This place has become my new favorite local restaurant. The dinner specials are creative and delicious, the regular menu has a great variety, portions are big. We usually take most of our food home! The staff is super friendly, and they have live entertainment on Fridays. Great place!

Can't tell you about the food, we never got any. My date and I arrived around 8:30 Saturday night on Labor Day weekend for dinner and drinks. The place was practically empty. A few people in the back function room, no one in the dining room except several staff eating at one booth and a woman singing at a deafening volume, and a half dozen people at the bar. We opted for the bar. What? No one behind the bar. We could see several very unhappy looking people in the kitchen so we waited a full ten minutes (I timed it) and finally someone came out with some food for one of the other patrons. No eye contact. No "Good evening, folks.". No "Hi guys, I'll be right with you.". We were in disbelief, it was like we weren't there. Then another sour-pussed guy came out from the back. Finally we were going to get some service? Nope. He fiddled around behind the bar, refreshed some of the other patrons' drinks, and never so much as glanced at us. Remember now, there were only six people at the bar. We were invisible! After another five minutes we walked out. Went to The Village Tavern around the corner where we were greated with a big smile and warm welcome the minute we walked in. Harmony Lodge has a serious staff issue.

Food was alright nothing amazing. My m-i-l got oatmeal which was thick and pastey and inedible. Breakfast is a no for us but we have heard good things about dinner there so will try that. Prices were a fair deal!

Went to a function at the Harmony Lodge! The food was served buffet style, with pitchers of coffee and orange juice on the individual tables The food was delicious, however I found that no one from the restaurant came around very much to check on things ... asked if ice water could be refilled on the buffet table, there were 2 pitchers, one was brought out, the others taken away, and when I went to get some water a few minutes later, there was nothing but ice left in the pitcher. I think someone could have made more of an attempt to make sure guests had drinks, I don't think anyone even checked the coffee at the individual tables.

Previously Chester's I am so glad it is Harmony's Lodge now it is absolutely excellent -the service is better than any we have ever experienced recently anywhere from all the way up and down Route 44 from North Providence all the way to Gloucester the food is amazingly perfect pricing fair for what you order hot- delicious the way it should be and I am so going back and we will never ever go back to Tavern on the main I highly highly recommend Harmony Lodge the best tasting hottest best service you'll have!! Compliments to the chef!

I went here about a yr. ago & before they changed the name & owners? It used to be Chester's. The service was friendly, the food was good & had a good variety. My friend & I were very pleased & we wanted to go back for the Dinner for Two- as it seemed like a good deal. We had gone in for Dinner at night. This time we stopped in near the end of Lunchtime & a bit too early for Dinner- but we were hungry for something & we were in the vacinity, so we stopped in there again& noticed the name had changed. We had ordered 2 appetizers- ( mozzarella sticks & loaded potatoes) & 2 sodas, & because we ordered those-we were told we qualified for the Free soup & bread at the soup station. Nice. That day they had Creamy Chili & Italian Wedding Soup. This place has a separate bar, behind the small main dining room, as well as a few separate Function Party /Meeting Rooms w/Fireplaces & French Doors- & a Soup Station for Lunch in the Main Dining Room with a Fireplace & Lunch & Dinner Specials in addition to the reg. menu & a Wine & Beer List. We will probably go back for the dinner for 2 soon- even though it is a bit different & they have a new menu. Call ahead for Dinner for 2- I forget which days they do that & the time slot.

A good time ..the name is different but moslty feels original.. good food /staff.. seemed like alot of locals....very comfortable. Good for a beer also check out the bar....seperated seating so its not to noisy..

Tracy and Diane are awesome. Food was excellent. Bobby at the bar was cool. I had chicken and it tasted exactly like chicken, not some other thing...like a frog or something. My wife and brother also ate and liked their meal. We will be coming again...and again.

You should not advertise late night bites if your kitchen closes at 10. You close at 1, for late night you should close the kitchen at 12 at the earliest.

My wife and I have been going here off & on for several years now. We went back the other night, and was very disappointed that our $10.50 martinis were only 3/4 full. After we finished them, were were asked if we wanted another, I said if they were only gonna be filled to the top. The bartender said " well, that's how we make them here" Our food was expensive, and my portion was small. This restaurant has become more about the money, and less about it's patrons. Too bad, I use to like coming here. Even had a few gatherings here, including my daughter's conformation party. Not any more. Won't be going back. The owners should think things over.

I hosted a bridal shower 5-18-19 at the Harmony Lodge and couldn’t have been happier! The food was excellent, the staff including Stacy was amazing and working with Meagan prior to and Mike during was great! I would definitely have another function here and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to hold an event!

We were a large group having drinks and appetizers. There were 4 people at the bar. In an empty restaurant, I expect excellent service. We were the only table she had. Drinks were very slow and she never cleared the emtpy bottles or glasses.

The meal i had was delicious but my wifes was a mess. No real beer selection. We were told to sit anywhere and then when we did we were told we could not sit there without a reservation. After we sat down at another table another couple came in and they were told to sit anywhere. They sat at the table we originally sat at and no one said a thing? ????

Perfectly good food, good portions, cooked nicely. Very good service... very responsive. Affordable. Very nice building with stone fireplace. Im from providence where we have very excellent food to choose from so i can't call their regular American style food excellent.... but it's very very decent. I would recommend.

I went on a whim and was pleasantly pleased with their weekday lunch specials. For less than most people spend on fast food, I enjoyed a wonderful hot lunch with soup and fresh, homemade bread. You can choose from things like chicken pot pie, to Reubin sandwiches to a standard toasted italian grinder aming other delightful choices. Service was top notch, atmosphere is great and the food was most delightful. We will definitely return regularly.

Where do I begin? What a dive. Sat at the bar. Sunday evening 5:30 pm. Dead. Bartender was the worst! I asked if any specials. “No” I asked if he would order calamari salad or eggplant parm. “I like calamari”. Ok, what would you order? “I Don’t know I don’t eat here”. I asked what was wrong with him. “ I just served 150 people.” I stated... well, you need to get over that and begin again. he broke a glass after I asked if he could wipe the bar where I sitting, said “fuck”. My husband’s dish was scrod. Mashed potatoes were dark. Old. I got calamari salad. Not too bad. But bartender has to go. He waited on other people...” what’d you guys want”? Really?

We sat at the bar. The bartender gave us our drinks and menus and didn't come back. After waiting about 10 to 15 mins another bartender came to the bar and tended to some other patrons. When he was finished he never even looked our way. I had to call him over for which he replied with a finger (wait a minute). 10 mins later he finally came back to take our orders. There were only about 3 other couples seated at the bar and there weren't many cars in the lot so they weren't busy! To make matters worse the food was marginal at best! I had a chicken sandwich, the chicken was over cooked and dry and my guest had the ravioli dinner which seemed a bit undercooked. We finally were given the check after again waiting several mins This will definently be the last time we stop at this establishment!
