This place is amazing from the staff to the atmosphere to the drinks. Recently had a surprise birthday party there and couldn't have been more pleased with the service. We had the back room to ourselves with our own bartender, who was amazing. Such an awesome place for just a drink , to bring your friends or throw a party! Perfect location downtown Westerly. Who doesn't love beer and pinball. Great atmosphere, though it can get a bit overcrowded at times, but not Perks & Corks kind of crowded. Plenty of great IPAs, and the friendliest bartenders in Westerly.

One of the coolest places I've visited recently! Who doesn't enjoy some pinball? Especially with the added bonus of an awesome staff and great selection of small batch liquors. Disclaimer: I'm not a beer drinker, but I'm told the craft beer selection is on point by close friends. I had planned on going in for a quick game, and ended up walking out a few hours later. They are expanding to house a lounge and small plate options as well. I am very much looking forward to these additions. I was just there a week ago, and now writing this review....yes, I'll be heading back tomorrow for sure.

Tasty beer/cider selection with a fun, up-to-date collection of pinball machines (favorites were Star Wars and Guardians of the Galaxy). Nice big screen TV’s to catch the Olympics. The bartenders were super social and even taught us some pinball tricks! Flip Side is a fun alternative to the typical bar scene and a great place to test your skills over drinks with some friends.

Honestly lotta the pinball machines are pretty similar, but the Sopranos, Mars attacks, and iron maiden are standouts. The cocktails are good, free Swedish fish, restaurants nearby, and there's a lounge with a snes setup. Cool place with a chill local vibe.

This place is top notch and well worth a visit. I was amazed by the variety of pinball machines they have to offer. You can tell the owners really put their heart and soul into this place because the bar and machines are immaculate. You should definitely check this place out next time you are in town. Before you vist, I suggest viewing their website since they have tutorials on how to play all their games.

An awesome place to go for a couple drinks and some fun! We always hit up Flip Side on date night after dinner. Super friendly staff and quick service even when they're packed, reasonable drink prices with an excellent and expansive rotating selection of beers on tap, in cans and bottles. The place is always clean and all the pinball machines are always working and at 50¢ a play ( two tokens ) it's a cheap place to have a good time. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the place or the staff, it's that some people tend to bogart certain pinball machines which can be frustrating. Love it here!

Pinball machines are well taken care of and feature some of the top names (Adams Family, Lord of the Rings, Metallica...). Draws a good crowd and is located conveniently near some nice places to eat. Worth the trip.

I am honestly not a bar person. Bars generally make me uncomfortable. But they have dialed in the vibe at Flip Side. The bar staff are relaxed and accommodating and the patrons, whether pinball enthusiasts, novices, or just casual onlookers, are polite and friendly. No judgements are cast. I highly recommend stopping by--there's nowhere else quite like it!

With 7 or 8 pinball machines having 2-4 player options, great bartenders, a jukebox, and cool shirts, this place was the highlight of our day trip to Westerly. The bar was comfortable, the seating along the walls (with purse/coat hooks underneath the counter!!) was perfect for resting from a hard-won game or watching others play, and everyone there seemed to be having a great time! 10/10 would definitely recommend, and go back!!

Pindilyho googlerinos! The Flipside brings together two of the best things in life, beer and pinball. The tap list is second to none and the owners have curated an immaculate collection of perfectly maintained pinball machines. To top it all off the service is top notch and the bar is set in a very cool building in downtown westerly which is on its own a great destination. Highly recommended. Pin on!
