Best breakfast and lunch around. Service fantastic! This restaurant should have all 5 star reviews. Unsure how anyone could give the cozy grill in Coventry anything less than 5 stars. Decor is cozy and inviting. When in Coventry make sure you visit the cozy grill. AWESOME!!

I grew up here and it was one of the few places our penny pinching family went to eat. I recently went back when visiting my sister's family since moving out of state, and I can say they are still a great family restaurant. Take my review with a grain of salt since I am a bit biased. Lots to choose from on the menu, large portions (8 of us went together). Food was delicious. No complaints all around, and everyone took doggy bags home. Service was excellent, lots of families on a Saturday morning. Pricing was higher than I would have liked, but I am Scrooge McDuck with a dollar, so it's probably in the average/above average pricing range. Worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Dear Jay & Shana, My son and wife took me to my favorite place for fathers day breakfast on Sunday morning, the Cozy Grill Coventry. I certainly don’t need to tell you how busy it was when we arrived. However, I must say, even with the full restaurant, largest staff I’ve ever seen there, and people waiting in line out the door, the breakfast was as good Sunday as it is on any average weekday and the staff was beyond reproach, taking the time to be friendly without missing a step. You two run a fine business and I’m proud to call myself a regular. Yours should be the benchmark for any other person ever considering to open a family restaurant. NICE JOB! John

I eat alot of restaurants but there are only a few I go back to time and time again and the Cozy Grill is one that never disappoints. The staff is always so friendly and they always make you feel like your welcome. The food is great, you honestly can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I wouldn't be doing this restaurant justice if I didn't recommend the Lobster Benedict, absolutely delicious, always fresh & very affordable! Don't just take my word, try it yourself you won't be disappointed!

This is a nice, comfortable place to get breakfast on a Sunday morning. The environment is warming and homely. It had a pleasant and welcoming vibe to it. I got pumpkin flavored pancakes, which is a little outside the norm for me as I usually opt for something with a bit more sustanence to it, like an omelette or something like that. Nevertheless, those pancakes were good! The bacon I got on the side was a little too crispy IMO, but still good. Plenty of seating available, too. Will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I come here almost every Sunday no matter how busy they are. Never a long wait. Greated with kindness every single time. The food is excellent and service is fast. Servers are always pleasant. Music perfect not to loud or too soft. I have my favorites amoung servers but they all do a superb job.

Great place, great people, great food! The bistro filet tips and eggs special are delicious with a great flavor balance and the American Chop Suey on Wednesdays are my go to meals. My kids loved the waffles and pancakes and will have to add this place to my regular rotation.

I originally come from RI and have eaten breakfast at both Locations many times over the years, and it was good. However, I am visiting from Florida and happen to be in Coventry , at lunchtime, on my last day here. My husband ordered burger, cooked medium with onion rings. I ordered a “gourmet” chicken panini with sweet potato fries. The burger was just a tad larger than you would get at a fast food restaurant and cooked well. Onion rings were frozen, not fresh. We were in a hurry and he was hungry. He ate the burger only. The chicken in my panini has NO flavor or seasonings at all. Tasted like a boiled chicken breast. It had provolone cheese, roasted peppers and spinach. I took it out of the bread and put the very few thin strips of thin roasted peppers to make it edible. Did not help. I ate half and a few of the sweet potato fries, which were good. Waitress apologized and gave us our bill for $30. Very disappointed . Guess they shine with breakfast, service and personality. Lunch....not so much

Stopped for breakfast. Mediocre fare. Had the Virgina baked ham and eggs. Menu stated hand carved off the bone. True enough but highly doubt it was done there. The piece was uniformly thin, was expecting better quality. Home fries were a bit mushy. Service was ok but just ok.
