If you’re at broadway at the beach looking for a good meal. Don’t come here. Prices are outrageous for the small, low quality serving you get. Female manager is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. While the server we had was extremely friendly, that was about the only good thing about our experience. Don’t waste your time or money.

Like the facility..little wait time (no wonder)...but that's all!!! Would never go back! wait staff not knowledgeable; ordered hummus tray as appetizer and we had to ask abt it as we thought forgotten; wait staff keep apologizing for wait to get food saying kitchen backed up. People at other tables must experienced same as looking around bored. We were only a table of 2 adults and 2 preteen kids. Not a good experience that cost over $100. BEWARE!

I've been to lots of restaurants but this is one of the worst. Service was terrible and my hamburger was burnt. And then they served themail with some chips they must have got from a lays bag. You had to pay extra if you wanted French fries I would have had a better meal at burger King. Will not be back

Many open tables but were seated at a lopsided table with hard metal chairs next to the condiment table. Our waiter was very good but the personal pizza and shrimp tacos were just average. Not in a rush to go back.

Endless variety of local and multi state craft beers and ales myself I enjoyed a flight of ciders. This is not a corner tavern but rather an adventure in in the brewers art. Food is classy bar fare plus.

I wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog .. the service from when first walked in was very rude, we stood there to be seated for 10 mins as they are telling us that the “kitchen is closing in 30 min”. We finally get seated and we wait another 10 mins before we even ask for a server .... (right) we ask every server who walks past us for help ..everyone suddenly doesn’t knows who’s over the section we’re sitting in . To make a long story short , we finally get someone to serve us , food taste like they dropped the chicken straight from the freezer.. absolutely no seasoning.. my sister ordered bacon cheese burger.... THE BACON WAS RAW .. the fries were extremely cold . We tell the server .. his response was.. “Ook I’ll just take it off the bill” mind you , it was his first day, and his section was outside... we were inside .

Mediocre. We had a party of 12. Service was great. Food was average and some meals less than average. One Pizza was cold. Peach cobbler was served frozen rather than heated up. Pretzels were great! Calamari was pretty good.

Ordered chicken wings, which says uncut, we didn't know what that meant. But it's a greasy big piece of something, maybe part wing. Really terrible. Most definitely not worth the prices they charge. Sorry, waste of time and money....

I was neither blown away by my visit nor upset that I went. The service was fine and the food was fine. It cost too much for what it is, in my opinion. It's more of a touristy destination. It has a nice atmosphere but since I'm local it just wasn't that special to me.

place was very unique on the inside with the flag made out of bottle on the walls. the food was good as well. they also had my favorite beer on tap(left hand nitro milk stout). the prices were a bit high though but given the location it makes sense. still a very pleasant experience

Really enjoyed my experience. Although our main dishes took some time to come out, it was totally worth the wait. I ordered the white pizza and absolutely loved it. Our appetizers came out right away. I will definitely come back for it because it was so good. Our server was so nice and was always checking in to refill our drinks even though they were pretty busy.

American tap house is upscale with a comfortable ambiance without being stuffy. We visit this place last night and were quickly seated at the community table - which was surprisingly very comfortable. I enjoyed the Warm Brussel Sprout Caesar which was creamy and delicious with creamy garlic Caesar dressing topped with crumbled croutons, and shaved parmesan cheese. Also had the bacon cheese burger, It was amazing! Fantastic spot!

We just moved here a couple months after visiting MB for years. American Tap House has always been our favorite . But recently the service has been awful. Rude staff and today we walked out after waiting 6 minutes at the bar for someone to acknowledge us.

Honestly this was the best brunch I have ever had. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is so welcoming and great with suggestions. Everything is modern, from the food to the atmosphere. I highly recommend the grill salmon with mah potato. One of the most fantastic and unique dishes I've have the pleasure of eating. The service was friendly and good. Definitely earned a 5 star ratings.

Used to love this place until they changed their menu. Now it is just mediocre and the service has declined. They also charge extra if you want to substitute the chips for fries. Never been to a restaurant that charges you extra for simple fries. Will never go back.

This restaurant is so slow... i waited 1 hour for my appetizer and 1 hour for food but then everyone else got their food and was half way done and then my food came and it was so undercooked i dont recomend this restaurant.

