Waited at the entrance for 5 mins waiters were passing by but none of them seated us or greeted us. Wife and I found our own table and no one even bothered to ask us anything. It's been 10 mins and we feel invisible here. I really wish we could rate the food here but we never got to it.

Because they randomly close, we called the restaurant before starting, they said they are open. When we went there they told us they allow customers only by reservation because it was busy on that particular day. This information was never given to us over phone. We drove 45 mins for nothing. Very bad customer service and zero knowledge about running restaurant business.

Love this place! My boyfriend and I come here almost every week for take-out. As some of the other reviewers have said, the chicken biryani is amazing. I would also recommend the chicken keema. The only thing that sucks sometimes is that their hours are weird (says they're open when they're not) and they don't always pick up the phone number listed on google. Friendly tip: they have two phone numbers and the one listed on Google is their secondary number. If you go in person, ask for the other number and you should be able the reach them 100% of the time.

The food is pretty good. The service is subpar. We went there for mutton biryani and they were out of all mutton dishes. They were also out of mango lassi. The cleanliness and management of the place can be greatly improved.

Wouldn't sit us down 2 hours before closing. This is the third time this has happened. I never review but the service was so bad that I wanted make sure people didn't waste there time here. Had to sternly tell her to serve us. After ordering 30 minutes later they figure out they are out of a certain menu item we ordered. Never seen someone so unwilling to serve. Resolved the the food we ordered with leftovers that were cold. Felt like I was some peasant at a soup kitchen.

By far this is the only place in RI where they offer authentic and delicious Pakistani styled chicken/mutton biryani. The quantity per serving is really a good amount to be served for two adults. . i highly recommend to call in advance before you dine in, since the restaurants are always super busy during peak hours on weekends. Also, not to forget the Desserts and indian sweets tasted very delicious and fresh.

As a common of Manosalwa (been coming every week since the original opening, when it used to have the buffet), I love this place. There is no other place to get traditional food that is such high quality. I highly recommend you order ahead of time (20-30 minutes) so when you enter you get your food, eat, then take your leave. Sometimes when it is busy, it might take an extra 5-10 minutes. I would definitely give this place a perfect rating but recently the new people taking orders and bringing food in and out are a little, well, not as good as before. The girls working there a couple months ago were good, but I guess they don't work there anymore. Other than that, I would definitely give this place 10 stars if I could. Talk about food from heaven! Asalamualaikum!

Food is always good, portion sizes are more family size than individual which is great. Bathroom is not very cleanly, but never has been even with the old owners. As far as the rest of the restaurant it is clean and well kept. (Even more so now with new owners) Waitresses are always nice. Menu can be limited at times, which is a let down when you want something and then they don't have it. I suggest calling ahead to ask if they have it, if you're going there wanting something specific that is not biryani or nan lol but yes we will be back, like always :)

This place is known for it’s Biriyani. The mutton and chicken Biriyani taste good and the portions are huge. A plate of Biriyani here serves 2-3 people, so keep that in mind! The service itself is mediocre, the server was confused most of the times even though the restaurant was almost empty and she wasn’t serving more ham 2 tables when we were there. It took them about 5 minutes just to get a couple of extra spoons for us! But the quality and the taste of food would definitely make me go back here! Atleast for a takeout!

Went there after calling as they have no fixed timing, the rep said it will be open by 7pm. After travelling for an hour found it closed. So decieded to call again standing outside the restaurant, same representative pick up the phne and told that its closed. When i mentioned we spoke an hour ago about your opening, she said it was closed bcz of heat, although it was cold and windy outside. Very irresponsible restaurant

Service is just interesting. What more can i say. As i write this review, I’d like to share that I just called 5 times and each call went unanswered. This happens alot. What kind of business behaves this way? Now, i am physically driving to the restaurant to place a order and to see the face of the buffoon who is not answering the phone. It blows my mind that in this day and age, you have employees who are not answering calls from people trying to give you their money.

My favourite restaurant here. We drive all the way from Mass to dine out. Their chicken tikka is priceless! So well marinated and full of spices. Also love their beef/mutton biryani but beef is better. The chicken kadhai is great too but used to be better earlier. Overall great place to go if you’re a foodie!

