I've tried several places in Providence and so far I can say I really enjoyed the food here. I came for lunch at around 3 30..actually reviewing as I'm eating :) anyhow ordered the basics shrimp pad Thai, shrimp rolls or fresh rolls and a Thai tea.... It's Soo delish... Portions are amazing usually the rolls are small and they serve you 2 pieces.... Here 4 and I got full with that, but I ate all four... Too good to leave them... Was also going to order the pineapple fried rice to go... Will get to that anyhow pad Thai was really tasty . The noodles where not dried like like in lims or other places it's was really good will take it home was way full the waitress who was very charming and sweet helped me with boxing my pad that and asked if I would like to order what I mentioned before when u told I wanted the pineapple fried rice she was so honest which is a huge plus!!! And said you should come back and try it because it might not be good if u ear it another day... Which I loved because honestly in the service industry here in ri u don't find much! So kudos to Thailand!

Very friendly staff and attentive, the food is absolutely amazing (filled with different flavors and also a good spicy kick) and that fact that its all made and cooked by the owners parents is the reason why I will keep going back. The ambience and presentation of the food is also captivating.

Food was good. Really liked the noodles!!! . But the rice quantity was very less. They gave like a container full of red curry and just a small cup of rice(like really less, hardly 5 spoons) and every extra cup rice was 4$ each. Also, we ordered like two noodles for to go. They refused to give chilli or garlic sauce on the side despite requesting them. For the price we payed we were atleast worth some chili sauce on the side;) Nice food! But if you want to like have like a good whole meal definitely not the place!!!!! I really wish they could understand and increase their quantities a bit and start giving sauces on the side atleast for customers who request .

Best Thai food I've had so far in RI. Fresh excellent flavors, friendly attentive staff. We had Gyoza, Fresh Shrimp Rolls (nime chow?), Mango Curry, Drunken Noodles, Thai Iced Tea and Green Tea Ice Cream. Everything was superb, I can't even think of a critique. Please check them out!

The food here was DELICIOUS, I got the drunken noodles but be weary that a three spice level is super spicy (and I'm Indian so I can handle quite a bit of heat). My bf got the spicy chicken noodles off the secret menu, which I also tried and they were so good and the perfect level of spice. Make sure you ask about the secret menu- the service there is great and they'll be happy to tell you! Scallion pancakes were light and crispy, not overly greasy- and the curry dipping sauce was tasty (although I do think it'd be better warm) Overall I'd definitely recommend it.

Off to have Thai and my usual spot was closed so we looked up places and this one had 4.5 stars so we tried Thailand, it was okay... trendy setup a little box with straws and utensils already at the table so all they have to bring is the food (I'm less than thrilled with the idea of people reaching their hands in to get utensils and touching the straws and other utensils - ick) . The scallion pancake was unlike any I have ever had it had very little scallion and was super thin (more a crunchy crepe with a touch of scallion) crunchy and bit greasy - oh well it happens right? But my entree was rather bland as was guests Chicken mango curry, the water tasted of chlorine... the service was fine but also odd - our server came to clear the plates and discovered I was not done and said "I'll give you a couple of minutes to finish" we found that a strange thing to say as there were only two other tables with guests so we weren't holding anyone up by being there. Not terrible but I wouldn't recommend it

I had the drunken noodles. Beware, it is spicy. My wife had the pad see ew. The flavor of the drunken noodles is perfection, but the pad see ew was lacking and underwhelming. If you choose to eat here, finish your meal with mango sticky rice.

Had their spicy drunken noodles the other day and boy were they spicy!! I'd like for it to be a little more saucy (vs. Dry) but i had a great time regardless. They have a great wait staff and a small but good menu of Thai food.

Thank heavens we stumbled into this place!! This avenue is full of pricey, carbon-copy restaurants, but Thailand stood out, like a quiet little gem. Rustic chic ambiance with cute recycled decor and succulents throughout. You can tell they’re an environmentally conscious place. Locally sourced ingredients and the food was fresh fresh fresh. Our server Yaz was the absolute sweetest!!! So friendly and upbeat, it really made our day - talk about amazing customer service. We had spent the entire day traveling and arrived with tummy aches so all those pizza/pasta/seafood options everywhere were a no-go. She recommended us the Cow-Tom soup which omg it has healing powers - chicken meatballs with rice, garlic, cilantro and scallions in a light broth

I had the scallion pancakes and they were so crispy and light and the sauce they serve with it is so delicious. The Pan Pork app was so tender and had amazing flavor. The owner recommended a secret menu item "dry spicy chicken noodle" it was so delicious and I want more, right now!!! I had the lime Ricky to drink. So great. I think the location is convenient to just about every where in Rhode Island.

Great Thai food place! Cute for eating in or fine for takeout too. You can BYO adult beverages which makes eating out much more affordable. Nice staff and decor. They accommodated my vegetarian diet well. The portions are generous but not obscenely huge like some restaurants tend to be. Highly recommend!

The waitstaff is amazing. The food was cooked very well also. My girlfriend ordered the Dry Spicy Noodles and it was the right amount of spice. My mango curry with chicken was also well done, however I prefer a little more salt. But our server gave us 3 types of condiments to add to our dishes. We also got the Thai Iced Tea and Lime Rickys. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The Basil Fried Rice was very good. I loved how spicy it was. I really appreciate that the veggies still have a crunch to them. My husband's red curry had such a great balance of spicy and sweet. Great meal.