Extremely good selection of beer and food is top notch, but its over the top expensive. Spent over $60 for a coupke beers and two burgers with frys. I guess thats a trend at most beach attractions like Broadway, but it shouldnt be considering the amount of traffic they get. Guess you cant have your cake and eat it to.

We were a large group on vacation. Our waitress was friendly but sparce (forgivable). We ordered our food, 2 meals came with chips instead of fries. 2 meals came out as children's instead of adults. When we asked about the size of the meal the server (not waitress) did not know what size she brought us. No silverware at this point either. We asked about the silverware, the children's meals, and the fries. The waitress proclaimed she wasn't the chef. Said she'd bring more tenders and not "charge" us for the fries. We received the fries 10 minutes later and the tenders 35 minutes later. No discount And they slipped in 18% on the bill without calling it gratuity. Very slimmy. I always tip at least 20% even for poor service. I definitely recommend eating elsewhere. This place is poorly managed, and their staff I'll trained

They had a large selection of beers to choose from and plenty of TVs. The bartender said he was new but was very knowledgeable about the beer selection. We were allowed to try to beers before we purchased them. Food was great as well. Highly recommended.

Sat at the bar on my own. The two staff behind the bar were truly awesome. Always kept my glass full and always made sure the food was good. Took me an hour to decide to eat here but I am glad I did. Definitely recommend the soft pretzels if you're looking for a little extra!

Good food. Burgers we're good, price is a little high. Had to pay 2.99 extra to get fries with burger which I thought was a little bit high cause I paid 16 dollars for the burger. Seating was kinda unusual. We were sat right next to another couple and felt like we were almost sitting with them. Not sure we will be back.

We sat down and waited for about 20 minutes and not one server came up to us. The same servers passed by our table, and nobody asked if we were helped already. It wasn't crazy busy. We eventually just left and went to the restaurant next door.

I've only eaten here once so it feels like I'm jumping the gun to give this place five stars already, but my food was just so good! I ordered the grilled seafood platter. It arrived on a little rectangular slab and looked disappointingly small. Decorative, sure, but certainly not enough to satisfy. But looks were deceiving! The shrimp were incredible, the scallops were plump and delicious, and the crab cake...oh my lord, the crab cake. Unbelievably good, topped with some spicy, creamy sauce that blew my mind. The fish was a bit dry but was still tasty, and the mashed potatoes were garnished with baby cilantro, so tiny and tender and just beginning to mature in flavor. All in all, this dish knocked my socks off. And, as it turned out, was more than I could finish! I can't wait to return. As a side note, the interior is utterly cool and they offer a huge assortment of beers if you're into that. I'm a teetotaller, so I'm all about the grub, not the brew.

This restaurant is a very nice looking place. All the food and drinks were sooo good. I ordered the Wisconsin Cheese Curds and the Fish and Chips. I also had a Grilled Seafood Platter which was perfect. Overall the food was splendid, decor was beautiful, and service was TOP class!!

Stay Away!!!! Food was horrible service was mediocre! They forgot items that we ordered to eat. My friend NEVER came. We asked the waitress twice and the food runner once and nothing. Another one of my party had to return their food because it was done incorrectly and it wasn’t returned until we were all finished with our dinner. When I spoke to a manager he was being argumentative with me. In the end my friend never ate dinner because he never received and we got 10% off our bill. I would of rather had great meals and no discounts for sure. Avoid this place for sure!

If you like beer this is the place to go. 4 full pages of craft beer selections. The food was also great and the menu had a lot of different styles and choices. The kids loved their meals as well. Atmosphere was great too with a lot of seating both at the bar and tables. I would go back in a heartbeat, especially for the beer.

This place seemed to have some problems last night. My wife's meal didn't come out until most of us were done with our meals and two other tables of similar size seated well after us got their food before us. Table next to us seemed pretty upset too as a lady was giving our server a piece of her mind. We felt bad for the guy so we didn't complain. All our beer was good, but food was so, so. Two of us had scallop tacos and one fish taco. All said same, too much filling that wasn't seafood. The tortillas were dry and crumbly like maybe they were sitting under warmer too long. Homemade chips and soft pretzels were good. Sister said fish and chips were ok.All three Kids gave the fries an ok rating and I agreed, they were a little soggy and not our favorite kind, they were the seasoned coated fries that kids called grocery store fries. I'd go back for the beer(Belgian white and nut brown is what we had) and try some apps though. Good atmosphere too and good for watching sports.

