insisting that I had regular Coke. She was even going to leave my drink there at the table and not take it back till I insisted. She then tried to tell me that they were ‘changing the syrup’ as if the Coke was out. I know the difference between carbonated water and coke as well but never acknowledged that I may have been right. Then there was order accuracy. When you have to fill out a form to say exactly what you want on your burger and for my wife, her salad, you’d think it would come out right? In this case, no. I got tomato on mine and my wife got some kind of spicy dressing when she was supposed to get balsamic vinaigrette. So needless to say we won’t be going back here.

I hate leaving this review because I used to love this location. It had great food and great service, however my past couple times going my burger has been cooked wrong, the food isn't as good quality wise and the service hasn't been great. My visit tonight, our waitress was non existent and our food took forever with no updates or apology after us waiting for almost an hour and a half. A table behind us ordered and had finished eating in the time it took for us to get our food. I hate it because I love Bad Daddys, if you are thinking about going, go to the one on Augusta Rd.

The service is horrible! Took 11 minutes just to get 2 teas brought to the table. Had to ask twice for a refill before getting it. Had to ask the waitress for napkins. Waited over 25 min for food. We came all the way from Hendersonville NC to eat here. This is our experience.... The first time we came here service and food were great. The second time we came was a disaster. It started with the waitress. She took our drink order and about 10 minutes later we finally got our drinks. She walks off to go sit down at a table with a bunch of co-workers. About 15 minutes later she finally comes back to take our order. We ordered appetizers and they came out within a decent amount of time but we couldn't eat them due to lack of silverware and no waitress to be found to ask for some. Finally we were able to catch a waitress that wasn't ours and she brought us two out of the three silverware needed. So we dive into the appetizers while sharing a fork with my son. The lightly fried deviled eggs were rubber which were very good the first time but not so much this time. When the waitress finally came back around we finally got the silverware we needed. Then put in another order for drinks which never came. Little did she know we could see she was sitting at another table with what appeared to be her boyfriend. She then realized she forgot to put in the drink order and blamed the bar for being "backed up". Again she didn't realize we were sitting one table away from the bar and could clearly see that they were not backed up. (Do bars even get backed up?!) Finally our food came 45 minutes after we ordered. Brought by someone other than our waitress. My bun was soggy on the bottom and my burger was cold. My husband's burger was not what he ordered and he didn't order anything off menu, it should have come out right. My son's tater tots were cold. After still not getting our drinks and finally telling the waitress what was wrong we paid for what we ate and left never to return again. The difference between this time and last was night and day. I don't know what happened. I do, however, feel sorry for the good wait staff and cooks that have to pick up all the slack or stand a chance of being sabotaged buy poor, lazy servers. What a shame.

Service was horrible!!!!! The only time we saw our waiter was when we gave him the check and to order our food. We had to get up out of our booth and ask him for our check. Our waiter’s coworkers has to bring out our food for us, refill our drinks, bring condiments. We had to ask for utensils even though our food was already brought out. We had to wait about an hour for 4 burgers cooked medium and a salad. There were only about 5 filled tables in the whole restaurant so there was no reason for the poor service. The only reason why I gave this restaurant 2 starts was for the ok food. I do not recommend visiting this restaurant. What a shame.

I truly enjoyed my visit as I was able to get my lunch entree free for my birthday. I was happy to see that they had the Maui Tuna burger. My only problem was the Asian slaw that's supposed to go on the burger but was open faced and dry. I wasn't expecting to get the sauce on the side and having to put it on the slaw because the slaw mix was very dry and they only give you one small cup. I think they should have 2 versions..... One already mixed and one where people can ask for the sauce on the side. I had the sweet potato fries which were delicious. I will go again.

Great burgers with choice of several types of meat. Topping selection is great as well. Extra money for select toppings. Added a premium topping but I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. Barely a tablespoon of onions should not cost a buck. Two tablespoons maybe worth the price. Service was good. Restrooms were clean.

Very nice selection of burgers. I particularly enjoy their Buffalo burger. There is a huge selection of toppings for your protein for every palate. Great salads, always crisp and fresh. Perfectly cooked fries. The service is consistently bad. The atmosphere is loud and cramped. I can overlook these shortcomings as the food is good, but don't eat here if you desire to have a meaningful conversation; loud music and terrible acoustics make it difficult.

The service here was a lot slower than we're used to. It took almost an hour after we were sat to get two burgers. A manager was nice enough to comp our burgers, but we never saw said manager. Updated to four stars because they reached out and actually seem concerned about their guest experience.

Build your own burger is the best thing ever. Everything tasted great. If you dont like spicy stuff get their nachos with no jalapenos. Drinks are great. And the Bad Daddys Sauce keeps you getting more and more. Evenn their salads are good. You can build your own giant salad.

