I never have an issue but I ordered the fish Florentine and the piece of fish was so small it was all bread crumbs so I complained and she didn't even offer me anything else she just apologized and handed me the bill.

Food was great. We split a large salad and each got a plate of pasta and meatballs. The pasta and meatballs could easily be split between two people, but I was happy to have left overs for lunch the next day.

Food is amazing!! Waitstaff is pleasant and attentive. Everyone is accomodating and once when I called for take out the person happily brought it out to me (I had sprained my ankle) My go to restaurant and I recommend it to everyone!!!

I was not pleased with my order. Found 2 too many hairs in my pasta Alfredo and the chicken was cheap for what i paid for. I dont recommend this to anyone, was too over priced for the quality of the food. Also would recommend hair nets to the workers.

What a great find. We found this place by accident. The parking lot wasn't full on Saturday night so I was concerned. My concerns were unfounded. It's a nice little eatery with great food and family friendly prices. I recommend Rigatoni's!!!!

Ordered chicken parm dinners and chicken fettuccine alfredo to go. Chicken parm was soft and mushy along with the pasta. Chicken fettuccine alfredo was horrible. Sauce was straight cream, zero Alfredo taste. I would have been much better off buying a package of Knorr from the market and making it myself.

Been there several times and always satisfied. Last night, Sunday at 7pm, it was terrible. Fish n chips.....Fish overcooked. Chicken Marsala with spinach, was so tough and lacking any flavor at all, plus it wasn't hot. Ordered it with a baked potato.....all out of potatoes. Got ziti instead and tested like it was in water for hours and not hot.

I've been coming here for many, many years. Let me just tell you this place is adorable the waitresses are super sweet and its usually always the same few girls which is nice. I do have to say though.. it'd be nice to see some new things on the menu.. they have a semi newer desert menu but I think its all boxed stuff.. nothing good. But the main courses are great!

My fiancé and I recently moved to Warwick and wanted to try a local place. After reading all of the positive reviews, we decided to give Rigatoni’s a try. To start, the service was extremely poor. Our waitress came to the table twice and didn’t offer to refill my fiancés empty glass of soda when he still had a full plate of food. We both ordered penne Alfredo dishes, one with chicken and one with shrimp. The Alfredo sauce was tasteless, it had no flavor at all. One dish came with two tiny pieces of dry, chewy chicken and random pieces of cold lettuce. In the end we paid nearly 50 dollars for 2 pasta dishes. We wanted to like this place because we moved to the area, but I doubt that we will ever come back.

Amazing sauce, ALWAYS great service and the food is delicious, the meals are plentiful, pizzas are cooked to perfection. I have been eating here for 18 years, and never had a bad meal or substandard service. Dinner for 2, with a couple of beers and dessert to go, unbeatable prices!!