Good food, good service, good environment. I got pretzel bites as an appetizer and they were delicious. For the main course I got chicken tenders and french fries which was brilliant. The chicken had a nice kick and the french fries cooled it down. Definitely would come again.

Took nearly 3 hours to get everything. Drinks had little if any alcohol in it yet were extremely expensive (martini was juice). Service was extremely slow. Very dissatisfied. The food was good But I feel $70 for a burger, steak and appetizer (no alcohol) was far overpriced. The pimento cheese dip appetizer was good but the "dippables" were pork rinds, pickled okra, celery, carrots and red pepper...not $13 worth. There was a $2 up charge to add fries with the burger making it an $18 bacon cheeseburger...again although good at these prices the food should have been phenomenal.

This is one of my favorite places to go in Myrtle Beach. Service is always good and the beer selection give you so many options that any taste can be met. Food is good, too. Brussel sprout salad with grilled chicken is my favorite. It's in Broadway, so you know it isn't cheap, but it is still a great stop.

A group of friends and I went there for my birthday and I had the steak. It was amazing! The pizzas are really good as well. I love the atmosphere and the variety of beers. Ask for Eric at the bar! Worst restaurant experience of my life. Service was extremely slow. Took an hour to get our food, even the appetizers. The waitress never returned to refill our water & drinks. We had to do it ourselves at the bar. The tater tots were burnt, the salad was terrible, the burger didn't have all the toppings. OVERALL TERRIBLE!! Will NEVER return!!

Had reservations for a party of 12. Seated as we arrived and with only one server, our drinks and food came out quickly and accurately. Great beer selection too! I had just a bacon burger which was slightly overpriced but good. I'd go back for another. Highly recommended.

Service is TERRIBLE. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our lunch on a Tuesday. Asked for the manager after 1 hour. Manager never came over, though another server assured us that he/she would be right over. Our server ignored us after realizing she forgot to put our order in. No steps taken by anyone aware of the situation, including management. Bathroom was dirty and had run out of toilet paper and soap. Very disappointing.

This wasn't our first time dining here, but by far the worst experience. My wife ordered the half rack fall off the bone ribs. They were undercooked and did anything but fall off the bone. I had 2 chicken breasts which were good, but overpriced. Our waitress said she would have liked to know sooner that the ribs were not to our liking. I guess the manager was too busy to stop by and let us know that he was aware of our displeasure. This was our last visit ever.

SLOW SERVICE AGAIN - we arrived at 8:40. Seated quickly and ordered quickly. The food did not come out till 9:35. It should not take this long for a pork belly bbq burger and shrimp taco, with chips. Then waited for server to come back over to get ranch dressing. I like the food, either the wait staff needs to be retrained, the cooks need to step up or management is failing the customers. The service is slow but the food is good.

Great service!! Seated right away and got our food fast. All 4 of us got something different, and we were all more than pleased with our choices!!! Highly, highly recommend the Stir Fry Asian Wedge Salad with shrimp. AMAZING!! My family loved that they could sample the beer. Also great decor!!

Every food item my family ordered was in some stage of either being undercooked or overdone. Flavors seemed off or non existent. Fries were soggy. Beer tasted good, but I’m not sure how you can mess that up. The server forgot a few things we asked her for. Oh, and there are a whole lot of wasps that live out on the patio. The atmosphere is nice at least, but I’d only go to drink and watch a game if at all.

This place was very expressive as you might think being at Broadway. But when you pay such a high price you would expect the Restraunt to be well ran. I always pay attention to how clean bathrooms are just because it tells me how hard they try to make your experience a good one. This place failed that hands down. I would not want to take a son or daughter in these rest rooms. Makes me always wonder what the kitchen looks like??!!

Great service at the bar by Eric! A huge variety of beer, not much of a stout drinker but I liked the Legal Remedy World Court which is a blonde mocha stout. Everything on the menu is delicious but I love the shrimp lettuce wraps, and butter chicken, yum! Will definitely be back!

