Customer service here is great didnt catch the names of the staff that took care of me but they are super friendly and fast they definitely care about their customers here, which is rare nowadays for fast food restaurants. Food was fresh and tastes good will come back again when in the area for sure!

Where to start. One of the worst places I have ever been I don't even know where to start. We ordered the big pack for $19.99 and a small one for our son. Went to get drinks and no ice available. Had to ask for ice since machine had none. Pop was flat and warm it melted the ice right away and was still warm and flat. We wouldn't even let out son drink it it was that bad. Plus every option was empty and not refilled. All the workers were dirty and looked like they had drug problems. I normally don't say or comment on that on here but was bad. After 25 minutes of waiting wife had enough and asked for a refund. After others that were waiting heard my wife the line built for a refund. Places was disgusting and dirty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. After that experience don't know if when traveling if we would ever go to another one. I suggest White Castle Corp or the health Dept investigate this place. Disgusting and very unhappy

Drive through was packed so I went inside. The line was to the back door. I waited in line 15 minutes they helped 3 people out of the 12 that were in front of me. I left. You shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes + to even place your order at a fast food hamburger place. Needless to say I will probably not be making a return to White Castle.

This is a real throwback for me when I went to school in Indiana so I'm a bit partial. These burgers were sliders before sliders was a thing. The burgers are steamed with great little onions. Fries were good also. You may find a better burger out there but these are unusual.

The service at this particular White Castle is hit-or-miss. The later the day goes on the worst of service becomes. Early in the day you can get some excellent food and excellent service. You are pressing your luck at anything after 7 p.m. Last night I was served some old cheeseburgers that have been sitting around for awhile. I do enjoy this establishment but only during traditional business hours. I am giving this place 3 stars because that's exactly what it is worth.

this place should be shut down immediately. the employees are horrible, there is absolutely no customer service as they don’t even have an active service number to call. you guys left me waiting at the drive through window for TEN MINUTES waiting on my drinks. i was banging on the glass with the lady practically STARING at me and she still ignored me. my food was thrown and dumped upside down into the bag. i’m furious, and to top it all off, your phone number doesn’t work so i can’t file a complaint. don’t give these people money.

The store was very dirty. No ice in the soda machine, and if you wanted a case of burgers, it would have been a 2 hour wait. Service was incredibly disappointing and so was the food. Overall, it wasn't worth the novelty. Just check you local grocery store, they're just as good and cheaper.

Ridiculously slow, and not that great. Multiple customers with a 30 minute wait. Order placed at 5:57 didn't get food until 6:25. How long is this supposed to take? Asked what was on burgers as this is my first time at a White Castle. Response was cheese ketchup and pickles. Ordered two sets of sliders, one without pickles. Both came with pickles. There were also onions that were not mentioned. Drinks machine did not have most drinks or flavors available. This is pretty sub-par considering it is dinner time on a Wednesday. Would never return to this location. P.S. Not sure why people like White Castle as the sliders have moist buns and really thin strips of meat more like steak ums. Must be personal preference. Probably won't return to any White Castle any time soon.

The only white castle within driving distance for me and tons of other Pennsylvanians, I was underwhelmed by service. Food was good but be sure to call ahead if your going with the aim of trying their IMPOSSIBLE slider, as they were out of stick and admittedly, they would be for some weeks to come. White Castle is great tho, I had the veggie sliders.

Store is clean and the employees were friendly. Ordered the Impossible slider meal, which takes longer, so I always go inside. Prep seemed to take a little longer than normal. My order was correct. The fries were just warm.

This brings back the good old days when hamburgers we're just meat and bread with some ketchup. Back in my high school days, I would stop at my local White Castle and order at least 8-10 of the hamburgers with half them with cheese and a milk shake. Yep, the good old days. Leap forward a few decays and I can only have it one in a while now.

The service is great! The onion rings, very tasty. The sliders...I guess what you'd expect for 150 calories. You get what you pay for with White Castle. The place looked very clean.

Ordered a toasted breakfast sandwich: they forgot to TOAST it. Ordered waffles with syrup: no syrup given, when asked for it, was told "they stopped serving it" Would have been nice to know that when I ordered them. Asked for two spoons and only received one and a "sorry, we're out of them". Either the manager needs to step up their game, or the owner needs to get a new manager.

