Were looking for a place to eat after visiting Turkey Hill Experience (only 15 minutes away). We were a little nervous when all we saw were homes in the neighborhood. This unassuming little restaurant is on the corner. Americana style place, with really delicious food. Burgers are very similar to shake shack. My husband enjoyed his tandoori chicken cheesesteak, though a bit spicy!

Very disappointed. Had high hopes for this restaurant. Waited a hour and 15 minutes for food to be delivered and the order was so incorrect, fries were burnt and the food was cold. The pictures had my mouth watering and when the food arrived,it did not live up to the pictures or expectations.

Really good burgers. They have a list of toppings so you can make your burger the style you want. Got that classic 50's burger joint feel and decor without being too fancy. Price was reasonable and when I told them I had a train to catch they got my food out lickety-split. Recommend to feel train goers or any office workers looking to carry out.

Food was fine but there was an issue with the order. My wife and I ordered through Doordash and it would not let me order my cheese steak without ordering a side and a drink so I did. When the order arrived my drink was not there. The delivery driver for Doordash said they didn't give him the drink. When I reached out to them store I spoke to the owner who kept talking over me while I was trying to explain the situation and was just straight rude to me. He made no effort to fix the issue. For the record shows a complaint had also been made with Doordash. The driver was not available to go back for my drink because he left the city to do other orders.

Great service. Went with my fiancè and her mom, i got a cheese steak and onion rings, came with Chipotle mayo, girlfriend got nuggets and fries and a shake, her mom got fries, end point : food is good and filling, for all this stuff it was roughly 20, at other places it'd be upwards of 30, and the people here are nice too. Overall, good food, good people, nice environment.

Omg!!!!! The cheeseburger was so delicious. Angus beef goodness. The onion rings were super crunchy and they were not greasy at all. The curly fries were wonderful as well. This restaurant has a homey feel to it and the staff are really nice. I can't wait to go back and they their cheesesteak. Very delicious food for a great price.

Found this place on google listed as a halal place for comfort food in nowhere Pennsylvania. The food was decent but the service could use some improvement. The waiter took our orders but there was some mix up and we didn't get our food for about an hour. Overall not bad.

I went here late on a Sunday. The place was empty. Ordered a double cheeseburger and small fries. I was out the door, food in hand, in under 10 minutes. The burger was very good and the small fries was an enormous portion. I'd say they were average. No disappointments but also no exceeded expectations. I would go back again.

So... I had been living in Lancaster for a little over 2 years and I never had the chance to stop here. I decided to order for delivery and all I'm gonna say is HOLY COW!!! They brought my order and the delivery lady was so nice and has a beautiful smile! Normally when you order food specially fries it is expected to be all over the bad but not in this case! The food was so neat when I opened the bad! Curly fries are so good and the bueger was so juicy! Definitely eating here more often!!

I've been going to this location since I was younger when it was the sandwich factory. It is now route 66 and I still go because the food is really good. Just be careful when you order the hot wings, they're really spicy unlike other restaurants lol. I would recommend this spot for some quick, good eats.

BAD SERVICE. ordered a cheese steak while at work and it came with a hair. The owner said if i wanted a new one i would have to bring it back myself. He even hung the phone up on me. If I could give no stars I would. It took over an hour and half for a 50 dollar order. And then when I complained about it the cashier had a nerve to get nasty on the phone. my kids didn't eat until after 10 and they still messed my order up with no solution and expected me to reorder I think not.

I finally made it to this little gem! I've been following them on instagram forever. So I ordered a single cheeseburger with American all the fixins and the Route 66 sauce. Also ordered fries and a strawberry milkshake. Let's just say I'll be back again soon. The food came out hot and fresh. I meant to take a pic of my cheeseburger but before I could remember it it was gone. It's a little joint that was a big hit with my family and I. The place could use a good scrub and some fresh paint but it doesn't take away from he friendly staff and good food.

On our way to Rhode Island we decided to go out of way to try these burgers and oh man it was a great decision. Once we got there we had trouble finding the parking spot once we parked we ordered cheese steak and quad burge with curly fries. Burger was huge, juicy and delicious burger patties were fresh and didn't feel or tasted like frozen patties even meat used in cheese steak was awesome. Owner of the shop was really nice he told us about the source of beef. This place have a nice old school ambience which I loved it very much. Overall experience was great food was awesome people worked there was great. Will definitely visit this place again if I am ever on that side.

Absolutely disgusting!! The first time we ordered from them through Grubhub the food was good. Last night was BAD!! Not only were we missing half of our order, the half we got was gross. The cheesesteaks had the wrong cheese and the rolls were HARD! Paid for EXTRA cheese and it wasn't even on there!! Got my Mozz sticks with DISGUSTING MARINARA SAUCE that tasted like tomato paste, the girl who answered the phone said she was a supervisor and the sauce was fresh, what a joke! The fried oreos were burned and tasted burnt!! Bought a large onion rings and a large curly fries with our food and WE DIDN'T GET THEM!! Bought a large coke and a large sprite and didn't get them either!! The driver from Grubhub bought us two sodas at Sunoco and brought them back. Called Route 66 and asked for a manager the girl said they were busy and no owner is around. She called me back to tell me that the owner was giving me a refund and I never got it!! Will be calling back today!!!

The chicken tender platter with fries comes with 2 tenders so small that put together would make up the size of a normal one. The food was cold and they forgot my milkshake. Also never put turkey bacon on my burger. Very bad experience. Will not buy from here again.

We went here to eat food because the reviews were good but when we went there there were kids cleaning the restaurant which is against the law . And even though he had kids working there cleaning the place the cleanness was horrible it was super dirty in there . We ordered fries and nuggets and hamburger. He gave us barely any fries and the fact that he gave us like no fries is already something to be mad about but the fact that they were burnt was just annoying and my nuggets had hair in them so they don’t where hats or anything in the kitchen. Also the burgers were just cold almost like they were kept in ice for a week the bun were cold and after we were done I went up to the owner and said in a very nice way that the hamburger was ice cold and then I gave him the fries and said “look at them” and then he started yelling at me in front of my kids to get out of my store .

Best burger in Lancaster. Juicy without being too greasy, fresh crisp veggies in top, fantastic house sauce. Amazing fresh cut or curly fries on the side. Cannot get enough of this place.
