Worst brunch ever. No redeeming qualities. The eggs benedict were hard and devoid of hollandaise. The prime rib was tough and overcooked. Even the cocktail sauce for the shrimp cocktail was terrible. It tasted like a cross between french dressing and barbeque sauce. Wont go back.

The food was terrible. The selection was small. On a Saturday evening they had a short menu. Why. For the money I could have had better food in the food court. Would not recommend this to anyone. Low grade dog food. Even the dessert bar was bad . Service was good but somewhat understaffed.

They do not accept reservations made on the website. We received email and phone confirmations on our reservation and were told by the Carvery host they do NOT accept them. Customers stood in line over 30 minutes waiting to get in after the 11am opening. We were told the servers are scheduled to come in at 11:30. Our party was meeting prior to my daughter's graduation and this would make her late. The host finally moved us past the line to our tables, and comped my daughter's meal. Had it not been for the terribly long wait forced on those in line, my rating would have been higher.

Had an early lunch at the Carvery with 2 others. We were some of the 1st customers so everything on the buffet was fresh. The selections were wonderful. From the 3 kinds of soup, 4 kinds of salad greens, other cold salad dishes, carving station that had roast beef, turkey and sausage and a hot station with various carb and vege dishes to the fabulous dessert station with pies, cakes, petit fours and crepes made to order. At $14.95 it's a good deal. What made it even better was our bogo free coupon.

The food was Awful!! I'm not one to usually complain but the selection and quality was Unbelievable for a Casino. Pittsburgh is so much nicer! Only protein was Prime Rib and it was full of gristle and tough. The salad entrees were dried out, obvious they had sat there all day and not fresh. There were vegetable entrees (I think) you couldnt tell what they were, unrecognizable. For 19.99 it was unacceptable, I was afraid to try most items for fear of getting sick. I would never eat there again, they comped the gentlemen next to us, they went up to view the options and left. In the future, even if free , I wouldn't risk it! Buyer stay away!

We ate dinner there tonight! Prices were raised to $35.99 for Valentine's Day, which we never saw the sign because it was on the opposite side of the podium! The salad bar was out of several items. I was on crutches and had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to come to the carving station to slice me a piece of Prime Rib, which was very tuff that I could hardly cut it, and my Husband's had a sliver of bone in it! My Husband loves anything Seafood ( I Don't) and he couldn't eat the Seafood Pasta because he said it had no flavor and tasted like Chalk! All the steamed vegetables were either cold or luke warm! The Beef Gravy had a sweet flavor to it so I couldn't eat my mashed potatoes that I also had to wait for. The manager ask how everything was & I told him not very good, he ignored my response and continued processing our bill while talking to another trying to figure out why the receipt for another customer wasn't printing! We've had dinner here several times & I can honestly say 3 out of the last 5 times it was horrible! Mostly the excuse is they got a new Chef or are Short Staffed in the kitchen! For $35.99 tonight I Had a Small Salad & Roll a Cup of Wedding Soup, 2 Bites of Tuff Prime Rib, 3 Bites of Mashed Potatoes with a Sweet Brown Gravy & a Chicken Leg & the last piece of Cheesecake! My Husband didn't eat most of what he chose either because it was so bad! Don't think we'll be going back!

Ate the Thanksgiving buffet at the restaurant. Good was excellent. The salad bar was awesome. Loved all the different choices. The prime rib was very good. Big selection of dessert. The dessert was ok. A bit dry from sitting out. Overall great place to spend Thanksgiving instead of cooking

It's a buffet. Definitely expected it to be better for the amount of advertising they do for it.. Not a lot of meat choices, and unreliable quality and selection. Sometimes there's a lot to choose from and its fresh, other times there's not many options and it is been sitting for awhile. I was there earlier today and was disappointed, best thing I had was the salad.

Food was mediocre, silverware was dirty, prime rib was raw! Their stations were not well maintained. gravy was overflowing from the ladel rest. Was charged a gratituty charge on a two person check because we sat with 2 couples. $54.54 is a bit much for a couple to eat. Never again!

Giving 1 star just to be kind. Walked in this buffet and was in shock! Not much food to pick from and the waitress's mainly stand around talking to each other. Been there numerous times because of comps and it stinks for a casino. I'd say Rivers is the place to go.

