I went here almost 3 years ago, and I still remember the experience as one of the best I’ve ever had. At the time, they had a cookie dough soufflé that was the single best dessert I’ve ever had. Cozy atmosphere with impeccable service.

Excellent meal! Out of the 5 fine dining restaurants in Rhode Island that are AAA Diamond-rated, this was my second favorite, ahead of the Spiced Pear (also in Newport), but behind COAST in Watch Hill. Regardless of which of these three aforementioned restaurants you choose, you can't go wrong in terms of a tasting and wine pairing, though the Castle Hill Inn is, by far, the most scenic.

My fiancé and I had dinner here to celebrate our engagement. I suppose it could have been the post-engagement high, or all the champagne, but we had one of the best meals of our lives. The chestnut soufflé was hands-down the most incredible dessert either of us has ever had. The staff went above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Simply divine! The pre fixe menu with paired wine tastings is exquisite. Definitely one of the top three fine dining establishments in Rhode Island. And the best Newport dining without a doubt!

I just had to experience the pineapple coconut dessert for myself! Lovely views from any angle. Valet parking unless you want to walk a ways and uphill. No food by your Adirondack allowed. Attentive and professional staff.
