Food is terrible. I couldn’t even eat the salmon avocado roll, salmon was chewy and gross. Spicy tuna roll had a funky taste and the soup I ordered wasn’t even edible. My husband said the fried rice tasted old and general tso chicken was chewy and over breaded. Safe to say this was the first and last time we’ll be ordering from here.

Ordered here for the first time with my husband and we were both disappointed. They seemed to have better reviews in grubhub so we ordered some food a few minutes ago. Food was so bland! The fried rice was one of the worst we've had. Sorry. The only thing we liked was the crab rangoon. I'm giving it 2 stars because the food came at the time they said it would arrive. Other than that *thumbs down.*

I love this place. Every time I come here the food is always fresh wether I dine in or take out. This place is way better than Chris Ho, acroas the street. I had the scorpion bowl with my sister and we loved it. I also recommend the Mango Mojito.

So far this was the best dim sum I have found in Rhode Island. The waitress was very nice and checked in on us several times. The taro and the pork soup dumpling were especially good.

The workers have trouble attitudes.. I handed the cashier my credit card he used it and put it on the counter and not my hand?? I asked him was something wrong he said nothing.. I would not recommend this place to no one.

I’ll try to stay short and sweet. I placed on order through door dash for delivery, and through negligence ONLY BY DOOR DASH I did not receive my order. Though twice, jade tree had contacted me about my order not being received. To which, Jade Tree had resolved the issue by delivery the order personally. Over an hour process for this order (still waiting on door dash to respond!) and Jade tree had resolved it ever so kindly, even refusing a generous tip! Jade tree, thank you! You have been wonderful! I will continue to support your business through you alone!

This place is absolutely amazing, and their customer service is just wonderful . I work at a bar downtown and anytime we order from here the food is incredible and the delivery driver no matter who it is super kind . Definitely give this place a try

Overall a horrible experience that would have never happened if Apsara delivered. Paid 15 bucks for ONE shallow plate of cold food that arrived an hour and a half later. I chose to switch the pork fried rice with vegetable fried rice and they charged me separately as if there was a side order. I would have expected something like that from any shabby place that is in the slums. Spanish food would have been better. At least I wouldn't have still been hungry afterwards.

The food was horrible. The sushi had an awful smell and the egg tarts were dry like a rubber and tasteless. We were all starving but unfortunately we had to throw practically all the food into the garbage. The manager was totally unhelpful. It was an awful experience.

They gave my husband a hard time when they delivered the food. I ordered sesame chicken amd my husband ordered sweet and sour chicken and wevalso ordered an order of bonelese spear ribs. The rice was overcooked and mushy. My husband bit into a cjocken tender to find that there was no chicken in it and only batter. He didn't get the sweet and sour sauce that came with his meal. My chicken was soggy.we asked for chopsticks, duck sauce and plates and received nothing. Tje pportians were small for the amount of money that they charge for the meals. O shouldn't still be hungry after. It was all around a bad experience and i will not be eating there again.

Got food poisoning from this place. They use old meet and seafood and try to hide it with putting more sauce on it so it covers up the smell. Never eat here if you don’t want to get sick. Absolutely disgusting... never had I ever been served rotten food. Just to let you know jade tree we are paying customers we are not paying to eat old food.

Got grubhub delivery and the tuna roll looked like my cats food wrapped in rice. The pad thai had no flavor and it was all stuck together. I will never order from here again and neither will anyone else I know. I have ordered from other asian restaurants with delivery and they were amazing.

Place is awful. I ordered scallion pancakes and got tortilla bread out of a grocery store package. Complained to the manager and she pretended not to speak English even though I heard her speaking very fluently about her brand new BMW x series before she walked over. They made no offer to get me another dish or compensate me on the bill, just blank stares about how these weren't "tortillas" that were opened and put on a plate as part of a dinner combo. Just lazy. Go next door to Nami or Chef Ho's. Way better service and food than this place.

Ordered FRIED rice. Not white rice with pork. Never mind their chicken fingers taste like they got them from that little snack shack at slater park. Then on top of that, the delivery driver practically ran off with my change. Not that i wasnt going to but it def made me change my mind that he just assumed my change is his. Food tasted great! Prices are also very fair. The dim sum menu, in addition to the expansive regular menu (which has both authentic and 'american' dishes) was a nice touch. Also, there is a full bubble tea menu.

These folks are great! Their service and food are always stellar. I'm so glad they opened up, I now have a place to get my steam bun and bobba milk tea fix. If you are looking to try something new, I recommend the Chinese Style Dried String Beans, but, everything I've had there is been fantastic!

My wife irdered a spicy tuna roll. It was canned tuna wrapped in rice. We ordered pad Thai as well and it was spaghetti noodles doused in soy sauce. Horrible experience!!!!

The food was great but a little expensive (compared to other local restaurants serving similar foods). The General Tao's was definitely The Best I've Had in the city and there are more than a handful of excellent restaurants.
