We live in Florida but often drive up to Rhode Island to visit family. We had just made it in from our 18 hour drive and we were starving. Campanella's set us up right! Service was quick, drinks were stiff without being over powering. Started with a Greek salad to share, portion was big and dressing very delicious, the olives were even pitted. Then we both got a Calzone, each with different filling and both were tasted incredible, best Calzone I have ever had. Well definitely be back!

Amazing breadsticks! Huge and delicious! Great all around... don’t be fooled by the strip mall/ surrounding- this is a high quality mid tier Italian Restaurant- pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended! So much we couldn’t eat it all.

Took our Mom out to dinner here last night. Waitress was very ditsy. We waited long periods of time between her visits. She forgot things, and even when reminded, never brought them..One of our settings was dirty. When our meals finally arrived, we were thankful they were hot and tasted great. We witnessed several parties leaving due to her slow service.

Normally a 5 star but the last time I was charged 9.95 for a Capt and diet, that's totally not right, Twin Oaks don't even charge that! No restaurant should! I've been going to Campanella's for 20 and don't understand why....food is awsome though!

I live in Middletown, near Newport- which is at least 40 min from Campanellas. So why bother? Because I have NOT found a better pizza place, though I have tried. So whenever I am anywhere somewhat close, I call ahead & take one home. But it's also a great place to eat in, bring a date to, etc. You wont be disappointed!!

Was seated right away this time, first time there didn't see a host for 20 mins so we left. Great food but staff needs a lot of work, slow to get to you and forgot to bring our bread with our salads. Server nowhere to be found most of the time.

Everything Is fresh!!! No canned spinach or canned tomatoes. They even make their own dressing. Calzones, pizza and greek salads are out of this word good.

Absolutely my favorite place to eat in Rhode Island! My family loves it when I bring home pizza during the week - they run a pizza special Monday-Thursday where you get two pizzas for about $17. Very affordable for an excellent meal.

Chicken was dry and based old. And no breading. The pizza we ordered was awful. And the salad dressing stayed with us until the next day. Being Italian, this did not taste like Italian food. Especially the chicken and pasta. Had a funny taste. Don't think we will be going back. FYI we visited last night which was a Friday. Maybe it was hanging around awhile.

They have fantastic food. I love their signature tomato red sauce that they put on their chicken parm sandwiches. They make a good "coffee milk" too which is a Rhode Island thing and it's like chocolate milk but made with coffee sauce that has kind of a coffee sweet flavor.

Absolutely disgusting! I got a huge fly or horse fly in my salad! They offered to make me a new one or give me a credit for next time. Next time??? I will never be back! They should have offered a full refund! Picture is below...the thing was huge!!!! Last time my mom got a staple in her pizza! Never ever will I return and I will be calling the health department!

Every time we eat here it is a great experience. The waitresses are very friendly and attentive and the food is just out of this world. Topped the night off with their specialty dessert calzone filled with chocolate chip cookie, ricotta and covered in chocolate syrup. Along with a delicious capoacino. A terrific eating experience.

This is a real neighborhood place that serves pizza, calzones, pasta dishes, etc. The food is fresh and everything is really good. The service is friendly and quick. Jenn is the best. They also have a bar with several draft beers. A real gem.

I have never been when it is crowded, but when I do go, I adore the food. The cheese ravioli is phenomenal, and even the butter they use for the bread is incredible. The staff is friendly and patient, and every single waitress is a gem. I go here often, and I can't see myself stopping anytime soon.

First time I came here. Service was great, she was very outgoing and prompt with any requests. Pizza, Calzones, Salads, Sandwiches, Pasta. Also have a children's menu and specials on on the back of the menu!! We had split an appetizer of sauteed mushrooms, tomatoes, hot peppers over garlic bread. My lunch was a Stuffed Greek Salad. It was a Spinach Pie filled with their Greek Salad and Homemade Pita Bread. Choice was white, wheat or multigrain. I chose multigrain and was it amazing.