The place inside (and not at the entrance ) looks unpolished at the same time has a good concept starting out. And I had high expectations but these were dashed away very quickly with the quality of the food and the services. The staff did not smile and weren't as friendly as in other restaurants. Now quickly discussing about the food in particular to what I order was the lemongrass chicken was very good but under played. I didn’t receive that bright citrusy flavor with a hint of ginger, lemongrass is suppose to be. It’s truly very natural zesty dish which Thailand restaurant had missed those notes . Overpriced , not enough quantity of food, lack of variety in menu I was truly saddened. The desserts and drinks were delightful. Hopefully improvements will be made for an enjoyable restaurant experience.

On an avenue not known for restaurant creativity, this little restaurant is a real find, with its original and super-fresh take on Thai food. Bravo to the owner and chef for so many flavorful dishes and appetizers that you just don't tend to see -- despite the large number of Thai eateries in town.

Late dinner. Red curry. Pad see ew. Pineapple fried rice. Good portion. Skillfully balanced flavors. (Not a big fan of basil overpowering other flavors in some other Thai shops.). Curry was some of the best Ive had. Egg noodle was chewy, not mushy. I could trade more pineapples in fried rice for less shrimps. Casual and friendly. Dishes took time to roll out at 8pm with just 2 other tables. A bit too salty for my taste so if u r on low sodium diet, ask for less soy sauce in dishes. All in all, surprisingly well executed Thai food.

Randomly decided to try this place for brunch with my fiancé and it was amazing! The vibe was just right, the waitress as professional and outgoing as you'd want any waitress to be, the food was soooooooooo good. So glad we decided to go there, we will most definitely be back.

Marginal Thai food in a hip setting. I can't understand why these Thai restaurants that are so highly rated in Providence continue to disappoint in their preparation. The food here is on the spicy or side so watch out. Two stars was good enough for me and 3 would have been too much. The quantity of food at this restaurant on the smaller side and barely fills a single person for dinner when you consider the prices they charge each entree. My vegetable fried rice had less rice compared to the vegetables and the quantity of onions was on the higher side compared to the mix. Overall, my meal did not hit the spot.

Very good food, reasonably priced for the quality. Friendly service, food is ready farely quickly. The drinks come with a pasta straw, which is also friendly for the environment. A must try for Thai food lovers!

This place is amazing!!! Authentic Thailand food, if you love good real Thai food then come here. The staff is wonderful and one of the owners is from Thailand which he brings his homeland cooking to the table! You'll be happy after you leave here. I guarantee it

Food at Thailand is pretty good. The portion sizes are pretty small for the price you pay. Vegetarian and vegan options are offered here. One unique thing about this place is they use pasta as straws. It is a good idea to try to reduce the amount of plastic straws used in the world.

A new favorite! Had the most delicious Pineapple Fried Rice (with tofu) that I’ve ever eaten! And the fresh rolls were fantastic as well (pictured). Loved that it was BYOB and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Plus they go out of their way to be environmentally friendly which is refreshing. Can’t wait to go back already!

The food was delicious. There are great options for those with vegan or gluten free dietary restrictions. Sam our waitress and Summer who closed out our bill were sweet and personable while taking care of us. My husband and I really enjoyed the super hip, cosy, and chill ambience of this charming Thai food restaurant. We will definitely return. I highly recommend it to any who likes awesome food.

Great authentic Thai restaurant on Federal Hill! Decided to try this new place with some friends tonight and had a very positive experience. The staff are really friendly and encouraged us to try new things. We started off with the papaya salad and scallion pancakes with curry dipping sauce- both fantastic. I had the chicken Sahara fried rice which was very flavorful and delicious. For dessert we had an assortment of sweets including green tea and red bean ice cream. We really enjoyed this restaurant and will definitely be visiting again soon. Highly recommend it!

Service was horrible. We were told to sit down. Had to wait for menus and water to the point that we were ready to walk out. When the waitress finally came over, we asked about a menu item and she looked completely confused. After our order was finally taken, the waitress stopped to chat with her friends at the table next to us. After a wait our food arrived and the order was wrong. Do not recommend unless you don't mind subpar service.

BEWARE of undisclosed service charge! This place does not even deserve one star! Totally disappointed in my experience at this restaurant. Came here on a Friday night with three other people. After reading all the reviews we were very excited to try this place. The place was rather dead for a Friday night. It was quite disappointing that after a decent meal we were presented with a 25% service fee on top of the bill. This service fee was not advertised anywhere in the restaurant... Not on the menu, website, not on the doors, absolutely nowhere! I have never seen nor heard of a service fee for a party of four. When we asked the waitress about it she got extremely defensive. When I asked her about it she said she could drop it to 20%! I've never heard of such a thing! Didn't know you could negotiate a service charge. We certainly had every intentions of paying the bill and which we did; however we did not feel that the service warranted a 25% service charge. After arguing back-and-forth we decided to call the police who agreed that they needed to disclose the information somewhere. I can assure you that they have scammed so many people in the past as some may not have looked at the full bill before paying or just paid the fee and never went back. I suggest if you have gone here and still have your receipt you check to see if they charged you this ridiculous fee which they did not disclose! Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and licensing board as what they've done to their customers is totally wrong! As someone who dines out three to four nights a week, I would have been back because I liked the food BUT because of the scam they are pulling and deceiving their customers they not only lost business to me but the 1000 other people I know on Facebook and beyond.

The food is great, service is good. They support environment by using stuff like bio degradable straws and not using paper to print receipts. However , note that the bill you pay already has 20% service charge included. Usually, i don't tip if the service charge is included but at this place you won't know that until you have already paid the bill, so note that the service charge is included in total amount shown. They don't tell you details of the bill and say it will come in the email receipt.
