Absolutely horrible customer service! They will try to rip you off via overcharging, if you are not Hispanic or perceived to be. The lady stopped SEVERAL times in the middle of my order to whisper to her coworkers or simply walk away from the counter for no reason. She got my order wrong twice because of this then tried to overcharge me by $4. The photo is a machine made Jamaican meat pie that they sell. You can buy these in ANY supermarket! Apparently, it was in a pan soaking in oil under a heat lamp. Even after blotting it with napkins, grease came pouring out as I attempted to eat it. Never again.

This was the place to go for Dominican food 4-5 years ago. It's still very good, but the quality has definitely declined. It's not as packed as the other nearby Dominican places though, so if you're not wanting to wait in line 20+ minutes, this would be the place to go. They do have fewer options than most other nearby restaurants, but they have all the basics! They also have some tables and chairs so you can eat in.

I have been going here for years, I don't speak Spanish and they have always been very kind. I love the beef or chicken in the red sauce, the yellow rice, pork chops and the spaghetti and meat pies are good too! I've never had a bad meal from here.

I love this place, we go here all the time and Ana is awesome. The food is delicious and the you get a lot of food for the price. That's the place you want to go if you want a yummy home cooked meal. Very good and there is a variety of things and you can place an order

Very nice family restaurant the food is very good and very tasty I also like how the restaurant is very clean and very sanitized the ladies that serve the food have very good customer service skills and very well mannered, but the only setback is there are two male employees who are very rude very obnoxious And very impolite. When the lady serve the food you definitely get more than what you pay, but when the two males are serving the food they look for anyways or any means to get more money out of you and very little food. Please make sure that the lady serve you I do not hesitate to leave a nice tip

Really amazing food and huge portions for super low prices! The five dollar plate of rice and chicken fed me lunch and dinner. They also have a large selection of drinks and will open them for you even if you’re taking an order to go! Fast and quality service I defiantly recommend this place

The place is amazing there food is delicious and reminds me of home. The chicharon they make is delicious and el Morir Soñando is so delicious. I'd go there whenever I had money and still do to this day. Highly recommend coming here if your in the area. Delicious food and amazing employees

I just got fish and salad only she just put a small amount of salad two pieces of tomatoe and 1 cucumber in my plate. The server didn't know the price. Encause hardly anyone ask for it like thT usually it includes rice or something so she called another lady she was like look at the plate how much should I charge so the other day waike hummmmmm eight dollars so she just made up a number for my order that is so un profesional then when I said damn just for that salad and the fish she was like if you want leave it. I was like what the hell i said just charge it. I will never go there again on top she said the fish was 5 dollars and the salad 3 that's why she said yes then she said I can separate the salad in to a 2 dollar plate or a 1.50 plate so if you on Lu have 2 sizes why over charge me. Combinations are suppose to be cheaper wow just wow really bad customer service. Never again. I rather go to an American restaurant that charges me exactly 5.50 for salad with fish. Combo. The only reason I gave it a 2 star is because some of their food it's good

Food is great. I ordered a large amount for an event this week. Everything was great. I went in tonight to get food and the server was just not a very nice girl. Acted like my questions were a bother to her. They lose 2 stars for the ignorant servers. Maybe it was because I was not Dominican. Should not matter if you are in the restaurant business. We all put our pants on 1 leg at a time. If Inez is not there I will not even bother them anymore, since they don't want to be bothered anyway.