Food is about par. Staff is very unprofessional and not trained at all. This one girl at the counter could not sort our bill properly since they write down everything by hand and blamed us for confusing them with the way we had ordered, and made mistakes several times when correcting it. When we asked for the manager or owner completely ignored us and said there was no one to listen to our complain. Sometimes they don't have a lot of things on menu even available and don't bother telling you until you try and order it. Take hours to bring out order and even more to bring out the bill/check.

just went by checking reviews, we went to buffet on sunday afternoon.I went to restaurant expecting hydrabadi biryani . They offered chicken dry item-2,chicken biryani,chicken korma,butter chicken and mutton curry , mutton curry was awesome it got taste like south indian mutton curry. satisfied .

The food is always great, it's true that they are a little short staffed. During the weekdays there are hardly any guests( I've only seen one, maximum two tables being occupied ) so I guess they never account for the busy weekends. Never had trouble getting a table, the service is a 'bit' slow but the quality and quantity of the food and the moderate prices compensate well for that.

They had variety of dishes and portions were huge. We didn't know how much we ordered but once we got the food it was a lot. Things we ordered was beef and chicken kabobs were delicious. Rice portions are good for two people and we ordered two sides of rice and end up not eating. Nihari and butter chicken was very good, loved it. Garlic naan and cheese naan was delicious. I don't drink mango Lassi but people who ordered it loved it very much. Chapli kabob was good too. Everything we tried was tasty. This place was pricey for all that food we end up paying $102 yikes! But it was worth it. If we knew how to order then we would have had a smaller bill. Overall experience was good staff and environment was nice

They need to do a better job with the customer service, they have people taking orders that can’t take orders properly. The food wasn’t cooked properly and I kindly asked if they could fix it but they sent it back from the kitchen saying that’s how they’re serving today. Left us no choice but to pack our food and leave. On top of all that they had the guts to charge for the bread and kebabs that I didn’t even get.

I went to this restaurant and bought chicken briyani and 2 chicken legs as TO GO...came home and opened the food, chicken briyani missing chicken and chicken legs were quarter in size...like some one already had half of it and even it is rotten looking and 5 days old chicken, just trashed it...look in the picture... I called up the restaurant and asked why am I fooled by given chicken biriyani which is missing chicken and rotten quarter chicken legs...that staff agreed that she was aware mistakenly given to me...I went to 25 miles away this restaurant to get this food and was simply fooled by these .... Restaurant staff told me to come next day and get same order...poor me believed and went to the restaurant next day...again 25 miles....once I reached, was looking for the staff who promised me...she was not there...her boss was there, I explained him, he was asking me to bring that spoiled/trashed food back to restaurant to get it replaced....what the hell, this never ever Happened before , that poor staff should have told me previous day itself to come with that food...got fooled again...I was frustrated by this poor restaurant... I don’t worry about money, any restaurant should prepare good food for customers and never cheat them like this...wasted money, wasted time, much depressed due to this inhuman earning... DONT EVER GO HERE...

Fantastic, authentic Pakistani food. Hal-al and fresh but usually early in the week not every dish is available because the beef is slaughtered Hal-al fresh. Service is a little slow but anyone that misses Punjabi food will be a happy camper!

Called them around 9:15 PM on Monday 2/6/2017 to ask till what time they are open.They told that the kitchen is open till 10:30 PM. Drive over there from New bedford . Reached there around 10:15 PM they were closed at that time. Felt pissed off . It's mention on their timing till 11 and they was close at 10.

I posted this a while back. It’s seems they are closed due to it being a health risk. If you are trying to open a Restuarant, please learn from them. Food taste great but if you want to keep your order healthy you have to ask them not add oil on their nan. Food is very oil. I don’t like black pepper and salt on the complimentary salad they serve. Too much sodium is not good, why add it? Their sign outside has different hours of operation. Last week we were told their chef left and would not take orders after 9:30. We called and ordered ahead to make sure we could get our food by the time we arrived. We barely made it there at 9:30. Around 10:00 we asked who was sitting and eating at a table nearby. They said that was the chef. It’s aweful that they lied to us. Just don’t be surprised if their bathroom is not clean or there is a roach served with your nan. We loved our flies on our table and winderful experience to get delicious Pakistani food. Their food does not need any improvement. Only their service and environment needs to be reinvented. Pictures attached to show what improvements need to be made including not serving roaches.
