This place has amazing buffet. They have a huge selection- if you eat seafood, just meat or even if you are a vegetarian, this place caters to it all. They have a huge selection food and Is great to fill a huge appetite. They also seem very clean. It is very inexpensive as well.

Passable for lunch but mediocre for dinner. Wanted to try a place our family had never been to so our small 4 person family made the long 45 min drive to this buffet. Location was much smaller than expected. Seating was awkward and felt close since it was not possible for 2 people to walk past each other without side walking. There was only 6-8 other parties on a Friday night. 1. Variety (selection) 3/5 - lots of normal options but nothing unique with the exception of Crab legs. 2. Quality 4/5 - they did a good job keeping the food as fresh as possible. Food def tasted good and the sushi was well prepared. 3. Service 5/5 - nothing to complain. Very attentive and nice. 4. Price 3/5 - for what they offer (or attempt to offer, see below), they are overpriced for dinner. 5. Dining experience 2/5 - we left with a bad taste in our mouth. Crab legs is now a very rare offering in a buffet and we were hoping to get atleast a few pieces but found that the tray was always empty. After an hour into our meal, we finally realized why. As my wife was making her selection, they brought out a very small (maybe under 1lb) pan of crab legs. A man was waiting for them and my wife happened to be there so she waited along with another behind her. To their surprise, the first individual takes the entire lot leaving nothing left. You may think this is a first come first serve ordeal and that it's everyone elses loss (which it is) but hear me out......we witnessed this person (and his table) do this for the next two batches! Leaving nothing for the people behind them and sharing it amongst their own table. It was disgusting behavior. Yes it's not illegal but it doesn't change how inconsiderate and shameless these people are. We essentially paid for an offering we were unable to have due to the greediness of a single party. Shame on them and the buffet for allowing this type of behavior. Not wanting to wait any longer out of embarrassment, we paid and left. This will likely be our first and last trip here. Considering what we paid and the drive there, our money and time is best spent elsewhere. Probably should have just drove up to Boston.

Great selection and fresh made hibachi choices. Make sure you are hungry when you go , there's an overwhelming amount of awesome food to try. They also have old school Tiki Lounge style drinks like the Zombie and Scorpion Bowl. Fun place for couples that dig asian cuisine and fun drinks! My wife and I loved it.

Wasn't expecting much for Chinese Buffett especially for$13-$14..we were shocked by the vast variety of food .especially the seafood. They had all different kinds of shrimp ,bacon wrapped scallops ,mussels, clams on the halfshell etc. Plus your regular type of Chinese food ...will go again...

Food is great but I go there for the snow crab legs and they only put out a few in the buffet to save. Other than that the food is good. I used to go to a Chinese buffet in East Greenwich that had snow crab legs and there was just such an abundance. Unfortunately they relocated and the drive is too far. This place would be my new favorite Chinese place because it's exactly like the Chinese buffet in East Greenwich but they're super cheap on their crab.

The food is always fresh. The Mongolian grill is included and you can create your own dish with fresh ingredients. My fiance loves the fresh sushi. Jessica is a great server and funny too. The only annoying thing is when parents let their kids run around and don't watch them when they are getting their own food.

Worst experience ever! This is our first trip to Newport and never thought we would experience this rudness! We came in, the guy at the register came to us with no smile or welcome, asked us if we were with the tour, we said no and he said come with me and asked us how old is my son with a loud and rude voice and face. I was just shocked and stared at him speechless. Then he raised his voice even louder! I do not recommend this place at all. I would rate 0 if I could! Food is ok!

Great food but slightly misleading. I expected a traditional sushi restaurant that is “all you can eat”. But I was wrong. It is a Chinese food restaurant that serve some sushi. The food was great!

The moment I entered the restaurant I received nothing but direspect, my waitress was extremely rude. It almost seemed as if she was being racist. She watched my friends and I every move. The food was good but I will never go back there all because of the racial discrimination we received. I am truly offended and disgusted.

