Where to begin? Going in everything was fine. Then the food came. The shrimp n lobster sauce was like nothing I've ever tasted. Actually, I hardly tasted it at all. And it had this sliminess to it. It and the fried rice were very bland and loaded with peas and carrots. (It's such a pain to pick out peas.) The crab ragoon which accompanied it were tasty, but lacking in filling. But the worst part was our server. I had finished eating a good 15 minutes before she even came over to check how everything was. When my Mom informed her she was unhappy with her meal, she didn't seem to care in the least. She just ran away from the table. I asked for a refill of my ice water, and got not one piece of ice. It was warm. Pretty sad when you can't even get a decent glass of water! Then another 10 minutes or so passed when I got completely disgusted waiting to pay for something that wasn't even worth paying for. The bill was $19.33. We threw 20 ones on the check and left. I normally would have left at least four dollars on that check, but the service was so bad that I feel as though the 67 cent remainder was too high. Will not be returning to this establishment.

I've been going to this place for about 12 years. And I've always loved it! The food is fresh and delicious, the atmosphere keeps getting better and better, and the service is always on par. You must get the nime chow! You can only find it at one or two other places in Providence and that's it! Lemongrass has by far the best.

The Chinese food we ordered was much better than the sushi. The sushi was just ok and nothing to rave over. Sesame chicken was flavorful and not the kind that's just clumps of breading. Service was a little lackluster, but I think our waitress was over sat. Nice decor and atmosphere. Would probably return.

Used to love this place, but lately staff had been rude and never around. When given our bill we noticed they charged us 15 percent forced gratuity for 2 people and a six month old we brushed it off and left a 10 dollar tip for a 30 dollar meal. Waitress approached us at out table telling us we were wrong and didn't give her enough money as a tip. So with the bill plus tax plus forced gratuity and a 10 dollar tip it still wasn't enough. Waitress yelled at us in front of all her tables because she thought she deserved more of a tip after never refilling our drinks and handing my six month old a fortune cookie to eat without my permission. The Male waiter is just as bad as we watched him chase a party out of the restaurant for not leaving a tip. We won't be coming back.

I've been holding out on trying Lemongrass, but boy, oh boy was I missing out! I couldn't have enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere more! The variety and number of Asian cuisines and menu items are impressive. I stayed with a Thai focus, and everything was just outstanding and delicious. Highly recommend

Went there for a buffet fundraiser and everything was delicious. Went again for dinner the following weekend and had pu pu platters and pork fried rice. The beef teriyaki was good but I had a hard time getting it off the stick! Rice was flavorful and delicious. Crab ragoons were great, not greasy. The red sangria was fabulous and they didn't overload it with ice like most places do. Our server was pleasant and funny. Atmosphere was good except for some annoying chime thing that went off every few minutes where we were sitting. Have no idea what it was.

Do not sit at bar. Do not order soft shell crab. Do not substitute cucumbers for anything on roll unless you want upcharge. I heard the wonton soup is good.

Our family loved this place when we first moved here. However, lately our orders are always messed up. It seems the items that are always wrong are the same items I have been "up charged" for. Everytime I order beef teriyaki it has a fish taste to it. Needless to say We will not be ordering from here anymore.

Love this place! Their sushi is always fresh. I'm some what of a novice in that area but I feel comfortable expanding my pallet a bit while I'm there. This picture is the red dragon roll, my first time trying it. So delicious! Their bartenders are awesome and friendly as well. My visit is never a disappointment!

The rice was dry & no taste, The chicken and broccoli tasted old, the sauce was watery & no flavor, The sesame chicken, chicken was rubbery, very bland/no taste, rice was dry, the wontons in the soup were mushy, the fried wontons were awful. Their prices were very high for such low quality. Use to like their food, don’t know what happened, will not be back.

It's good Asian food. They have a lot on their menu to choose from but mostly Chinese and Japanese. I haven't tried the sushi bar so I can't speak to that, but I've had some of the other stuff and it's good. I really like the sweet crispy pork, it's my favorite dish there. Good selection of drinks and desserts as well. They have a full bar at the entrance aand you can wait with a drink if they are busy. There is a lot of seating but it does get busy, so sit at the bar and have a drink while you wait. The only reason for the four stars is because some of there stuff is a little bland. It's not a problem for me because I usually order dishes that are spicy, but people I've been there with have said so.

THE MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE... Tried this place for a Birthday lunch for my daughter and aunt. We had 3 parties all together = 3 separate checks. Upon satisfying our Bill's our waiter approached us saying there was a problem, trapping us in our area. He tells us that he doesn't feel that the tips that we left were to his satisfaction. And that he should have charged us as a group to get a larger tip. We were $7 short of 15% as a total and truest to say it was against the law. Upon asking for the owner the woman that came over said he was not there she'd give us the #. Moments later the OWNER came over and it was the man that greeted and sat us. Things were explained and he tried to give us a 25$ gift card after we said we would never come back. There were multiple other parties that could hear what was going on. VERY EMBARASSING.
