After playing poker me and my good friend decided to have lunch at steelworks buffet. Best decision I had made that day. The food was excellent. The service was very prompt and pleasant. Thier staff is great too, the manager there Doris really treat us well. Thank you, I will be back soon.

Love going to eat at the buffet when I visit the casino, food is always good and you can eat as much as your stomach can hold. When you go to a regular restaurant you get a meal and paid additional for desserts. Hope to see you in a few months from now!!!!

I've eaten here on the buffet side and also in the regular dining area and at the bar. The first time I had these spring rolls with plum sauce that were divine! Then they took them off the menu and replaced them with these nasty quesadillas.. So the food is so so and the buffet is just a smidge better Fastest service is to the bar.

We visit Emeril's restaurant again on Saturday night the experience from Friday night to Saturday night was like night and day the waitress would look really rude she didn't seem to want to serve us and the food was mixed up We complain to the manager and I don't think he did anything about it we probably won't be coming back there anymore someone should let Emerald know the type of people that's working at his restaurants is bringing his business down his food was good on Friday night but Saturday we waited almost 50 minutes before we got our food and the waitress was really terrible I'm sorry I didn't get her name she shouldn't be working around people thank you

We went for breakfast after staying at Sands overnight. It was okay; limited breakfast options, prepared okay. A bit pricey for eggs and French toast, but I guess we're paying for convenience? Still, $80 for 5 people for breakfast is a bit steep, so be forewarned. Coffee and a donut is just a few steps away.

1st time customer. Came in between meal change so it was nice to get more options. Very small but all the food tasted good. My kid even ate the steak !! The food signs were not updated right away and there was no extra parmesan cheese for the Italian options. We really loved the meatballs. No bathrooms close by .

Absolutely horrible!!! Paid $72 plus tip for the buffet for my wife and I. The selection was a joke. Pizza and Mac n cheese are you kidding. Prime rib, meatballs, Mac n cheese were all cold and had been sitting out for way longer then they should have been. Service: the waitress was really just doing as much as she could but place was under staffed and just overall severely disappointing. We will never go again.

We chose the buffet today for lunch, you can also eat alacart. Food wasn’t bad. Some of the meats were a bit overdone. The eggplant dish was very good. I can say that the selection on the buffet was huge and included dessert.

The served breakfast was excellent. Eggs to order was brought hot to the table and cooked to perfection. Server was professional and proficient. My only advice is to avoid the buffet. Its has the fewest selection of any casino i have ever been to and the quality is very poor. Stick with the sit-down served service. The casino is under new owners and is renamed Wind Creek. I hope the new management does something about this below par buffet.

It's 2 restaurants in one! You can pay one price and have the buffet with many choices your drink and desserts are included or you can order from their menu which has many great apps, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, snacks, dinner sized salads, delicious deserts! They serve breakfast all day! On Saturdays after 5pm they have "All you can eat lobster buffet". Nice bar with happy hours and Daily drink specials Bud lite , Miller lite for $3 long island iced teas $6 Appletinis, Lemon drop martinis and cosmos $7 staff is friendly and service is great! Stop by the Sands to gamble, shop at the outlets and eat at STEELWORKS BUFFET & GRILL

It wasn't a bad buffet, certainly not the best. The price was a little high for the low selection available during lunch. The service was good our waiter was great. The food overall was mediocre, but had some good points. The eggrolls were fantastic, as well as the mashed potatoes. The desserts were also decent the best part of the buffet.

Have been going to Steel Works Buffet for 8 months getting tired of the same selection, foods over cooked, very salty, dry and no flavor. Some meals like the baked macaroni, spare ribs are not bad. But today the meat balls tasted as though somebody threw a cup of salt in the mix and I'll say it again the shrimp is over cooked.. but the servers make it very pleasant to be there...

The beef is so tough the knife they provide could not even cut through my slice tougher than shoe leather the pizza looks Frozen and when they do have the lobster all you can eat you better get there first come first serve because when we got there there was none left that was only at 6 p.m. very few food stations for the price you pay.

Steelwork no food no food not more then 15 item to choose from..Make sure don't eat the lobster buffet at Saturday they give you not fresh lobster and over Price $79.99 ...Please don't go there is so many good restaurant there...No food no food no food....If you don't trust me go around the restaurant then pay... First and foremost thank you for having my date and I for a late night dinner. I loved everything about what your restaurant has to offer. Having a date along w/ me and being 2 of 3 people sitting at the bar at approximately 9:30 pm bar service is above excellent. Unfortunately after our food was placed in on the bar, another worker was speaking to a customer from what sounded like the long version of a bunion that formed into pimple and the process of getting it surgically removed. It had gotten to the point where it became far to vulgar and explicit where I could not eat my food and was forced to ask for a to go box. With that being said, I could not eat my $70 meal as leftovers due to the experience I had. Loved everything about the restaurant, I just wished i could have enjoyed the chicken.

On June 30 we went to the buffet at 7pm It was terrible. The food was not hot at all. The stuffed fish was dried out and hard as a rock. I brought this to the attention of the server and she said the cooks are going to do a temp check The manager never acknowledged the poor disgusting situation. Now I know why the casino was very crowded but this restaurant was EMPTY!! That should have been a sign to avoid this place.

We came to Sands for a birthday and decided to eat at your restaurant. We found out and ended up paying the Saturday night prices and were asked if we were wanting lobster. We stated no. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant with food. There were so many things wrong. There were so many options out and not to code and not even touched. We sent several plates away of different options that were completely inedible. The seafood was completely overlooked and COLD! The cold shrimp was even a shame - and the “cocktail sauce” was a bowl full of ketchup. Another patron complained about the fried shrimp and a manager pulled the item into a bowl. Upon one of what I assume was a head chef, coming out and questioned the girl at the carving station about it, the carving girl explained to her it was too cold and old and the chef scoffed, proceeding to snatch up the bowl and dump it back out on the floor. The other employees stood behind the line and squabbled about who went for a smoke break and who was going next because everyone was cranky. It was truly a grueling experience and I’m contemplating putting in a complaint to the health board. My partner and I both got sick almost immediately from eating at your establishment. And we barely ate anything of what we grabbed, which is a shameful thing. The waiters were very pleasant but the food will shut you down.

Thankful for the lobster because it was the only thing price worthy. I’ve eaten here several times and I have to say it’s my last. The buffet was barely filled w food of value. Chicken wings, legs, one vegetable, one soup. It use to have appeal and variety. The deserts were all stale, as if the came out of the freezer and food temps were off. Not worth 69.00 a person.
