I ordered food to be delivered to my house and when leaving the delivery guy tried to steal my kids toys off the steps and when I call the place they say that it was a misunderstanding that he thought it was trash how would you think it's trash when there is no trash in my front yard ?? My trash cans are in the backyard no where near the front

I've lived next to Golden Palace since I was a kid. I'm 31 now, and I have gone to Golden Palace for decades and they are just as delicious and amazing as they were years ago. They are always very nice and prompt with the food making. The one thing that amazed me is I always thought that chinese food came in frozen portions and they were just cooked from that state. Well one time I was in there ordering and I looked in the back at the prep table and I saw the cook cutting fresh broccoli and veggies for someone's order. I was amazed at the level of freshness and taste that Golden Palace has to offer. Definitely a place that you MUST try if you are in the mood for some delicious chinese food!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have been ordering from this place for years and love their food. They messed up my order so I called and asked nicely for it to be fixed, the lady who is the owner picked up and was extremely rude to me and wouldn't let me get a word out. Last time I order from them!

I love this restaurant. The food is always cooked to perfection. I always get the General Tso's chicken and I'm extremely picky. I have never had a bad meal from there. The chicken is tender on the inside and just enough crispiness on the outside. Can't wait to try the Gen Tso's shrimp!!!

I absolutely love this place. It is always clean and has a nice open kitchen. I ordered the Generals Tso and Veggie fried rice twice. Also got the Veggie soup, chicharro de pollo and egg rolls. Everything was fresh and also had a great taste. They are very attentive and have great prices. Must try!!

The people there are very friendly and the food is pretty good but the service is just terrible! Every time I order from them I get the same thing- lo mein with no onions. Usually whenever I order that I always get lo mein with no vegetables in it at all, which is NOT what I asked for!! I can only remember ONE time that they got my order right! Also when my last order was delivered to me the driver asked me how much I wanted to tip him before he gave me my change which I find extremely rude. A tip is a gratuity not an obligation. When my driver delivers my food I expect them to give me my full change and then I will tip however much I see fit. I won't order from them again.

Would give it no stars if i could. Ordered not to long ago and the food has little flavor you have to drench it in soy sauce to make it edible. Fried rice taste like white people cooked it and it was too smushy and no flavor like yhe rice might as well be pudding. Never ordering here again. People are nice thats about it but if you have no taste buds you eat here.

Food sometimes taste recycled, be very careful eating from this place. I use to eat from here like 2 a week for years but for the passed few years their food doesn't look taste or smell the same. They buy spoiled foods from stop n shop on westriver ave.

Always asking for a larger tip..basically begging and if you don't give it to him he gives an atittude! They need a new delivery driver!
