I go because it's convenient to work but the location is terrible. There is no park and it's always overcrowded. The staff there seems like they never stop moving because there are too many customers. Buyout the neighbor, knock both buildings down and build bigger with a bigger parking lot.

I'm a regular customer here. I buy all my last minute need items in the morning or night. This from coffee to sandwichs, drinks, milk it's so easy to grab on the go. They always get my orders right an it gets done rather quickly. ( Depending on how full the store is) If they do get your order wrong which I seen before just ask for assistance they are very easy to talk to. Things are priced just alittle higher like any other usual gas station etc. The employee's are super nice, patient, and hard working! If you go there often you will be eventually remembered making you can't help to smile and come back. One of the best places for costumer service! Which is why it's one of my go to places.

Horrible parking, entry and exit into this place is an accident waiting to happen. Location can be improved with access and parking. Always full and lines, lacks gas station that most Wawa's have & lacks updated amenities inside.

Sandwiches are good, the bread and ingredients are fresh and even though they're always busy the food service was quick. The options for milkshakes are limited, so I didn't get one. The computer ordering system doesn't allow you to put custom instructions for your order which is frustrating. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating.

It is convinient for us that live around the neighborhood. Very safe area to walk in the middle of the night to go get munchis. Exept of course Allentown Police 3Rd Shift. They are the only ones harrasing people at night. One think twice before getting out the house in the middle of the night for cigarettes or food. Worrying if rhey will stop you to question you about where you going or where you coming from. Soecially being hispanic. The fact is that people are afraid to get out their houses not because of the criminals but because the cops.Even when one is clean and in law the experience of being stopped by 5 cops in the middle of the night it is scarry and intimidating. Other than that the food ids good , the service and employees are awesome.

15th street has a few shining stars as workers. And the rest are just there. A gentleman who had helped me today, with my transaction, was extremely personable quick and efficient. I'm not too sure what the young gentleman's name is, however, he was cashiering about 6:00 p.m.. I noticed that his manager had an uncovered and visibly showing tattoo on her arm, as she was making food. I also visually noticed how this young gentleman expedited his line with respect and courtesy. He was the only concerned and smiling face there. As I told one of his system managers the other week I hope that they groom him to be a manager and not just another miserable worker. I will be funny out his name in contacts in corporate accordingly. As far as miss tattoo that was uncovered and completely unsanitary, you ought to talk to osha in or resign. Sincerely, disgusted...

I love stopping in for a very large cup of Wawa coffee. I'm usually in and out fairly quickly. The staff are friendly and attentive. However, this local Wawa needs a bigger location (more parking) for the amount of people it serves. I spend more time trying to park, than I do in the store.

I witnessed an altercation between an employee and a customer and the manager didn't intervene to solve the problem. He actually joined with the employee and they both started to curse at the customer and kicked her out. All because the customer requested her sandwiches to be made the same way by the same employee. Then the male employee coming back from break started arguing with the female customer telling her to shut up and cursing her out. The worst part was the manager ignoring the bad behavior and then kicking the customer out of the store.