I've been here several times prior with nothing but rave reviews, the food is great. Service was great, my issue is with the quality of the food in this particular instance. I ordered the create your own burger with local grass fed beef. This is a $2 surcharge in addition to creating the burger. The burger was cooked well done as i requested. After getting a few bites into the burger i bit into a chunk of BONE. It had no give to it, and actually chipped a tooth. I immediately spit the bone out and didn't eat any more of my meal. The manager, who was super kind, came over and took the plate away and said she wanted to check to make sure the meat wasn't bad. After she came back she said "the meat all comes from a processing facility in a big bin, we just form the patties. I saw what you bit into. It was a normal part of the meat that didn't get ground up and wasn't cooked right, but you're fine." She offered me anything on the menu I wanted, which I declined, and gave me a free meal upon my return. I have several problems with this. First, I know i bit down on a fairly large piece of bone. This has cracked and chipped a tooth, which is now extremely sensitive which i will need future dental work on. Second, I would like to know why she couldn't even tell me descriptively what I bit in to, and why we tried to cover what it was by saying it wasn't cooked properly.. The burger was well done through and through. I don't think this issue should have been brushed off so easily, and for that experience I will leave a rating of two stars. I am more upset that I have to find a new place that compares to Bad Daddy's for whenever I want a burger to be quite honest. The food was great, but I doubt I will be back.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I found a 7 inch hair deep fried into my mozzarella burger. As if by some twist of fate, like the universe was trying to play a joke on me- Im a hair stylist! and Usually if I worked all day and then find a hair in my food - (which doesn’t happen much) I just think the hair comes off of me. But In this scenario that’s not even possible because this hair was literally deep fried into my burger. Like I tried pulling it out of my burger and it wouldn’t budge. Sad :( they didn’t do much. Just offered to take it off so I wouldn’t have to pay for it. Obviously. It also took us 25 minutes to get our drinks. I had to sit and watch my boyfriend eat his food (which he didn’t enjoy) and then we left and went to Carolina ale house where i got food that didn’t have a hair deep fried into it

I really enjoy going to this joint. It's atmosphere is great, usually always busy. The food is fantastic. I had a pittsburger last time which was bigger than my head and the shakes are filled with goodies. It's a little pricey but the quality of the product is outstanding.

When this placed first opened we had great service and food years ago. It’s been slowly getting worse and worse over time. My experience today was ordering slider burgers and a bowl of chili. The chili came out COLD and half the onions on the sliders were the same. This was at about 11am with few customers in the restaurant. Our waitress was nice and did take the chili off of the bill but that is hardly the point. The management is severely lacking at this place. Never at ANY restaurant should you receive food in this condition. In a situation like this I would expect the manager to be all over this and putting the kitchen staff in check and following up with me however none of this happened. In addition at least the men’s bathroom was disgusting as it usually is there. One of the restaurant staff members was actually blowing his nose into the sink while I was in there. Again this was around 11am so there is no excuse for a filthy bathroom when it is so close to opening time let alone EVER. I hope that this review helps to make a difference at this restaurant in the future and spark some change.

For starters if i could give zero stars, I would! Went out with friends for dinner on Thursday July 25. My Fiancé and I picked this place because we knew they had great food and our friends had never been there before. We got to the restaurant around 6:30. They weren't busy. Immediately got sat. Our waitress came over and didn't introduce herself and in a rude tone said "what you want to drink." We ordered our normal drinks and our friend who had never been there asked for a drink menu. The waitress said we don't have one and kinda laughed. So we assumed maybe she was joking. Then grabbed the hostess and went to the kitchen to get our drinks. Mind you they have like a open kitchen area so you can kinda see back there and hear. ( when we go out i am a very observant person) we could see and hear them cutting up. Then we they came back to the table and sat our waters down our waitress looked at the hostess and said "see what I mean" At that point I looked at her and said we've been here before so we know there's a drink menu and she said no we don't have one and walked off. We watched her walk to another waitress, point at us and throw her hand up in a waving motion "like im not dealing with them". So this other girl walks over and says so I hear you are ready to order. At that point I am a little annoyed. And I was like oh so she's just gonna pass us off like that, thats fine. I asked, do you have a drink menu. And she said "Not at the moment,we normally do, but its being updated because some things on it are wrong." I said Ok, why couldn't the other waitress just explain that and it would've been fine." She was like I'll give you a few more minutes. At that point we were annoyed and our first waitress was just standing at the bar, looking at us. So we got up and walked out. We have never been treated that way there, the food is always great, the customer service is normally great ( and our second waitress was nice, this wasn't her fault, since we got pushed off on her) but I honestly don't think we will return at this point.

We took our dog out on the pet friendly patio for dinner. It was in the 40s outside so they had it nicely sealed and heated in there. As soon as the employees saw our dog, they greeted him with such kindness. The owner even brought him a plate of bacon. The food and service was excellent. We will be going back and we will take our dog too!!

Their burgers are very filling and they have a good variety. I've been here probably around 10 times and had yet to be disappointed. Last time I went I was told there was new management so they no longer do half tater tots and fries which was my first disappointment. Are they really hurting enough to not do something they used to promote?

I got my food to go and it was a 20 minute drive back to my place. I was afraid the tator tots would've been terrible by then but they were not! The Texas toast for my sandwich was a little tough though.

the place itself is great. atmosphere is attractive to many different age groups and type of people. small bar section with tvs throughout the place. menu itself is attractive as well with plenty of burger / sandwich options as well as salads and appetizers. beer selection is decent.. the food was average at best... the daddy sauce was great but as for the burgers they were underwhelming. lacked flavor mine was dry with very little more then the patty and bread , even though it was advertised to have plenty of add ons... significantly overpriced for what you recieved... two burgers an appetizer a soda and 2 coronas ran us over 55 dollars...recommend going elsewhere for a burger and beer

Pretty cool atmosphere. The food is good. They get your order right and the kitchen is good about hitting the temp on the meat. Friendly staff, attentive. At the end of the day there's only so much you can do with a burger, but this place is solid on the overall quality.

First time here, came on a recommendation. The service was a tad slow, but the place was packed. The burgers were amazing. I had the smokehouse burger and I would highly recommend it. The chilli was great as well and had a lot of body. My partner had the black bean burger, and liked it as well. The tea was a but too sweet. But all in all, very happy we came.