Told wait would be 30 minutes, 45 minutes later we had to inquire as to when we could be seated. Waiter took our drink order and disappeared for 10 minutes. Then disappeared for 10 minutes. Finally took our dinner orders. 30 minutes later our food was finally delivered, food is a bit of a misnomer. Chicken tenders were so hard they were un-eatable. Ruben was burnt beyond belief. The waiter had the nerve to place it on the table and hesitated to take it back to be replaced. 20 minutes later another Ruben was finally delivered, of course by that time the rest of our group had finished eating. As the last bite of Ruben was consumed, the waiter finally asked if another drink was needed. Received the bill and a 18% tip was included on the bill. Do yourself a favor, go around the corner and buy a $10 bag of popcorn and enjoy. $190 for a meal that was terrible... American Tap House responded they were sorry for my bad experience, and requested I send them my email so they could ask for more details. I have sent my email twice and have not been contacted by them. Again simply POOR customer service.

This place was really good for a first timer in Myrtle Beach! The seafood platter was incredible, Loved absolutely everything here! The service was great. We also got the Butter Chicken and the Lamb Lollipop. The food was amazing. Our server was kind and very attentive. He was clearly busy running around, yet addressed our needs and always wore a smile.

Great place. I was worried because I thought the reviews were off because they were either 5 stars or 3.I took my parents and sister with the kids there and the staff was super friendly with our table seating and explaining everything in the menu. The pasta was great the pizza was yummy too. The chicken dish was amazing and their baked bread made me wish I could get a to-go order just to have it for dinner. Overall, it is a great spot for food, but the staff is really where this place shines. Highly recommended and is my favorite place in this vacation in myrtle Beach.

Walked in, sat down at the bar and was ignored by four bar tenders in front of me for 4-5 mins then one walked behind me and spilled five drinks on myself and another customer. No apology she just dissapeared and still no acknowledgement that i had sat down by anyone. I still decided to stay since i was drenched already, findally got a different bar tender and order food and a beer. Sandwich was cold and seriously lacking, their in house chips were cold and soggy. I have stayed at a hotel near here once a month and this restaurant is the worst that i have been to yet here around the walk.

This was actually ROOSTER'S! Burgers were charbroiled to perfection. However, salad was ROMAINE lettuce (on recall on date of our visit), cucumbers & tomatoes so not very appetizing at all.

Came here with the family, the good was awesome and the service was the same. They let me have a few small samples of beers so I could be happy with my experience. This is a great place to be! 11 large TV's, great music playing and great food. My young kids had the pizza and it was a hit. I will be back again when I am in town.

Second night here with a large group of 16 adults and kids. Food was good but over priced. Vegi medley is fantastic!. 1st night was great experience. Tonight, not so much. Was less busy but yet took 2x longer. Waiter tried but couldn't handle the group. Food order was messed up and a total $30 steak meal was forgotten. Then when they brought it out,the steaks damn near raw. Rush job. Never was able to speak to a manager, just servers who couldn't help. Not once did any manager, supervisor or the like, come out to our group. We dropped some serious $ here and were super nice. Waiter tried but way out of his league. Total unsatisfactory experience. Thankfully, he was able to remove the failed dinner from the bill. $150 w/tip for 4 (& minus a $30 steak) and 2.5 hours. Felt they could care less about us. Total bummer experience!

This is an excellent spot for lunch in Myrtle Beach. I had lunch there yesterday. It was superb in every way. The host was gracious. The food was delicious and presented attractively. The service was unobtrusive and excellent. Absolute delightful experience.

Great space with awesome foods! Make sure to order the Edamame - (Steamed and sprinkled with kosher salt). I have also ordered the Butter Chicken and it is amazing. The best part for me was the Short Rib Sliders! The flavors of the dishes were spot on. Every dish was well executed and focused. I wanted to go back the next day, just to order the more dishes!

There was no wait while other places had an hour or more. We were seated by courteous hostess and waiter was attentive answering questions quickly. This restaurant has a great selection of beers on tap. The Cuban sandwich was delicious.

Went there with my family we ordered a burger, blackened fish tacos, calamari, and fish and chips. Fish and chips were soggy fish had cold fries, tacos had nasty guacamole with soggy cabbage with flacid non seasoned fish with a soggy raw four shell. My calamari was cold on arrival and after I asked for a new one got it and it wasn't all that. Made me nauseous for the rest of the day and feel like I got food poisoned. Really regret taking my family there and spending our hard earned money! Much better places at Broadway at the Beach as we have been here countless time.
