Kay's Italian Restaurant is very good. The service that night was just okay because the waiter seemed really new. He was just okay but the food delicious and there was so much of. The plate was covered with veal and macaroni. My wife's meal was just as good and huge. Our daughters dish looked amazing and she was all smiles. If we had a different waiter, I would have given Pat's a 5 star rating.

Possibly the best Chicken parm I have ever had. The chicken was done beautifully, the sauce had a great flavor, the service was quick and friendly. Well worth the visit. Just had the chicken inferno, really good.

Be prepared for a two-hour visit. it certainly is a long time to spend at a restaurant but the food is worth it! Most excellent :-)

The Chicken Sorrento is to die for!! I don't even look at the menu! Why fix what isn't broken??!! The only thing better than the Sorrento, is Nick the waiter!! He's AWESOME!!

Some of the appetizers werr amazing as well as the service. The sauce on the other hand was too sweet and not paired well for an Italian restaurant.

Their food is great especially the homemade pasta... their service is always good. The only bad thing is I think when they're busy they unhook the phone. We've tried on two separate occasions to place a reservation or order takeout and we've had to go to a different restaurant instead.

Was a very nice Italian restaurant. The waiter Nick was excellent and made my family feel welcome. We all had a different meal and were very impressed with the food. The drive from Foster to find good Italian food was only about 20 minutes. I think we found our new favorite Italian restaurant.

The place has gone downhill. Was there recently for dinner with 7 people who were previous diners. Everyone agreed that the food quality and taste has changed. No one said they would go back. If fact, on the way out overheard another couple say the same thing. Hey, owner...what the h### is going on???

Dined in with a party of 5 and baby, wait staff was extremely friendly and very attentive. Ordered the braised beef which was delicious, wine selection was good, and everyone had a great time! Recommend for families, date night, or even just hanging at the bar for a quick bite.

The food is usually better than most in the area. But there's something about the service that doesn't sit well with me. I've gone there a couple of times with larger groups and we're laughing and talking and taking our time and asking questions about the food but the waitress becomes impatient that she's not getting our order in time. I also went there with another person who has quite a few dietary requirements and the more question she asked the more aggravated the waitress seemed to get. There are too many restaurants in Rhode Island that have great food and a much better wait staff

There are a lot of great Italian restaurants in RI and Pat's is among the very best. It isn't a pretentious place so it doesn't get the attention it deserves. The food is always fresh, the pasta is home made and they use local and fresh ingredients. The service is great, the atmosphere is pleasant and the prices are right on.

Some of the best Italian food in the state. We've been coming here for years. Christine at the front desk really accommodated us, by giving us a table right in front because my pregnant wife had fallen and had hurt her foot the day before, and was taking it slow. Thanks again!

Pat orlando's? Of the la rosa fame? Not as good as I remember. Now I'm comparing something to what I once considered perfection. La rosa was just that kinda place. Pat's is not that but then again a good memory is hard to beat. Having said this i will add that this is a very nice place to eat. The wait staff were trained well and it showed. The atmosphere was not my particular taste but they did what they did well. The food (I was expecting more so this will sound harsh) 7/10. It would have probably been an 8 if I didn't expect a 10. But you should definitely go if you haven't been because, considering the price, it was a 9. So there you go...dont let your expectations drive your experiences.

Nice little Italian restaurant with wonderful atmosphere. Every staff member was friendly and fast. We didn't realize it was 20 minutes until closing when we got there, but we were seated and served fresh coffee promptly the waitress even made a fresh pot of decaf. The food was delicious, Rhode island style calamari, chicken soup, salads, clams zouppa, everything was great. The desert menu looked tempting but we were too full to try, Maybe next time. We'll definitely go back.