Not much to choose from on the buffet...rolls are usually hard. It's ok but not worth the price. The buffets at Wheeling Island Casino and Rivers Casino are about the same price with much much more to choose from. The dessert selection is better than it was and the omelet bar (during bruch) is good.

Went to the Seafood buffet on Friday. First off they raised the price again to 33.99 with a players card. The Buffett was AWFUL! Crab cakes with ZERO crab, all filling. The Prime Rib was so over cooked and the Swordfish was disgusting. The crab legs were so tiny, over cooked and drenched in old day that it wasn't worth the time or effort. This Buffet use to be good but now is a TERRIBLE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Went there on May 11 th for mothers day and they jacked the price up even though there was a desperate mothers day buffet downstairs....worst buffet I ever had .....not casino quality tough ...prime rib that tasted like dirty socks...all the food was cold and tried an extra crispy omelet and a disgusting crepe it was obvious no one knew what they were doing including the girl that couldnt even slice meat properly..it was so bad I didn't even ask for a refund I just wanted to leave....if anyone from the meadows reads this which im sure they wont because they obviously don't care i want reimbursed my name is doug rowland ...save your money go to the waffle house.....its better than the carvery...i wish I was joking lol

Food always good here , but space for more types of hot foods seems limited, hot foods are split up on opposite sides of the room on prime dinner nights to allow for mor selections, carvery station always a plus, desert section limited andd depending where your seated, you have to traverse to the completed other end of the room.

My wife and I use To go every friday to the all you can eat crableg night it was great. Then the owners got greedy .as much money as the casino pulls in.they could have kept it the way it was, but they raised the price on the buffet.and raised the price on the crab legs even more.we don't eat there anymore.hell they even took the birthday spins away unless.you spend a fortune there.and that was a really shity thing for them to do

Very disappointed. 2nd time ever there and probably last. Flounder was dried out and cold carrots were cold and hard. Nnoodles were cold and hard. Prime rib was decent. Left there still hungry. Waitress stated pretty much left over from lunch. We went at 5 pm.

Went here with a group for dinner this past Saturday may 20th. I enjoyed it. The food was really good. Salad bar selection was good. The beef at the carving station was unreal. It was so tender. It fell apart in my mouth. The only complaint I have is the fact that a lot of items were empty. It looked like they couldn't keep up. I didn't understand this because it wasn't that busy at all. After my salad I went up to the side station. The only item available was mashed potatoes. Everything else was empty. I really didn't feel like waiting there for 4 other items to be refilled. I would go back because the food that was actually available was good. But I would like to be able to try the other items that weren't out. The only side I had was mashed potatoes. That was frustrating.

Very disappointed in buffet. Even with Bogo I will not be there again. The salad bar was needing alot of work, had to stop 3 people for someone to bring lettuce. 2 managers and one waitress , finally the waitstaff got the meatcraver and he came and took the bowl and about 5 minutes later a older woman carried it back. I was not the only one waiting. The green peppers were spoiled, foamy, and not looking good. The waitstaff informed us that they have never eaten there. My husband and I waited for the manager to come to our table since the waitstaff went behind the wall by the dessert station and announce to whoever was back there that the woman at the table was not happy. The dessert table is a joke. Boxes from Sisco carries a cross the restaurant and opened and left on counter. I could buy Sisco if I wanted. Looked for ice cream like you use to have, nothing all cakes and pies. I did have a decent peanut butter cookies that looked like was baked there. The women who changed places often with plastic gloves on, touched things not food and did not change gloves when they handles the frozen thawed desserts. Please teach the staff that the customer does see things and to be careful about the traffic thru the restaurant with the boxes or containers. I stated that if I was from the health department I would have shut it down. When staff states they do not eat there why should I ? The cheese and meat tray was warm but that's what I ate. My husband tried several meats carved and in the chaffing dish and the only one he could enjoy was the teriyaki pork. Thank you for listening to my concerns and complaints. Also since you have taken away the order off menu choices I will be going to the food court instead of sitting and having a decent dinner with my husband. Audrey Verner

It is what it is...a Buffet...cheap food products with decent service, however this place definitely knows its clientele, our age group is not their target demographic!