I don't know what happen to this restaurant but the food was second rate! It taste old, it was barely warm and even the cold pinapples tasted weird in the desert section. The salmon way over done. A hour after I left there I felt sick and still do. I told a friend about this and he said he got sick the last time he was there also. The atmosphere was typical Asian. A lot of staff just sitting around. A couple of waitresses were giggling with each other and the manager in Asian a good amount of the time. I doubt I will return, even though I used to love this place.

This was my all time favorite buffet spot but I just recently went there and something bad happened that made me never want to go there again. It was a day that no body is really over there but only a few people including my family. 1st off, let me just tell you that they are really cheap with their seafood and gave me a bad selection of raw oysters. Which got me to throw up and got me so sick when I got home. After they put the oysters out in the front they told me that I cannot eat a lot and started talking bad about me in Chinese, I know that for sure because I speak their language as well. They just lost a really good loyal customer. Never again will I ever eat there again. They don't even deserve a 1 star!!!!! Such a disappointment....

Great value for the food, but doesn't taste the same. Pro: Great price for the food. Con: Been here several times, but the last time I visited, the food was not at it's usual 5 star level. In conclusion: Chinese buffet at a great price. I'm a bit of a picky eater, but I didn't think it was up to it's usual quality on my last visit. It's 4stars due lack of consistency (in my opinion).

Nice buffet. They have a lot of things to try and a big selection of seafood. Prices are normal for a buffet (8 food, 14 dinner), so is good for friends and family. Desserts are not that good but Ice cream is always a safe choice. Just remembered to not drink that much coke so you can eat more :).

Excellent Food.lots of parking there are in Home Depot parking lot. Staff is OK but some of them don’t understand English. Place is clean it is about four years old. Has lots of seafood. And alcohol. Lot of room for big party. I recommend this place.

Good variety, hot food, clean. Very slow to fill the crab legs, if at all during my visit. You may find 2 skinny crab legs in the serving pan that just sit there and they will not fill up that serving pan unless you ask. Even then, you will wait and wait for the crab legs to find they only half fill the serving pan

Only if you could leave no stars....Food was old looking like it was leftovers from yesterday, cold. The shrimp in a cooked dish still has the poop vein still in it, rotten bananas, etc.. Waitress just dropped the check on. The table as she walked by to scoop up the check and tip on the table behind us.imd you the guest was just still putting on there costs to leave still standing beside there table. The waitresses are like vultures there. I went to the front counter to pay, the same waitress ripped the check out of my hand. My husband left at tip on the table, she had the nerve to say to me, "No change right" I said it's on the table . She responded with " yeah, right". We will never visit there again.....

As others have said, I wasn't expecting much but was very surprised at the flavors and the quality. Calamari was fresh. Fish was delicious. Bacon wrapped shrimp yum. Egg drop soup was perfect. Even the ginger ale tasted good. Will be back , but hopefully not too frequently.

for what it is they are pretty decent. i always go for the flattop grilled to order food. they have noodles, rice, eggs, shrimp, chicken, beef,a bunch of veggies and you can choose your ingredients and ask them to add sauces i usually ask for soy sauce and some chili. the buffet items are ok. good friendly service also.

Delicious fresh food and a awesome buffet. The reason it lost a star is because once the food is out they take a while to fill it for other customers. Seriously though the food is really great and they have a large selection of sushi too. Its very clean and modern. They have a really nice view on one side of the restaurant overlooking the water. Definitely give this a try if your in the area, the price is right.

Can't decide on what to eat? This is the perfect place. Aside from the traditional Asian food on the buffet, there are a few American dishes on the buffet lines. There's also a decent selection of Seafood.

Quite tasty but I'm pretty sure I will be hugging the toilet within the next few hours. Some of it was cold and some things were crunchy that deffinetly were not supposed to be crunchy. Best part was the water. Oh and the lady ran off with the soy sauce and when asked for some she started yelling in Chinese.

Good is basic Chinese buffet, nothing impressive. The staff either acts like you don't exist or they rush you out the door. The only time they turn the lighting bright enough for you to see what is in your plate is when a bus load of people show up. We go cause it's cheap enough and with this many picky eaters in my house , at least we can all find something to eat.