If your in a hurry don't go here. The veggie burger is great and always well prepared. Mixed our order and did not give us the right price. As to be expected when going there. Staff has little knowledge of their own product. But as I said worth the wait for the veggie burger.

Very under staffed, taking advantage of workers like this is not right. He was very nice for someone under a lot of pressure and stress. White Castle in Allentown is friendly, clean and the staff was working hard to get the orders out on a busy Sunday. Although it took a while to get my food, I was glad to wait. After the fries I ordered didn't make it into the order (the cashier did repeat it back but I hadn't noticed the exclusion) the manager gave them to me anyway. It's excellent customer service like that and the freshness of the food, that will make me a repeat customer. Thank you!

Inspired by the movie, we drove 3 1/2 hours in the middle of the night just to get briefcases of mini cheeseburgers. Was worth every second and every penny. The store manager even took a picture with us and gave me a WC pin. Next time I will call ahead that we are coming. :)

I felt like the drive thru wait was a little long. Maybe ten minutes almost. I'm not sure if that's normal for this style of fast food though. I dont usually mind waiting but in this situation I was in a hurry and though this would be a fast and convenient stop. Great food though.

I went originally the day this restaurant opened. Things were shaky . Now, it tastes like the original Jersey branch. I now go once every two weeks. Employees are friendly and cool. They kinda go out of there way to help. 5 stars!

Went there for a delivery pick up...a 2 small item order, that is. There where only three girls working in there on a Friday night. I waited for over 30 minutes while they took care of the drive-through. 4 other parties were waiting in the lobby before me. Instead of alternating orders for drive through and lobby orders, they focused on the drive through the whole time. Not to mention, my delivery order was put in long before I even got there. On top of all of this, there was no ice in the soda machine and they were even out of napkins. I mean, they actually had a role of bathroom paper towels on one of the tables that people were getting up from their seats ripping from! What the what!!? 2 people left without getting their food and needless to say after 45 minutes of waiting and after asking how much longer and being told 'I donno." I cancelled the order and did the same! Ugh!

I from the Bronx and had 3 White Castle's within 6 miles. White Castle's are not for everyone, they are an acquired taste. Those that eat them " LOVE THEM". I now live in Pennsylvania and drive 1.5 hours one way to get them. The ones you can buy at the supermarket are NOTHING LIKE restaurant White Castle's.

It's White Castle so you should expect to be getting dog food packaged as people food. The reason this restaurant gets to stars is because of the unbelievably slow service. My kids love it so I'm forced to go but I now know to carve out at least a half an hour for the visit. There are always way too few employees on staff and the employees that are there obviously don't want to be there.

Place was filthy. Had to wipe onions off the table i ate at. Bathroom had no soap or napkins. Soda machine was out of 1/2 its stock. Seemed overstaffed for no reason. Buncha lazy bafoons behind the counter just standing around. Also napkin dispenser ran out of napkins after i took the last few. Glad i didnt do something idiotic like drive 3 and a half hours to get there.

No ice was available for the soda machine but this is White Castle - you can't expect a perfect dining experience. If you like their burgers the place is fine.

Slowest fast food drive thru. It took us 45 minutes from the time we ordered till we received out food. Ordered at 6:45 received food at 7:30. It was not even dinner time and only 2 customers inside. We saw 4 people working (????). Must not have good management at this location. Will not go back anytime soon.

White Castle has always been an adventure for me. As kids we'd drive hours away to the nearest one. Now that it's in town, I find myself avoiding it, as to not pull from the nostalgia. Alas, I went here a few times, last time was during lunch. I ordered one thing, a cheeseburger crave case. Simple 30 sliders, put it in a box, the world moves on. Now I understand this is not easy feat, but I don't think it should take 25 minutes for it to be finished. The food was exactly as it should have been, I can't complain about that. The attendant was nice and professional as well. The time it took to prepare the food was what bothered me. And it's not just this time, it seems it's always been slow, so at this point, who is the fool? Them for having slow rates, or me for expecting more?

As a vegan the hubby & I often wind up getting a salad because most places dont have vegan options. Well we won't have to look any further for a fast food fix because White Castle has the Impossible Burger on their menu!!! Although we had to order the burgers a 1/2 hour in advance (because they cook these burgers on a separate grill) the food was well worth the wait!
