I absolutely adore this place ! It's one of my rope 5 favorite Vegan Restaurants. The food is always perfectly made. It's super yummy. They're a tad bit pricey, but worth it. Parking is free you just have to find it. General Taos Soy Protein is one of my favorite meals there. I would definitely recommend them.

We were hungry and on the hunt for tasty cuisine. We were surprised by the multiple good choices for the lunch menu. YUMMY in our tummies is best description of General Tso and Vegan orange chicken fo chicken was delish. The pocket friendly prices of meals included miso soup and spring roll. Overall experience was very really Good flavorful dishes for affordable cost.

I'm not actually a veggie person, but thought of giving this a try with my vegetarian friend. The dishes were amazingly delicious. The best dish i had was the malaysian curry stew and i loved the way the soy was cooked. Amazing. Their brown rice pudding was so good too, worth trying. I would definitely go again and would recommend to people who don't like vegetarian much too to try this atleast once.

Service is sometimes hit or miss, however, I can totally overlook that to have a completely vegan Asian-fusion restaurant in Providence. The curry noodle soup is my favorite. Warm, filling, and flavorful. The fried tofu options are really nice, as well. The chocolate cake is quite delicious to finish, assuming you have room! If you’re vegan or vegetarian, Veggie Fun will quickly become your go-to Asian food restaurant in Providence.

Amazing food! It's really nice to see a menu that emphasizes vegetarian options. It's so flavorful, you don't even miss the meat. I had the Orange Seiten and would definitely recommend it. We went for a late lunch. The lunch menu is very affordable. It comes with a tasty miso soup and a spring roll, which was much better than at typical Chinese places. There was hardly anyone there when we went. So it was nice to sit and chat for a bit. The staff didn't hover over us. Next time I go I want to try one of their desserts. The one down side is that it is located downtown so parking is scarce. You will probably need to pay. I would recommend planning your trip so you can walk around the area and visit some of the local sites at the same time.

Excellent food. Will not let you take left over wine with you. I am visiting from Florida and paid $32 for a bottle of wine. They would not let me take what I paid for with me. If this is a law of the state they need to get this changed. This is the only place I have travelled where I have ever faced this and I travel quite a bit. Come on Rhode Island, get up to the other states.

Lovely vegetarian/ vegan food with tons of options. Love going here. Gluten and Seitan dishes are great alternatives to meat options. With this the only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because they added gratitude for our party of 5 in the bill and the waiter complained to us that we didn't gave him a tip. Honestly I would have given him more tip than what they added to the bill. Didn't like this practice of them.

Nice venue, good service, but either we chose the wrong dishes and tea or we're spoiled with our 2 favorite restaurants in MA: My Thai Vegan Café in Boston and Loving Hut in Chandler St. in Worcester both have much more enjoyable food at equal and maybe even better prices. Loved the city though and may give it a second chance next time we visit, hopefully it was just a fluke.

I will say that as a vegetarian it is a wonderful experience being able to go to a restaurant and choose anything off the menu that I can eat. The dinner portions are good sized and generally you'll be taking home leftovers. Most things I've had are very good.

What an amazing restaurant - it’s hard to find such a tranquil atmosphere like this one in the kosher world. The lighting is warm, staff are friendly, and the pan-Asian food is incredible. The lunch specials are priced well for the portions, and give a unique opportunity to try new dishes. It’s a great chance to experience some different kinds of flavors than you might be used to. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for thoughtful, creative, beautiful, and wonderfully tasty vegan food, this is the place for you. The prices are low to mid-range, but the quality (and artistry) of the food is of the highest end. The service is solid and unassuming. This place and is, to say the very least, a hidden gem. It's one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in. I'd rate it 20 stars if I could.

Delicious vegan pan Asian (really south and east Asian) cuisine. Lots of tofu and seitan options. Not sure how much without either. There are amazing donuts for dessert, but they're on the appetizer menu. I'd strongly advise them.

I ordered to go. First when I got into the resturant I had to wait like 20 minutes for them to put in my order. Literally all the workers just kept looking at me while I waited in front of the counter. Secondly it took them another 30-45 minutes for my food to be done. The customer service is terrible.

This place really blew me away. I am by no means a vegetarian but they had plenty of plates that looked amazing to me. The Pad Thia was amazing and the tofu was cooked perfectly. The drink selection was a little lacking but still had all the drinks you would expect to find.

I was overwhelmed with the selection and the taste. It was hard to decide, what I want; too much choices that all sounded amazing. So I was going with two starters and a main dish. And as soon as I had my first bite, I was sure, I will come here over and over again. Actually the plan is, to come here every evening when I am in town. And in addition to this: i like the place, the design and the very and always friendly staff. And even if you are not vegetarian... the tofu and other „meat substitutes“ are soo good, you want miss a thing.