The Mongolian grill was very good, everything fresh and cooked to order. The buffet however, seemed very old. The food was either cold or dry. We did go at 1 in the afternoon during the weekday, so that attributes to the staleness. I would definitely go again for dinner when it’s more crowded.

I am SHOCKED by the food quality AND CHEAP PRICE. I'm coming here again for sure. It beats the closest Olde Country Buffet which has higher prices for food that isn't as good. And it surely beats Batik gardens, a nearby buffet that had terrible quality food. In fact that place was only a minute away and was in financial trouble so when THIS place opened they went out of business. And now I know why - Because this place is a milliin times better! The only complaint I have is the server have a hard time understanding what my drink order was and I couldn't understand her to well. The real issue was she showed annoyance when I asked her to repeat the drink list since it was my first time. Coke products, got it. I would suggest management teach some English - JUST A FEW PHRASES that are needed. Recognize keywords like WHAT DRINK so they can say OUR DRINK OPTIONS ARE. I swear if that happens I'll change my rating to 5-star!

Absolutely awful experience. The waitress was super rude. Took off with my credit card twice and then proceeded to tell me that she automatically took a 15% tip off of my card. ^ When I asked why the bill was more than it should have been, she told me that there was a sign on the door stating it would automatically be taken out with the bill. THERE WAS NO SIGN. BELIEVE ME, ALL SIX OF US TOOK THE TIME TO CHECK. I will never go there for food again based on her actions alone. She was beyond rude and stole my money. She didn't even deserve a tip with the service we were given. I even brought a forgotten phone to their attention from within the bathroom, not even a thank you. The old woman should not be working there as she has no listening skills when coming to billing, her attitude was God awful, and she stole money from me.

I used to love this place, but lately it is trash. They leave the food sitting out for hours, and today I ate a shrimp that literally tasted like an old garbage can. It was disgustingly foul. I think this may be the 1st bad review that I have ever felt the need to post. Do not eat here unless you have great medical coverage.

4 star went to 1 star when my car wouldn't start after eating there and the owner, as he pulled up in his SUV to lock up, straight up said no to giving me a jump, walked inside and locked the door leaving me outside. He actually waited till I left to finish locking up. I have dealt with the BS service before because the food was decent but this made it become a HORRIBLE experience. Lost a customer for life....

N.G. oh it's bad. By far the worst Chinese around. Once a month we go out with my wife's father for dinner before they go to church. This place is across the street, and for some reason he has us meet them there. We cringe every time. I know this place well, the best thing they offer is the ice cream. For the money that is spent there any other place is better. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

So mad and disappointed in my experience tonight. Arrived at 820 and headed to the buffet. It was pretty empty so we grab the few things that were available thinking they don't close for an hour so they must be ready to restock. I attempted to eat a chicken finger and it was rock hard. Tried the lo mean and it was cold. My husband grabbed some sesame chicken and said it was old but edible. I go to the Hibachi portion and get told VERY rudely he's closed, at 835. I then ask about if they are refilling crab Rangoon ,wings or white rice and get told no if you wanted that come earlier? There was a woman who was removing all of the ice cream and dessert items that had a yellow dirty rag in one hand and no gloves it was disgusting. I had to go find my check which FINALLY got the attention of someone who then told me again if I wanted more choices come before 7? Umm why sit us, and a party of 6 that came in at 845 and not tell us hey we're limited choices now because apparently it takes over an hour for a staff of at least 6 people to close down our place. I would have gone somewhere else. $33 for 2 people with 2 sodas and get 10% off and told I should have come earlier umm no you shouldn't sit people an hour before closing and charge full price if you aren't going to offer the same food as someone coming in at 7!

Yeah just went there not impressed not only are the servants rude and don't pay any attention to you the food sucks I swear a 2 year old could make better food I only had 2 plates and ended up throwing up in the bathroom and that's no slight of a lie and 30 min later I still feel sick. Wasn't that great of a buffet majority of the meats were undercooked and really chewy but there was a large selection of rice and noodles as well. The dessert bar is what save the rating a little it was pretty good.
