I’ve gotten food from here countless times but today’s order wasn’t great. I’m pretty sure they changed the chicken parm because it just doesn’t taste the same anymore. We also got wings and found a big cooked bug on one of the wings. Very gross considering how pricey everything is. They offered a credit to use towards a new order but we probably won’t be back. The staff is very nice though.

I love this place! Their arugula and prosciutto croccantinis (crunchy flatbread) are so good! Recently tried their blackberry sangria- very refreshing. I visit a few times a month and dine in/ sometimes take out this place never disappoints. Always excellent service

We lllove it here. The food is excellent. Im Italian and I never eat in italian restaurants. When you've had the best from your nonna and mother nothing compares. So against my will I gave in and came here with my friend. We ordered the stuffed shells and meatballs. I was pleasantly surprised. Their sauce/gravy was delicious. Almost as good as mine. Stuffed shells were great. Tasted like mine. The atmosphere is layed back. The Desserts case called my name. Tiramisu outstanding. The kids that work there are sweet! I'll be back....

I did enjoy the pizza. The place and service arrangement is strange. It's presented as a high end pizzeria and cafe including bar, but they don't give you the option of running a tab. They bring your meal to the table, but never come back to check.

The traditional thin crust pizza was great! You order at the counter and food is delivered to the table. Many sandwich and other great food choices as well. Desserts looked great.

Thought I'd give them another chance since I love the Lincoln location. Last time my pizza was so overcooked. I should of went to Lincoln. First of all the pizza doesn't taste the same as Lincoln. Secondly they messed up my order. I was so frustrated after giving them a second chance I called just to be insulted. They forgot the French fries with the lobster roll. They offer a credit for fries and when I say I just spent $80 on food do you think I'm going to drive there to get some French fries, Ryan the manager says what are you trying to get a free pizza or something. I hung up the phone.

False advertising, pizza overcook burned crust, the soup were greasy & uncooked, most employees are rude Latinos with vulgar language, main entrance had signs of Monday lunch, pizza, when we asked them they said it was for the next door Romano restaurant, but restaurant is close. Horrible customer service no responsibility at all. Poor quality food overpriced! Most clients elder.

Simply great. My favorite local spot because food is delicious but more importantly staff like Christian, Danny, Jess and Kayla make you feel like family. I think the value of what you get fir the money is excellent. Nice dessert & small deli selection too. You will not be disappointed.

Don’t even Try to apply here. Management is poor! & Dont pay enough! Managers are extremely rude and arrogant. They will humiliate you because they think they are perfect and they know everything. They treat the staff like garbage plus the tips you have to share it with other people that doesn’t do absolutely anything. Everybody leaves this job because of the managers. They dont know what they are doing! & They just think about themselves. I was supposed to be Full time and they were always stealing my hours and taking it for them; and my paycheck always sucked. Not a good place to work. Plus they want to always charge extra to customers for every little stupid thing and the customer can’t even tell that they have been charged extra. This place is super expensive and the food is not even that good. Desserts are extremely expensive and old. And believe me they will charge you even for breathing without you noticing!!! PS. I don’t work for them anymore...

The 1st time my friends and I went to have dinner. We all had different dishes and the food was really excellent. Pricey that's for sure . But all in all it was a very successful evening and I would recommend it to anybody just make sure that you have cash because you're gonna need it

For a small pizza place, you will find simly outstanding Italian food. From the pizzas to the Arancini to the pasta dishes everything is terrfic. My wife, the Italian half of the couple, says it's just like her grandmother used to make. I can't recommend thos place enough.

I loved this place! Cute deli. You order at the counter and then Sit at tables yourself. Had a small pizza and a chicken parm grinder. Chicken parm grinder was delicious. Roll was a little big for the chicken, but extremely tasty. Pizza was delicious. Thin crust and buffalo mozzarella was used. Looking forward to trying something else next time we go as well.

I came here twice, first time a friend of mine told me to get the Roast beef sandwich. ( I hated roast beef) after some convincing i tried it out and i look at the sandwich like it Channing Tatum in magic mike. It was so delicious and flavorful it changed my perspective completely. I also tried the eggplant fries which was surprisingly good, its up there with sweet potato fries in my opinion. i was craving dessert and even though the cannolis were calling my name, i had them warm up a chocolate chip cookie. I'm not sure if it was powdered sugar they sprinkled on it or crack because i wanted MORE!!! The second time i went i tried the rosemary chicken wings, hands down the best wings i had in a long time. I love the atmosphere and conveniently you order your food and they will bring it to your table. Everyone i encountered was great and i cant wait to go back tomorrow because those rosemary wings are calling my name. Definitely Go, i wouldn't steer you wrong.

Been to the restaurant four times now three out of the four times they managed to get the order wrong. the first time they gave us chicken parm sandwich and a chicken parm dinner when we ordered and was charged for an eggplant parm sandwich and an eggplant parm dinner the second time we ordered an eggplant parm dinner to-go drove 10 minutes home opened it up and it was an eggplant parm sandwich. The third time we called in our order to get picked up we said no grated cheese on two chicken parm dinners and one eggplant parm dinner upon arrival we found that they put no cheese at all not just no grated cheese no mozzarella cheese either so they had to take them back into the kitchen add cheese to them and then heat them up instead of remaking the order so by the time we got home with the order everything else we ordered was cold because I had to stand there for 10 minutes for them to put cheese on it even though when we ordered it over the phone they read it back correctly the kitchen just made it improperly..... So again 75% of the time they'll mess up your order

I can be cheap! I like to spend maybe 7-8 bucks on a sandwich. The chicken sandwich ordered was almost $11.00 but let me tell you it was worth every single penny. Robust sandwich on fantastic Italian bun! Outstanding job! The young lady at the counter was pleasant and very personable. I don’t throw around compliments easily or hand out 5 star ratings much as I’m in the retail industry and can be a tough critic. Customer for life here if this type of quality and service continues.