This place is phenomenal. I am not a vegetarian but my wife and son can't have eggs, so ordering from a vegan menu just makes their lives easier. I have tried about 75% of their menu at this point and I've liked almost everything. Service is also great, and a nice, quiet atmosphere. The King Oyster Mushrooms are the best.

Veggie Fun is a vegan restaurant that specializes in Asian cuisine. It is located in downtown Providence, Rhode Island. The place was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered our questions, always with a smile. The grilled eggplant was divine, the Veggie Fun Bowl was just what I needed, very substantial with plenty of greens. Our sons loved their fried rice and summer rolls, all gluten free. We were surprised at how large the servings were. Their flavors reminded me so much of China...I wanted to visit again to try some other items in their menu, but didn't have the time. Highly recommend it.

Their cooks are ninjas, the food comes out promptly. I do wish they'd consider excluding iceberg lettuce from their salad because the orange ginger dressing is amazing and deserving of a better base. The autumn rolls are a must have if you're ordering an appetizer, they're amazing, I order them with sweet and sour sauce. The bbq seitan spare ribs and the general tsao are amazing, their sauces and textures are very authentic. I wouldn't recommend the fried rice or the dessert, unless you were to order the donuts they are decent. Also i feel that they should invest in a water filter.

I visited veggie fun on Friday and is one of the best vegan restaurants I came across providence. They have varieties of different vegan dishes inspired from pan Asian cuisine plus each dish we ordered were delicious. Even my meat- eaters friends were very much happy with the food ,their flavors and various varieties. I recommend this place especially if you are vegetarian. Love the place

Veggie fun is an amazing place to get food. They are vegan but truthfully any one who enjoys pan Asian food or is feeling like having this will enjoy it hands down. All my omni friends I take here want to go back without me suggesting. The noodle curry soup is my favorite or the pan fried veggie dumplings are just hands down great. My SO loves the soy fingers with sweet and sour sauce. The restaurant is cozy and romantic, They have a full bar as well. All in all great place to go and enjoy quality food

Amazing! I am not a vegetarian, let alone vegan, but the food here is simply amazing in every way. I got the seitan spare rib lunch special, and I couldn't believe the flavor. This dish has replaced my love of real bbq spare ribs, and it's so much healthier! I'm so glad I gave this place a shot. Served up hot and fresh, there was literally nothing to complain about with this meal! Totally recommend it. Dont let the fact that its meatless scare you off!

Really enjoy this place. My girlfriend is a vegetarian and is our meeting ground when she wants to go out. I haven't really tried anything I didn't like. Only a couple of things I wouldn't order again. There appetizers are amazing I love there King Oyster mushrooms app and usually get anything that is grilled or bbq.

Hands down, no contest the BEST vegan restaurant in Providence. LOVE the atmosphere...nice location. Great staff. Food is DIVINE!!! Try the Thai iced tea - literally my favorite thing. A bit pricey, BUT, not for the large portions served (lunch menu is smaller portions and smaller prices) This place is top notch!

This restaurant, serves Pan Asian cuisine, and should be on your must visit list when you are in Providence, even if your not vegan, exceptional food to begin an introduction into the vegetarian/vegan experience. I eat here at least once a month and recommend it highly. If you haven't been to Veggie Fun you are truly missing a Fun food experience and why would you do that. This was the highly of my day, now make it yours.

Ahh what to say about Veggie Fun... I absolutely adore this place. I used to be of the mindset that vegan food is bland but I couldn't have been further from the truth! The dishes they have here look wonderful and taste even better! Surprisingly it's never very busy inside but from a customer standpoint that's great because you receive lightning-fast service. The staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs and the menu has quite a large selection. I personally get the Pad Thai every time because it's so good but there are so many other great options also! Whenever I'm looking for a place to eat out at in Providence, Veggie Fun is always my go-to. One visit here and I'm sure they'll be your go-to as well!

I loved the numerous offerings. The ginger ale was delicious and tasted of fresh ginger. The pad Thai was very tasty and cooked nicely. The General Tso at Veggie Fun had just the right amount of heat for me with a chili pepper in the sauce. It came with brown rice and miso soup. Both were very nice. I would go again just to try more options.

Wow! My first bad review for Rhode Island. I'm beginning to think the Asians here don't like people of color. Or maybe some are just rude. . .I should've guessed when I called to ask about parking and was told, "YOU PWARK ON STREET!". . .I barely got waited on. They brought my food & NEVER returned. So I added up the bill, added tax & left NO TIP. Food was bland besides. Too bad for them. Bad service.

I can't wait to order again or actually go to the restaurant. I had the sweet & sour soy protein, they taste like chicken!! I also had the spring rolls - they were PERFECTION..Lastly, I ordered the Mango Iced Green Tea - DELICIOUS!!!!!!! To know all is VEGAN is just impressive.
