We have been eating here since they first opened and have been happy to see that they have gotten busier but still always tables available. The food is fantastic and contrary to a comment I saw on staff changeover the owner is always there waiting tables. She did have a helper for a while who I haven’t seen last couple visits. It’s quite nice and clean inside and service is always prompt. From a selfish level I want them to go gangbusters and be around for a long time as they are the best Indian locally for me. Their biryani is quite good and we tried the egg last night and it was excellent. My wife always gets the lamb korma and while I have tried everything on the menu I tend to get the lamb kadahi, with its rich and spicy sauce.

Food and service were excellent. Some people have complained about waiting for there food to long but its well worth it. Its not fast food because its freshly made. They have the best mango chicken! My hubby had the lamb saag and said it was great. The naan bread is made fresh and sooo good, we ordered some more to take home to go with our leftovers. We usually love garlic naan but the onion was the best! Slightly expensive but good size portions. Don't be thrown off by the plaza its situated in because this place is a hidden gem for indian food. The only thing I did not like was the mango lassi which is usually a favorite of mine but here it was premixed instead of freshly made to order and had an overpowering taste of yogurt. I don't know if its always like that or if someone was just heavy handed with the yogurt when it was made earlier. I highly recommend trying this place. We went midweek around 3:30 and had the place almost to ourselves.

I have read the reviews and they are mixed. I had a great experience with both take out and in restaurant dining. I ordered on Grubhub and though they do take time to deliver, The food always arrives hot and in The timeframe promised. The food is great and the service was too while dining in the restaurant. Our server was very attentive and polite. I would definitely go back and recommend Bollywood to others.

This place is great the drinks are bomb. I had the Indian Oasis I read it had rum Midori banana liqueur and mango and pineapple juice great combo, and the food oh my God so good, the Indian spices and the Heat so good. The staff are very welcoming as well.

Decent place for Indian cuisine. Enhanced by Indian music, food is good and so is the service. They have a bar too. Staff is nice. There's ample of parking available. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, however I've never seen anyone dining outdoors. Restrooms are available.

The best northern Indian food in Rhode Island. Great staff, clean, and comfortable. Giant projection screen showing Bollywood films, and music videos. Large function room with multiple televisions for watching the game. Buffet is superb, with great variety.

Worst experience ever. Ordered food via Grubhub which said it will arrive in 40-50 minutes. Called the restaurant 60 minutes later and they said the food will be there in 2-5 minutes since Grubhub gave false information. The lady from Bollywood Grill told me how they have other customers in the restaurant and they are busy so they can't control what time the driver will be there. They hung up on me twice, blaming grubhub, the driver, the busy restaurant all of that. Received my food 85 minutes after I placed my order. All the while I was on the phone with them, they kept telling me they were on the phone with the driver and he was 5 minutes away - the whole time. Kindly do not deny this Bollywood Grill, as I have actual screenshots of the time I placed the order and the time the driver showed up 85 minutes later.

Serving Indian cuisine in Cumberland. They have nice North Indian food. I tried their malai kofta, dal amritsari, masala naan, butter naan and complimentary rice with curries. Dal was mild spiced, koftas were served in creamy spiced gravy unlike the sweet ones. Both naans were the same. If one is tempted to try indian food, this place can be tried once.

Those who know Punjabi food know what I'm talking about, place is nothing more than a Joke, Picked up Dal Makhni and Kadhai Paneer. One of the worst food ever. Just throw some Paneer in half cooked tomato paste and present it as 'Kadhai Panner', no flavor at Flavours. Dal Makhni was not like Dal Tardka , watery, Naans were chewy. This place must be ignored. Shame on this place to sell Indian food.

Food tastes good. Really liked the Kura app and goat curry. My friend ordered 'salmon tikka masala' and received tilapia hidden in his red sauce. Asked about the white fish and was told, 'we're out of salmon', but wasn't warned before ordering. Tilapia is the least expensive fish you can buy. Nothing like salmon, farmed or not. No apologies, no price adjustments. Later, received bill with additional $8 charge for my two kids' milks. That's a bit over the top for two child's sized milks. Cost as much as my beer. Despite tasty food, didn't feel like they were being honest with me. Cutting corners to save $1.25 a pound on fish is bad business. Charging $4 each for a 12oz kids milk is bad business. Will never return. I hope it was goat I was eating.

We went to an Indian market while visiting toysrus that’s closing . We asked them where is the great Indian restaurant around here, and they recommended Bollywood. It was really really good. I had the tiki massala ( excuse the spelling ) . Wife had biryan ( rice dish with onions and shrimp). Over all very tasty. I’ve had Indian food in Boston and there’s one in Sharon , eat here! Modern atmosphere and the waitress was nice too.

I really had to revisit the review this time. This is my 3rd time in BG and it's was not a good experience. Food was good but customer services, they have to improve. Customer service should be provide at all times in every visit and not just the first. The owner was brilliant and he know how to interact with customer but this has to be taught to the frontline staffs. I don't think that I will never visit this restaurant again. For me money is not everything it's the relationship what matters then profit will automatically arise.
